Mike stepped into a very difficult divorce case and represented me with style and aplomb. He cut through the lies and fabrications my ex wife was using to try to influence the court, and he did so with ease. His rates are reasonable, though not cheap. He is an excellent attorney. You won't go wrong hiring Mike Ziering -- he'll represent you well and save you thousands compared to other divorce attorneys because he fights all the delay tactics so common in divorce cases, instead of using the other parties actions to increase his billing. He is honest, ethical and highly skilled.

I had the unfortunate luck of having my 2023 Ford super duty front sensors fail multiple times. No matter how many times I took it to the dealership, including multiple dealerships across the country nobody could solve the issue. I decided to contact Eric Kaczander and he did an amazing job. Ford purchased the truck back and I got a full refund. The communication at this company is 10/10, no matter how many questions I asked, how simple or difficult they were everyone treated me with respect and got back to me quickly. If I could give these people a 10 star review I would they didn’t stop until I was 100% satisfied and we reached a deal we both felt was suitable for what I went through. Obviously, divorce is never easy but when I found out about the collaborative process and was given some names, I reached out and was instantly comfortable with how Candice made me feel and how professional she was. During and after our initial meeting, she made it a point to understand me and what I had been going through and the best course of action moving forward. Candice was always following up after meetings to see how I felt they went and if I had questions and she clearly had my best interests at heart. My experience with Steven Wolf of Wolf Solovy & Zivin, LLP, was nothing short of a nightmare. From the outset, his promises were grand, but his actions were deceptive and unethical.
Upon engaging his services, I was assured of his expertise and dedication to my case. However, it quickly became evident that these were mere words meant to placate clients rather than deliver actual results. Despite numerous follow-ups and inquiries, the progress on my case was stagnant, and any semblance of work done was virtually non-existent.
To add insult to injury, I was billed exorbitant amounts for purported services that were never rendered. It became apparent that his primary objective was not to pursue justice for his clients but rather to maximize profits through deceitful billing practices.
Furthermore, attempts to address my concerns with the firm were met with indifference and dismissiveness. It was clear that he had no intention of rectifying his egregious behavior or providing any semblance of accountability.
In summary, my experience with Steven Wolf was a complete debacle. I caution anyone considering their services to proceed with extreme caution. He epitomizes everything that is wrong with the legal profession – prioritizing greed over integrity and client service. Steer clear of this unscrupulous firm at all costs.

I engaged Mr. Rakowski (LSR) in April 2023 to assist with Judgment enforcement matters. In August 2023, he blindsided me by filing a petition to withdraw while demanding that I pay him $7000 to continue representation without having provided me with an invoice of services supporting his demand.
This was during a time when he was supposed to be cleaning the mess he created by filing a Petition for Rule to Show (Indirect Civil Contempt) without any claimed amount, being able to mention the paragraphs of the Judgment violated, nature of the violation OR present Exhibits and evidence during the hearing to support the petition.
That was the beginning of my nightmarish encounters as events spiraled out of control. He would then file several unnecessary and avoidable motions to modify, compel, and clarify, attempting to rectify his errors and failings while racking up legal fees. And then, he demanded $7000 for the work to clean up this mess without providing me with a supporting invoice.
He attempted to coerce me into paying him that amount and when I pushed back, he quickly filed his withdrawal and then immediately filed a petition for attorney fees after the withdrawal was granted. Important to point out that none of the matters I engaged him for were resolved by the time he withdrew, including the petition for reimbursement of child expenses that the Court denied without prejudice because of LSR's failure to state any owed amounts.
LSR claimed he was working on drafting a new petition for refiling and billed me over $1,000 for that supposed work in the invoice. However, I never saw a draft of that petition prior to his abrupt withdrawal. And he would then have the audacity to file a petition for fees against me because he thinks the law allows it and he would rather leverage what he believes to be law to oppress his client than do what is right. Zero accountability!!
Suffice it to say that I am now representing myself Pro Se and had to refile the petition for child expenses reimbursement myself, which the Court conducted a hearing on and ordered the respondent to pay me the amount claimed.
In hindsight, I would have been much better off doing this on my own with very little help from the Law Library. The library has all the applicable straightforward forms. The matters were not complicated. It was post-divorce and didn't require any discovery. I have the Judgment. And there were evidence and documentation to support its violation. But LSR made the process and filing so messed up and complicated so that he could then bill me over $11,000 attempting to clean the mess. Engaging LSR is the worst mistake I have made all through my pre-divorce and post-divorce journey.
I would have rated him a zero star if I could but unfortunately, the minimum I could give is 1.

Alan was top-notch! From the first moment I met Alan, I was impressed by his willingness to listen to me and understand my issue.
Alan reassured me that he would do the best he could for my case. Though the price seemed a little high at first, I was willing to put my faith in Alan. I figured it was my life after all. I'm so glad I did because Alan was worth every penny. He was polite, humorous and very easy to get into contact with. He outlined everything I would need to have ready and do. From obtaining my evaluation summary from NICASA and miimal risk training to great recommendations for obtaining an MBAIID ("Smart Start") ignition locking device.
Ultimately, Alan was able to get my charges dropped to Reckless Driving with Court Supervision. This means that there will be no conviction on my record for DUI, pending I meet all conditions of the supervision.
I would definitely recommend Alan to anyone in need of a great DUI defense attorney.

I am writing this complaint letter to lodge a formal complaint against the lawyer whose name is Kevin Rosner. My complaint is that he failed to provide me with a satisfactory service when I hired him for my divorce.
My complaints are as follows:
He composed his own statement to the court without consulting me and did not let me know why. The statement did not reflect my position. He made unilateral decisions.
He received very important documents from the Petitioner and did not share or discuss them with me including the Petitioner's financial statement. As of now, I do not know what other documents he may have.
The judge ordered him to send me the Petitioner's financial statement. When he did not send it, I followed up with an email and he accused me of stalking him (I sent one email.)
He did not discuss strategy with me so when we went to court, I was shocked at the statements he made.
He did not communicate with me in a timely or professional manner.
Since he did not discuss strategy with me and knew little about me, you started giving me advice that was not sound. He told me if I didn't have any money, that I should go get a job. I have chronic diseases that do not allow me to do this. He also told me to get a roommate or a new man.
He never resolved anything.
The situation has caused me financial stress and stress due to having to find another attorney. My family has also been affected as they have been helping me as I am getting divorced. I have lost the money I have paid Mr. Rosner and am having difficulty paying a new attorney.
I believe a good resolution would be for Mr. Rosner to return my money to me ($1,500.00.)

I hired Allison for my divorce. She agreed to an adjustment in the pension payment to me due to "Insurance Equalization" saying that it could be adjusted in the future if needed. She was WRONG. The judge will not allow any change because it is considered property. So now I will never be able to have the pension payments adjusted no matter how much the insurance premium changes. She has completely messed this up for me.
