So I have waited a while to write this review because even after divorce, Irene and Val continue to support me in difficult situations. When I came to their office, I spoke to many attorneys that continued to tell me to wait on things to go through mediation. I decided to listen but after multiple people told me I was out of discovery to move forward with a child custody evaluation, I decided to speak to Irene. Irene, as explained in every review, is an amazing person. She is a mother, wife, and attorney. Its because of this she was very understanding as to all aspects of my situation and helped me though the process in every step of the way. I think it's important to understand that what makes a good divorce attorney is Obviously their education and experience, but to have an attorney that listens to your specific situation and know every way to navigate your divorce and explain the best approach for you is what is truly amazing. You can go out and find some cut throat good attorney but that's not going to help you in this process. I am thankful I found her when I did because I believe I wouldn't have been heard and my life would look a whole lot differant right now.
In the middle of my case, Val stepped in and she's been helping me ever since. Val is another attorney that was on my case and again, she is amazing. Always on top of things, read all my emails on a daily basis, and responded to everything that needed immediate attention. Going to mediation, I walked in thinking nothing was going to get accomplished. I continued wanting to just give up everything to get it over with. Val supported me through the final settlement and stood up for me during those times. Always advising me on everything and speaking up against any ridiculous requests. Val turns the impossible into possible. Another way to say this, she turns ridiculous into reasonable.
The main point I want to covey here, if you are looking around for an attorney, you are trying to be reasonable and the other person is looking to take everything they can from you, you found the right firm. They have all 5 stars and all of them are earned. Thank you all for everything you have done and continue doing.

I was gathering my thoughts to write this review of Sarah. All the accolades crossing my mind did not seem adequate. The gratitude I have for Sarah is immeasurable. I decided to read reviews already written. I could identify with some of the personal struggles that were written and understand the sincere sentiments of praise for Sarah. Truly a profound feeling because Sarah helped us navigate through a difficult chapter in our lives. Unfortunately, for most, divorce is not an easy journey especially if children are involved and your ex is difficult. IMHO, Sarah handled every situation with unwavering tenacity, utmost integrity and professionalism. A 5 star review is not enough. Count the stars in the sky and that is how many stars I would give Sarah.

Alexis is just fantastic! I hired her to help me get money back an ex stole from me. She was extremely easy to deal with and knew exactly what needed to be done. She made me feel so much better about an awful situation. She kept me informed throughout the whole process and was fair in her pricing. If you are looking for an attorney, look no further. My law firm had a senior client that was being preyed upon by a predatory unethical lawyer in a real estate/HOA matter and we needed to hire an attorney in New Jersey to defend her. Reassuring, articulate, knowledgeable, and effective. John Patti is by far the best Family Lawyer my husband and I have worked with to date. I walked into Sylvia's office a broken, beaten down woman.
My case was a complicated one.
I had met with many attorneys in the area and not one made me feel as much at ease as Sylvia.

Elissa Perkins is beyond a wonderful, smart and amazing attorney! She was appointed to me during my very complicated and difficult divorce and child custody case. I am a single mother with a young five year old boy which whom I was very concerned about and was seeking supervised visitation with his father. Without the help of DCPP, Elissa was my only hope. Elissa spent an incredible amount of time and put her entire heart into my case. She had so much sympathy and love because she is a mother herself. She went above and beyond for my son and I in order to fight for his safety and protection and what was right. She spent over a whopping 130 hours on my case. Elissa worked day and night. I can't think of enough positive things to say about Catherine Murphy. Within the first five minutes of meeting her I knew she was the right attorney for me. Mr Sanvenero was very professional. He made me feel confident and comfortable about my final restraining order case. He did everything he needed to to set us up for our best chance at winning, which we did. He and his staff always responded promptly either via email or phone. I'm very happy with my choice of representation and would highly reccomend Mr Sanvenero for anyone looking for a good attorney. He knew his stuff, and made the whole process easy. Hopefully I won't need a lawyer again, but if I do he's my 1st call!

I do not recommend this firm. As seniors, we needed a will - a simple will. We went to T. Dengler who, as an estate lawyer, was trusted to advise us properly. A few simple questions turned into a Trust that we did not understand nor did we ask for and we told him so. He gave us a brief explanation and we told him we still didn't understand - he encouraged us to sign. Also, although we were quoted a price for this will, the Trust fees were never discussed or mentioned. Asking him how much he replied he had to "figure it out". We were distressed and sleepless worrying how much this would cost. I will state that this was settled after our complaint but now we have to start over and this has left us to distrust lawyers, Do your homework, you can get more info from Google.

This is Barbara Shaw. My experience with this particular arbitrator (Mr. Dwyer) was so horrific. My ex-husband had been found to be not credible in a court of New Jersey Family Law, he also had been denied any payment reductions by the Appellate Court, and he was ordered to pay my attorney fees for this action. Following this I agreed to engage in a binding arbitration with my ex-husband.
Mr. Dwyer heard the case.
He had documented not only the wrong testimony but made errors on his final judgment and he had to make adjustments to his judgment, and had the audacity to charge me for his error.
This man is not fair at all and is blatantly in favor of men.
Beware. It took me several years to actually decide to write this review because I was so devastated by my experience.

Nonjudgmental, patient, intuitive, expert at co-parenting; I overcame 6 years of strife from a litigious angry man and Mr. Monaghan came along and exposed all of his lies, if your looking for someone that will fight the facts and counteract the lies then he is your attorney, he's expensive and I wish I had more monetary to give as he is a great trial attorney and I will always be thankful for his support and thorough education through my historical trial. I do not recommend this firm. As seniors, we needed a will - a simple will. We went to T. Dengler who, as an estate lawyer, was trusted to advise us properly. A few simple questions turned into a Trust that we did not understand nor did we ask for and we told him so. He gave us a brief explanation and we told him we still didn't understand - he encouraged us to sign. Also, although we were quoted a price for this will, the Trust fees were never discussed or mentioned. Asking him how much he replied he had to "figure it out". We were distressed and sleepless worrying how much this would cost. I will state that this was settled after our complaint but now we have to start over and this has left us to distrust lawyers, Do your homework, you can get more info from Google.
