My name is Johnathan I literally called just to get a little bit advice and a different perspective from another attorney to see what I can do with my case she set me up with a free consultation called me back immediately and sat on the phone with me 48 minutes out of her day gave me so much information and knowledge on my case it benefit me in so many ways she communicated things to me that my own lawyer didn’t even do. The impression she gave me on her in less than an hour was amazing taking the fact that I didn’t even see her face I would strongly recommend her to anyone very knowledgeable knows what she’s talking about get straight to the point and really acts like she cares about her clients. To start with, Princy is a very professional and knowledgeable attorney who knows and understands both sides of the law - US & India. Very required in my case of L1 Visa application. When I met Ms. Davis, I was under a great deal of pressure, and was totally stressed out. She was sympathetic and kind, but most importantly she was extremely knowledgeable, professional and confident. I was particularly impressed by her genuine honesty during our initial consultation. Unlike many other lawyers I interviewed, Ms. Davis did not use the scary tactics which is a common practice of some lawyers in order to intimidate the clients to hire them. After I hired her, she was on top of everything just like how she promised, she was there for me every step of the way until my case was dismissed by the DA. I can tell you from my own experiences that some attorneys I have encountered do not demonstrate any genuine desire to fight for their clients as they should, or even as thoroughly as they should. I recently went through a mediation process on a highly contested divorce. I had little hope that the main issues in this divorce were going to be settled outside of the court of law. The mediation took a lot of effort, but in the end I was pleased with the results, since I was able to secure what was most important to me (50/50 custody of my kids). Most attorneys put you off and just tell you what you want to hear in order to acquire your business. Jim is straight forward and realizes that he has a commitment to protect you financially as well as legally. He is a strong yet fair negotiator who maintains his qualities of honesty and integrity throughout the process. Although he has been practicing for quite some time, he is still unique in his profession because of these principles he maintains. He knows the law well and will guide you in the correct direction no matter how complicated your situation is or how emotional you are with respect to your failed marriage. It's difficult to trust an attorney in this day and age, but Jim will earn yours. If you need help in a contested divorce, mediation, or other matters of family law, I recommend Jim Frazier.

I used Jack Cupples in October of 2018 and he was excellent he personally went down to the courthouse and got my hearing set up because he couldn’t get anybody on the phone after trying for days. Attorney Loretta Keller, is hands down the VERY best, most professional, efficient, effective & let’s not forget to mention, an absolute BOSS in the courtroom & outside of it. In 2016-2017 Loretta helped me fight to get my children back. The TX CPS Office we were dealing with, switched me to a different case worker- who did nothing but LIE & didnall she could to try and destroy my relationship with my children, get my rights terminated, & who wouldn’t allow me more than 2 supervised visitations a month (while I was in OK). Oh yeah, the most important part is that my children & I only lived in TX for less than 31 days- My children were with me in OK- & in no way shape or form in any danger, let alone Imminent Danger, the police proved that to the 1st case worker & ‘she didn’t believe them’ - & thus illegally custody of my children was taken & they placed them with toxic & substance abusing extended family. My aunt knew the original case worker (the one she called to get a case going, due to finding out we were moving back to OK) to remove us from the toxic, unhealthy situation & upon a judge signing the warrant to take my babies, that 1st Case Worker excused herself immediately- I’m assuming she did this so not to get caught fabricating a CPS Case for a “friend” & my children were therefore illegally seized. Loretta had her work cut out for her- My extended family is extremely narcissistic, my past is ugly, & the CPS office we were dealing with were obviously, & ‘Allegedly’ acting corruptly. She fought & pushed, & won my case 4 days before it would have gone to trial. If you ever have family problems concerning your children- you NEED & WANT Loretta Keller representing you. She does not mess around, and you better be ready to do WHATEVER she tells you. Trust her, it’s in your best interest & she is an Attorney with real morals. That is near impossible to find anymore. Seek out Loretta Keller, you will not regret it. Thanks Loretta, I never did get to thank you, or explain things that happened afterwards- but I’d love to send you a picture of My babies, Myself, My husband (still Bryan 🥹🥰) we’re one giant happy family and it’s truly all thanks to you!!!

Danny Son first assisted me with my application for H1B1 Visa back in 2004 and he was on top notch making sure every single file was promptly taken care of. Danny also helped me with my initial green card application in 2005, then renewed my green card application last year and in 2019 took care of my naturalization. I just received my oath notice just only months after the application ( of coz he was the first to submit any applications, updates, follow up etc). I absolutely highly recommend Danny.. he is the best go to immigration attorney .. never had even a single hiccup along my whole immigration journey. He is also the most honest, down to earth, easy to work with attorney I have encountered. I've always known Mr. Ismail as Shawn, so that's how I'm going to refer to him. Shawn is professional and ethical (I know - a lawyer... crazy, right?? - lol). Shawn started as my lawyer in my divorce case that began about four years ago and he has been my lawyer through the initial divorce, a reconciliation with my ex, and the more recent divorce petition and subsequent (and very messy) custody battle. He has always given sound legal advice, told me the truth even when I didn't want to hear it, and clearly explained every step of the process in layman's terms. He's a great litigator. His line of questioning when I took the stand was always clear and concise and led to a great point. He fought for my young daughter as if she were one of his own. He wore hot pink accents on his tie and handkerchief during trial because, as he said, "I'm fighting for a little girl today." He even called me on the phone later on in the evening on the day that our trial ended just to check in and see how I was doing. I could never thank him enough. And if I ever need a lawyer for anything else (which hopefully I won't!), I would be calling Mr. Shawn Ismail.

Issue with neighbor harrasing us for no reason . We sued in civil court and won but nothing happened, we still never got our money after several years of waiting. We hired David and he got us our money. Of course it was a process but not take years, only months. Not cause of david but cause the courts kept rescheduling. David was a pitbull.
