i switched representation a few weeks in to my divorce- i hired Kristin in August 2015 to handle my divorce w/custody. Kristin understood the situation I was facing within the first half hour. She makes you feel you are a priority. She is available by phone, email and you do not wait for responses. I would not have felt complete closure with my case without her representation. Kristen was always well prepared. She made me feel like I was her only client. She answered all my questions, even the ones I had asked several times before. She helped take the "edge" off of a really difficult experience. I really felt like she had my best interest at heart, not making money and moving on to the next case. I needed help pertaining to family law. It involved protection of children & temporary guardianship. I was just going to contact DHS, but after explaining the situation to Hadley, she recommended I file in court for temporary custody for 90 days, which I did. I had a case of a car accident and Bailey represented me and most of the case I had contact with Davis grey which was a very good paralegal. Now my mom had a case with a car accident and I thought because I had an ok experience with Bailey I went ahead and recommended them to my mom and he made my mom’s experience very unpleasant he was rude and made my mom feel as if she wasn’t worth his time. I feel bad because I thought her case was going to go well but instead he made her feel as if he was on the opposing side of the argument with the insurance. I do not recommend Bailey terrible lawyer.

Sub-par with real estate issues. I was sold a worthless house with well documented proof the owner knew or should have known the home was worthless. My real estate agent and the selling agent somehow didn’t notice the long-standing and unfixable septic problems in the Prior MLS listings, Andrew didn’t see a reason to go after any realtors involved for some reason. My main issue is that Andrew is pretty bad at getting back to you and didn’t really seem to care all that much. I was out about 30 grand between home improvements and medical bills due to respiratory problems suffered by my daughter because the inside of the house smelled look poop after about a month living there, my credit went from about 790 to destroyed and he said that is not a claimable damage in court. He was good at filing the case and meeting deadlines but didn’t seem to fight for us and appeared to let the other party dictate how things would go. He dismissed my case without prejudice because he said my foreclosure had to be completed to name all of the damages. He then never returned any of my calls or emails. If you have real estate needs, go somewhere else.

She’s representing a very dangerous, abusive man, and has a allowed him to keep the child, even after realizing, or maybe already knowing before working for him that he has abused the child and mentally unstable when it comes to the best interest of children this woman can be bought. She should not be in child custody law, nor should she ever have her license, if something happens to this child, while having evidence and knowledge of a severe chance of the child, being harmed or killed. It is very vital that people know that she is representing an abuser and helping him due to receiving any amount of money needed. This woman is not to be trusted, and should not have anything to do with child custody. After this matter of a case you should never remove a child. If you know harm could be done to them by a person and you should always get fax before removing a child and putting them in harm I highly recommend removing her off the women’s rights for lawyers. This woman is a monster and something should be done.

I was in town visiting my in laws my family and I were in a terrible car accident when someone rear ended us. Our car was totaled and my husband was severely injured. Brock was wonderful during this difficult time. He would come and visit us in the hospital and explain how personal injury cases work and assured us we would be taken care of.

Everyone should read the bad reviews of Mr. Brock Showalter before paying him, I gave him a chance because when I thought he was changing so he had good reviewers, when I hadn't paid him, he called me many times a day, to explain to me all kinds of things so that he could represent me as my lawyer, after 2 months I paid him, I texted, called, sent emails but didn't receive any reply from him, he is a scammer, this is my lesson, hope everyone doesn't get scammed by him and many of their cases get worse when they come to him as their lawyer, all his bad reviews are same situations and are the truth

I went to Ben Crabtree for help with an adoption case. He seemed fine until after I paid his retainer. my case was not a big money case as most of the work had already been done. After he received the retainer, he was very short when I tried to ask questions. He even criticized me for asking too many questions telling me that my case was not priority to him. I stopped trying to keep up with what was going on. He then reached a tentative agreement with the opposing lawyer. he called me asking me to agree to their terms without me even seeing anything in writing. . When I did not agree to the terms, he literally said this has been going on for some time now and I don't understand what the problem is. If he had been paying attention, he would have understood. I explained to him what had to be in the agreement for me. He called back and told me the other side agreed and I accepted. After, He did not send me a statement or anything regarding money. I knew I should get much of my retainer back because we did not go to court. I have called twice asking for a statement and a refund of unused retainer. The last time I called he said he would get it to me that week and that has been over 3 weeks ago. I felt uncomfortable with him from the start.
