Don’t waist your time with these people. All they care about is money, not your case. We went initially asking to help my husband file a petition for me. She automatically said to file for a parole in place knowing it was on hold. Wasting our money. Now that the parole in place is on hold she called to tell us to apply for a permanent card through marriage (which is my we originally went for). When we asked what would happen and that we would loose over $3,000.00 she closed her folder and got up and said thank you for coming and dismissed us. Angry, because she wanted us to pay for money. This morning my mom husband got a bank alert from his bank. He had gotten a withdrawal from this firm that was never authorized. He paid for the consultation and they got his card information from that one time payment. They have my information but decided to charge him instead. They are an absolute FRAUD. Stay away from this so what called law firm.

I hired Mr. Mahood after PL hearing, previous attorney really messed up my case, and when Mr. Mahood took over my case that seems so impossible to win. The moment he took over my case, at that point, I started realizing the mistakes on my case. Mr. Mulroney has been my attorney on two different cases and done a great job on both of them. I needed somebody that knew the Longshore Harbor act! which is also the maritime act, and it is a special attorney that is licensed with the courts for these cases. living 1000 miles from the sea, it was hard to find. overseas colleague recommended Bill Maloney, no money down, explained everything really well in layman terms for me. would highly recommend him !!

I would give this Firm 0 star if I could. Clients who come through LegalShield.com don't receive much attention and are treated like second-class citizens, or maybe even fifth-class, perhaps because they don't bring in money. Male ATY's tend to be a bit more friendly and show more respect and empathy. However, female ATY's have a rude, condescending attitude, which is even more pronounced when the client is also female. Apparently, they feel superior when they hear the problems presented to them, adopting an attitude like: "You're done, your problem is unsolvable, and you'll have to accept it and deal with it." In a profession that involves interacting with people, where empathy is important. It's clear that many of these women pursued a legal career just for status and ego. If you are referred by Legalshield, be prepared for the worst scenario. For those who have a lot of money and are willing to spend thousands of dollars on a case, well, the rules of the game change.
