We hired Mr. Shaw for a Will & Trust. Mr. Shaw was referred to us through my employer's assistance program. Mr. Shaw accommodated our schedule and our first meeting was virtual. Mr Lowe does not represent me, he represents my sister. He is under no obligation to me and in fact the relationship over the past 2 years could be characterized (by me) as borderline adversarial. Attorneys have no issues with that. It's fundamental to the business. I'm an engineer. I think it stinks. I met with him yesterday. I left there not wanting to punch him in the nose. I hired Mark Chiesa for a very difficult case involving real property. To say that the deck was very much stacked against us in this case would actually be an understatement.
I’ve had seven lawyers in total for other cases and, although they were all pretty good, Mark was the best. I have some complaints about all of the other lawyers that I’ve had but I have absolutely no complaints about Mark; he’s just that good.
Of course, in any court case, it always comes down to the decision of a judge or a jury but Mark will work harder and smarter than most other attorneys, increasing the likelihood of a favorable outcome.
Mark did exactly what I wanted him to do despite the unlikelihood of that ever happening. And he did it ethically, without having to convince the judge of things by telling bold-faced lies like the lawyer on the opposing side kept doing.
Mark Chiesa is a great guy and a great lawyer. If you retain him and lose, you were gonna lose no matter what.

Never have I seen such corruption in my life stay as far away as possible… I would give Marie negative stars if I could. She mediated between my ex-husband and I… She was supposed to be my lawyer looking out for my best interest, but She allowed him to act as his own lawyer and charged me for his questions to her… she should have filed a motion to get me my divorce done as soon as my ex didn’t have a lawyer and was representing himself, but instead, she claimed that the reason that the divorce didn’t happen was because I wanted custody time to change, which I was allowed to do that in mediation… it was a cover-up and an excuse, not to go through with the divorce…In theory she was representing me, but talking to my ex answering his questions and making me pay for it… I had to pay out my ex to retain the home so that I can have a roof over my head. My dad paid thousands of dollars to my ex, before the judgement of divorce…if I had gone to court my dad wouldn’t have had to pay out $35,000 to my ex for me to have a roof over my head…I would’ve been better off representing myself and yet I paid her thousands of dollars to represent me… did she do anything? No, I’m not even divorced, and she’s forcing me to take down this review or she won’t file and get my divorce done… I’m broke raising two kids, barely making ends meet because of her and yet I still owe her more money for the questions, my ex asked her to answer. She also breached confidentiality, which could make her lose her license if I were to prosecute. Instead, I’m just putting up a really bad review, hoping that it steers others away from her corruption and messing up other people‘s divorces. Thanks to her. I owe her tons of money might not get back my retainer and I’m not even divorced. If I can save others from the headache and the corruption that follows her then this review is worth it. Getting a divorce is probably the hardest thing in life and the last thing needed is a corrupt lawyer to take your money and not even get the job done.

I found Ms.Watry to be honest, trustworthy and someone who cared about the job she was doing. It was a very difficult and trying process that I had being going through I felt like Ms. Watry was the first person that really saw what had been going on and was willing to stand up and say something. The person on the other side made it very difficult on Ms. Watry making allegations, threating to get herr dibarred. I had been dealing with this type of behavior for over a decade and had become some what used to it. It looked like it had been taken it's toll but she stood tall and I appreciate all that she had done. I would highly recommend her.
