My family and I can not say enough wonderful things about Brad and his office to truly capture just how awesome they were. Our backs were again the wall and just one call to Brad drastically changed the situation for our betterment. Immediately Brad and his office jumped into action and represented our minor Son in a criminal matter. Due to Brad’s leadership and thoughtful advice our adversaries were stopped dead in the tracks and the situation was dissolved. My wife and I truly believe 100% that without Brad our Son would have been steamrolled by the lying County Detectives. We now have Brad’s office in our contacts just in case any other BS should ever arise.
In closing, and on a lighter note, we now have to exclude Brad when telling derogatory lawyer jokes.

After hiring an incompetent lawyer, that took my money me, Bradley took the case and helped navigating through the legal system and help keep my son from going to prison for something that didn’t warrant that level of punishment. My only regret is not having Bradley in the very beginning. He made me feel relaxed and he kept me informed throughout the process.. My son felt a sense of relief having Bradley working with us.

In 2006, I went to meet with Carol Caldwell. I was not in a happy situation and concerned about my future. A friend recommended I write a few notes about my situation. My notes turned out to be five pages typed single-spaced. When I met with Carol, I told her I had notes. She read the five pages. She looked at me and asked if I had any idea how much danger I was in. That was when the walls of shame and secrecy came crashing down.
My husband was severely abusive, but I was too ashamed to admit it. Carol lay down her requirements: I needed to get in contact with Betty Griffin House for a place to stay and counseling before she'd begin the process. Once that happened, she moved fast. I had an injunction in two weeks and the divorce was final in six weeks.
To say she changed my life is an understatement. She saved my life. She did not accept a case for the sake of work. She focused on my safety and well-being. Every step of the way, there were moments where the counseling at Betty Griffin helped me. I do not believe I would be where I am now if I had chosen any other lawyer. She is undoubtedly, the best there is.

I highly recommend Carol Caldwell as an attorney. I hired her to represent me in a highly contested divorce case involving children. She always had my children's best interest at heart and fought hard for them and me. She is a force to be reckoned with in the court room. She is always so well prepared and meticulous in every detail, resourceful, creative and knows the Florida law. Anything the opposing counsel threw at us never caused Miss Caldwell to stumble. She was available to answer my questions and concerns at all times. Her response to every, email, text or phone message was prompt. From my first meeting with her to the final hearing she was professional but extremely easy to talk to. Have Been battling addiction for years and back in August 2023 I received my third DUI, and was facing 18 months in prison. I followed what Mr. Hines insisted. Went into rehab, started therapy and intensive outpatient and now have over four months clean and no prison or jail time. He also helped me find my amazing AA young peoples home group. Michael Hines truly cares about his clients and is the BEST lawyer truly. If it wasn’t for him I would be in prison and not with my daughter, and I wouldn’t have four months of sobriety. If you are looking for a defense attorney, I would highly recommend 10 out of 10.

My divorce was in the middle of trial. The opposing counsel was very aggressive and I desperately needed a more zealous and aggressive representation of my case. I contacted Michael Hines over the weekend and he replied immediately and readily agreed to take on my complex case. My case had been dragging for almost a year and Michael was able to wrap things up within 10 days of working on my case, without continuation of the trial! The opposing counsel even started co-operating once Michael took over the case!
Michael is a true professional who is very well versed with the laws. He is very prompt in his actions and fights aggressively for his clients. He is a very experienced and successful trial attorney. I would highly recommend Angela if you're needing a hard working, knowledgeable lawyer who prides herself on honesty, integrity and high morals- She won't beat around the bush- she will give you her honest opinion along with being patient and understanding.
She doesn't stoop to sling mud or try destroy others reputations- she takes the high road. She's a class act and I can't say enough about her or Chris.

