Mr. Peacock, and his wonderful team, were able to assist me through my recent divorce. I was referred to him by a friend who had retained him previously, and after my initial consultation decided to go with his office for legal assistance.
His office was able to explain the legal jargon in an easily understandable fashion, assisted me with my required paperwork for the legal filings, and were empathic in their approach during a very stressful time for me. They were prompt with their responses to my questions, and reached out to help remind me of specific deadlines we had to meet. In the end, Mr. Peacock's office was able to help me complete my divorce case promptly and secure my personally desired outcome for the case.
I cannot recommend his office highly enough, and Mr. Peacock will be my first choice should I require help navigating any future legal issues.

I needed Mr Peacock once before when he came through for me and helped me when I believed all was lost. He told me not to talk if I was ever arrested. I was recently wrongfully arrested and remembered Stan’s advice.. When I was finally able to call Stan, it was my friend who answered that phone. He was professional and direct. Made recommendations that I immediately followed. Timely suggestions that took the burden out of the criminal matter and helped me take first steps in civil litigation.

I called Ms. Smallwood's office in a panic at 5pm one evening and was able to see her the very next morning. She was very patient with me and after hearing my deliema, explained what recourse I had and suggested action. She and her assistant were always available to me and went above and beyond to help get my case resolved. She was always available or got back to me promptly with any questions I had. She is a very professional and knowledgable first class lady that I highly recommend.

I really don't know where to start?? We have been raising our grandson ever since he was 6 months old. As grandparents we were always told that here in the state of Florida grandparents have no rights when it comes to visitation or adoption? We were trying for the longest time to adopt him, and was referred by several other law firms that Michael Hunter was the best one for the job. We lost our daughter a year ago, and the blood father immediately tried to get a pickup order for him. We hired Mr. Hunter and that day he immediately put a stop to it! Then the long court case started. The father was a bad seed and we were terrified of him getting his hands on him. Mr. Hunter worked diligently non stop to file for an immediate adoption for us to end the nightmare. In the end we were victorious and now have full custody of him (now 10 yrs old). Mr. Hunter even got his birth certificate handled removing this badman from it forever, listing us as his mother and father!! I can't thank Mr. hunter and his office team enough for what they did for us and especially our grandson!! I believe completely in my heart that he saved our grandson from a hell on this earth that he would have been facing the rest of his life!! Thank you Mr Hunter you are a Hero!!!

Mr. Hunter was hired in my family law case in 2018 to transfer a custody order from Tennessee to Florida. During the case, the other party began to file conflicting and combative motions trying to change the order to their benefit without considering the benefit of the child. Mr. Hunter remained compassionate and professional, and helped explain things to both the other party and myself, and came up with a parenting plan, for the child's benefit, to which both parties could agree. Since then, this once long and difficult custody dispute has been resolved and has not reopened, and my child is safe and thriving. I cannot be more grateful for Mr. Hunter's expertise.

Having reviewed his strategies and personally evaluated his actions in front of judges, it was easy to conclude that this man and his practice is about capitalizing on the absolute misery of others. In his bottom feeding business Carole chooses divorce over reconciliation every time. There’s something wrong with someone who enjoys destroying families and Carole is that guy. I would hate look back on my life’s accomplishments and claim “I personally helped break up xxx number of families.”

Mr. McCauley and his staff worked very hard for me to come to a fair settlement between my ex wife and I. He focused on what was best for the both of us and worked hard on getting the divorce finalized without running up a large bill in legal fees on both sides and tying up the court system with a long drawn out divorce. I highly recommend Mr. McCauley to anyone that finds themselves needing an attorney to represent them in a divorce situation.

Hired Carroll after bad experience with another attorney, best move I could have made in my divorce. He is very professional yet hands on with whatever needs to be done to complete the job. He always has his clients best interest in mind and takes the time to talk to them and answer their questions and concerns. I served half my probation with no violations and both him and his secretary LIED, and said I would be finished with probation after the hearing. Of Course that was their way to lied to get more business and be unprepared for my hearing. His secretary never sent me anything Jonathan Dingus wrote in my brief, never sent me anything the state wrote up in their brief, and really did a half butt job. I guess that is how he hooks in us suckers, by lairing and doing a half butt job

My experience with Alia Adhal was extremely frustrating. When I first met with her, she seemed confident and knowledgeable, so I decided to hire her. However, after paying an initial fee, I noticed she kept asking for more money without making much progress on my case. It felt like every time I reached out, there was a new excuse for why things were moving slowly, and I barely received any updates. Communication was spotty at best, and I often felt left in the dark about important details. Honestly, I felt like she was more focused on billing me than actually helping with my case. I would not recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy family lawyer.

Very ignorant and disrespectful of the law. She Somehow rather finds fault in a no-fault divorce state. She destroys assets, she ignores assets, she cares only about herself, and her $500 a month tight retainer, and keeping up that acrimony and litigation so they can get that trial date. She was only one of about four or five that Virga kept passing over. I feel very sorry for her. As well as her clients and their victims. She was fired eventually. Hurricane Michael paid her fees.

Ms. Scoon's performance as an attorney in Family Law was most disappointing. She did not heed the warnings about the opposing party's mental cruelty or his punishment(s) as a result. Post divorce my papers were examined by another attorney here in town and the comment made was that the children and I were certainly not well represented nor protected in the matter. I would not recommend Ms. Scoon as a Family Law attorney. She may in fact be a very nice person but is not, in my opinion, an effective attorney. Divorces are a dime a dozen, but not all divorces are "Blah, blah, blah and same old same old". If a client expresses concern and fear, she needs to hear and heed their concerns and fears.
