I am writing on behalf of my husband and myself. Mr. Fey helped and supported us through the entire process. He was very willing to explain everything to us as this was our first encounter with the process. My husband was diagnosed schizoaffective disorder and his need for a good lawyer was dire. Amazing results!! I am so thankful for the team of Shelly Jean John and Stephen John and their excellent partnership as they managed my case to end the alimony payments to the ex-spouse. Stephen’s paralegal writing was excellent as he created the Request for Order for my case and took the time to ask me the detailed questions needed to present the facts needed by the courts. My experience with Mrs Quinn has been amazing, I hired her and it has been the best decision I could of made. I was nervous going through this process, but she made me feel confident and eased my nerves. She doesn’t take her job lightly and it shows. I knew I was in good hands when during our first court appearance 4 people came up to her and addressed her by her name and were like hi mrs Quin so and so hired you and you’re great just wanted to say hi. I know it’s the sheriffs jobs to remember the attorneys but even he addressed her by her name. It was respect well earned! Without getting into details of our case I will say she knows the law! And I would recommend to anyone who doesn’t know what they are doing, who does know what they are doing and just anyone in need of representation. She was recommended to me by my brother in law who hired her and I recommend her too! She is the best at what she does! 10/10.

This so called attorney loves to boost about her 50+ years as an attorney, she may have been at one time but she is nowhere close at being a good attorney, she didn't listen to me about the documents that my ex never supplied and never filed with the courts to get him to produce them either even after multiple times of letting her know. She would sit there in court like a deer with headlights on her, just sat there looking dumb and not asking my ex about anything I brought up and even told the other attorney what I told her in confidence and told her not to bring it up until I was able to get it taken care of and give her the evidence, 3 days later when we showed up in court she sees them in the hallway and she goes over and tells them what I told her not too.
All she did was run the bill up to 3 to 4 times of what it should of been.
This so called attorney needs to step down and give it up.

Al principio yo fui a la ayuda gratuita que ofrecen en la Corte pero no me ayudaron correctamente a llenar las formas y eso atrazo mi caso y en el fallo de divorcio el juez no ordeno compensacion de ayuda para mi hijo y para mi soporte economico. She argued my case beautifully and therefore I was able to gain sole legal physical custody of my son. She left no room for negotiation and pushed orders to be done that day. Sometimes you do not know who a "good lawyer" is until you have experienced a "bad lawyer". I had a terrible lawyer until I became fortunate enough to retain Ms. Blakely. I felt her billing was fair and reasonable. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to family law and she was always well prepared for our court appearances. She has excellent communication skills, and kept me informed about my case. She mailed all paperwork to me in a timely manner. She made me feel like she really cared and I wasn't just another client. I recommended her to my friend and my friend was equally as happy as I was. Learn from my mistake and obtain the right lawyer the first time around.

**PLEASE BE ADVISED** of this attorney before you sign a retainer agreement or hire her for her services . She will take your money and prolong your case as long as she can, while all her fees add up . LITERALLY this attorney will hit you with so many fees that youll be completely unaware . Fees for phone calls , fees for emails , fees for letters , fees for information pertinent to your case , fees , fees , fees ! You’ll get a receipt in the mail with consistent increases vs what you signed up for . In my case I spoke up to Mrs Sherrie Davidson and asked why I was being charged for every little thing ? Why my case kept being extended and why was I doing all the work and continued to submit the same repeated request of the court ?? When I started to ask why, she would hit me with more and more fees. Finally after I explained I needed a resolution before my final check to her was cashed , she went to court , dropped me as a client after I spent thousands and thousands of dollars for her services and left me high and dry . Take into consideration she collected all her thousands and thousands in fees before my case was concluded . I’m stuck now having to further extend my case again and hire new counsel for representation which is costing me an additional 5k more to which she is fully aware was going to be my process . A very cowardly move from what was supposed to be a very professional individual who provides a service that really means a lot to the consumer to wether they win there case or lose ! . I’m moving forward and hopefully I will overcome my family law case . I certainly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ATTORNEY for any of her services . There are a ton of good attorneys out there other then Sherrie Davidson who you CAN trust to be open and transparent about there services and what they can provide to you based on your circumstances. Do your research !

I did a considerable amount of attorney shopping for my divorce case and finally got a referral Mr. Haslam's office. He and his staff were very attentive to every one of my needs, explaining all of my documents in detail, and always answering my questions completely. I went through a very difficult high conflict custody case that did not seem it would ever end before I hired his firm. Because of his vast knowledge, hard work, and respect by not only other Attorneys but local Judges, was able to receive great Orders in my case. I have no respect for Mr. Haslam. My divorce was handled very poorly. I sadly regret ever meeting him. I paid thousands and I lost thousands. My ex-husband's lawyer ruled the day and he made out like a bandit. It is my opinion that you should have nothing to do with Mr. Haslam...ever.

I had the worst experience with this attorney. He was not up to date on the latest in family law and seemed to be "skating by" as he drifts off into retirement. He forgot details and over-billed me. He kept repeating a case he worked on 20 years ago that made not impact on my case and it was like he was trying to sell himself using a has-been case that was so old. it took him forever to respond to phone calls. He is not up to date on the latest technology.
