I hired Phil McCurdy to represent me after Firing my previous attorney, two years into a lawsuit. My previous attorney acted in a way that would make you think he was working for the other side. A friend recommended Phil to me and I wish that I asked that friend for his recommendation in the beginning. Phil was able to provide some light at the end of a long, dark tunnel. Ms. Fortunately was truly a Godsend! I was at a low point in my marriage and NEEDED out! I was concerned because my now ex husband was incarcerated and I didn’t k ow where to begin. I saw a billboard one day while heading to Atlanta and I sent an email to Ms. Fortin and that is where the magic began. It took 5 months from start to finish ONLY because my ex was dragging his feet about signing the papers. Not only was she an excellent and diligent attorney; but, when I was emotional, she encouraged and consoled me. She said she understood! The personal touch was evident and felt. I never met her in person and was able to handle my entire divorce via email and phone calls. She knows her laws, she knows what it takes to get it done and she helps guide you during the entire process. Liliya worked on a few different cases for me. Each were successful resolved to my favorite. I met her when I was looking for a consultation since I felt that another attorney who I worked with back then, was not doing his job. It was an attorney-judge, yet he tried to hide some information. I received a free consultation from Liliya, and learnt that judge-attorney was trying to cheat. So knowledgeable and experience does not mean honest, however I found all those qualities in Liliya. She has worked on three cases for me, so it’s not just one time experience. Highly recommend!

Brennan Bair has been just the right attorney for me. I knew from word of mouth that he is a wonderful immigration attorney but I needed help with a legal issue after the death of my father. I decided to give him a call but expected that I would just be sent to another lawyer. I was very pleasantly surprised that Brennan agreed to look into the matter for my mother. I had a very difficult situation that could have been potentially very contested. I had consulted with a few other attorneys and they were ready to go straight into combat, which would have been costly, and the end result would have been the same result. I was going through a custody battle with already having temporary custody of my daughter. Today my case finally settled!!!
