Amanda and team were Great. They took lots of time to be help me understand my case. Walking me through each step they ensure that I was well informed through the process. They were very patient with me. The Communication back and forth was constant , I never felt ignored or stranded. Any questions or issues were resolved quickly. There is nothing worse than having one of your children precede you in death. When my daughter died she wanted me to be her personal representative in the execution of her will; Wendy made the complicated process easy and seamless for me. After I was discharged as personal representative once everything was completed I found other assets belonging to my daughter and I did not hesitate to hire Wendy for a second time. I consider Wendy as my personal lawyer and always will.

Bonnie went above and beyond with my messy divorce. Any time I had a question she responded quickly and informatively. Beyond business hours she was there to help, completely exceeding my expectations. Whether it was a small question or a long term plan, she was readily available and never once left me hanging. Not only did I find her highly intelligent and strategic, I found her to be a deeply genuine good soul, which is a rare gem to find in this field. Bonnie and her staff are amazing ! I searched out several firms before landing in her office. Immediately I knew I would hire her to help me with my divorce. My divorce was an extremely hard case. Not the " normal dissolution " , Bonnie and her staff went well above and beyond to see that I was completely informed of my rights, the law , and what to expect as everything unfolded. Big kudos to Diane her paralegal . She was over the top amazing . And Misty , her assistant ... an attorney in the making .
The professionalism was exceptional. I watched in court a highly experienced well organized attorney take charge and ultimately win my case . 2 days in court,I was extremely stressed, she never hesitated to go above and beyond to check on me making sure all was well even after my case was,over and closed. After divorcing, my children were being kept from me despite what the final judgement outlined for time sharing. This was a terrible situation in many ways for everyone. I can't explain how painful and unfair it feels to have this happen to you..
I didn't know my rights or even what to do. As fate would have it, I found Attorney Berns and scheduled a meeting. We reviewed my final judgement together and I immediately knew that I found someone who actually wanted to help me. Attorney Berns really believes in justice.

We have had in our lifetime a few Attorneys and have to say that Ann Rogers has been the most gracious understanding and supportive attorney. We’ve had thus far. Our only regret is that we did not find Miss Rogers sooner she handled her case with over an above attention. Her prices are unbelievably fair.
