Brittany Taylor was appointed as the Receiver for my father's probate case. The house reportedly sold months ago, but she has failed to send me a notice of proposed action, and never updated me or my attorney on the sale. She has ignored all my attorney's calls over the past few months, and the funds should have been distributed by now, or months ago. I am incredibly frustrated by her lack of communication with both me and my attorney, her refusal to send the notice prior to the house sale, and the continued delay in distributing the proceeds. Her ongoing disregard for my emails and calls is highly unprofessional and deeply frustrating.

Brian was the first and only attorney I had a consultation with. By the end of the consult I knew he was the attorney for me. I spent almost an hour on the phone with him explaining the situation with my child custody concerns and getting his advice on the best way to proceed. Brian gave me options on different paths we could take and the possible outcomes/cost of each option. Beverly has been a God sent Angel to our family. My daughter is going through and viscous divorce along with a child custody fight. The first lawyer hired for my daughter took a very large sum of money and only made all matters worse. Beverly jumped in to clean up the first lawyers blunders and is trying to set the divorce on a level playing field.

After starting my divorce with another lawyer that turned out to be a complete disaster, I contacted Beverly to complete my divorce. STAY AWAY! Run! She’s dishonest, will advise it’s posible to get you all the things you want, once you’re on the hook, she will gaslight you and say she never said such things and bill you for chasing them when they don’t respond to any form of communication in a timely manner. They will make up billing/invoices and when confronted they will make up some other billing and threaten you to keep billing you if you don’t budge- of course, she knows to be clever and take advantage when she knows you’re focused on a bigger battle. She is not there for her client, she could care less about running you down and your life by her lack of integrity with legal advice. She will say this is not true just like any other negative review. You been WARNED! She should not be practicing family law.

This woman never should've been certified as an attorney and her SMU should be ashamed of their quality of education if this is the type of lawyer they produce. She did nothing for my mother during her divorce proceeding other than take her money. She let my mother be completely steamrolled in every sense of the word, something that my ENTIRE family is STILL suffering the consequences for, and pushed her to take an extremely bad settlement that left her financially destitute. No matter what, do NOT hire this woman. You are better served dealing with your own case than wasting your hard earned money on her worthless services.

Mine is an immigration case, a few times he has deceived me to the extent were the immigration had to write me why i was taking long on the cases, he blamed me for doing nothing,my applications had to be terminated for lack of action on the cases, recently l contacted him, his response was "yes" and "ok". then just this past October 2024,i sent him messages its December 2024, he has not responded that's how reckless he can be. I don't think he should be serving people.