I was scared to death of what might happen when I was charged with a DUI. Mr. Fagan explained the process clearly and literally walked me through every step of the way. I have been represented by Attorney Alfant twice in my life, in two different heart wrenching situations. My first experience with him was in 2016 and 2017 at which time I was going through the process of a divorce and being the petitioner of an injunction and my second experience was in 2023 when dealing with an injunction following the death of my fiancé. Both times that I was represented by him he went above and beyond to ensure my well-being in the well-being of my family and others involved in each case. His ability to act on the spot and his intelligence are unmatched. He never wavered once during either process, and his confidence in both himself and me which gave me confidence to know that everything is going to be okay. I never had to worry about whether or not the right thing would happen because of the incredible attorney that he has. He was able to cite things such as caselaw and statutes off the top of his head when needed even at times when something happened or was said that we had not planned on. Both he and his assistant Amanda took as much time needed to ensure that I was comfortable with everything going on, and that I was made of everything that I would need to know during this process. They spent as much time needed to ensure that I felt comfortable, even if that meant taking away time from their personal lives. The compassion and empathy that they show that they truly care for their clients, and even the other parties that may be involved in a case. So often we run into professionals that get caught up in a world of making money, and forget why it is that they began to practice law that this is certainly not the case for attorney, Alfant or Amanda. They are both out to ensure that the best outcome happens that will benefit the well-being of the parties involved. I honestly do not know what how my life forever ended up if not for Attorney Alfant. He even went as far as to remain in contact with me after my case was completed, and when the need for his services came up again, he wasted no time in coming to my aid. He is truly meant to be an attorney and not just an attorney, but one of the best attorneys that could ever exist. His ability to be passionate about what he does for remaining professional is not an ability that is seen often. When it comes to the reputation of attorneys, or just a person in general, there is no debate in my mind that he is one of the best. All of the situations that I was involved in during the times that I worked with him or situations that I would have preferred to have never been in one prefer to never be in again, I’m honestly glad to have been able to be represented by a person as amazing as Attorney Alfant. Both myself and my family will be grateful to him forever for what he has done for us. I usually don't leave a bad review but I must get this off my chest. Debra was recommended to me by a co-worker and after calling her numerous times. I informed my co-worker that she hasn't been answering. After my co-worker spoke to her, she told me that she hasn't answered because she had someone ill in her family and will call me the next day. After a week of waiting for that call, I finally got a hold of her and she told me she just got back from vacation. We sat an appointment to meet at a public place. She never showed or called. Aftercalling and texting her, she never got back to me. It's an entitled attitude and she is so unprofessional!!! Don't waste your time!!! I can bet that all of those great reviews are her colleagues and her inner circle of friends.

I would highly recommend Brandon. The first attorney I used for my divorce, left off one detail, when my ex-wife was supposed to send me my funds. my consultation with Brandon didn’t go so well from my standpoint, there was nothing I could do. But he said give me a few days to think it over and low and behold he came up with a resolution for me called a petition we could file that if successful the court would sell the house so I can get my proceeds. Just the fear of that and several emails and phone calls on his behalf. Turn the tables.

I would give a -5 star review and worse, the most inept firm I’ve ever dealt with, lost me my house or any reasonable compensation, in spite of the strong case and mounds of documentation I had to back my claims and the complete lack of anything substantial to support the other party’s claim. I did all the leg work, wrote all the proposals, yet was billed as though they did. Even if I didn’t have as good of a claim as I knew I did, there was one tiny, pathetic (and I mean pathetic, especially since I had all the documentation and the opposing party had none) argument made, lost paperwork, missed deadlines, extremely unprofessionally scattered, zero support throughout the process, ultimately bullied me to take a ridiculous settlement out of pure laziness or conspiring with the opposing team, honestly if it wasn’t incompetence then it was corruption, nothing else could explain how truly bad his ineptness was. This firm received more $ than I did in the end. Would only recommend to whomever you want to loose.

Paid thousands for a retainer. He emailed opposing counsel a couple times. But when it came time to schedule the hearing for my ex’s third contempt charge for non-payment of child support, Mr. Thibault vanished. No response at all to many many texts, calls, and emails. My money remains in his pocket. Deplorable.

Mr. Thibault was recommended to me at a time when life was very stressful. My first surprise was that he met with me on a Saturday and from that moment he repeatedly assured me that everything would be fine. He was right. Mr. Thibault also worked with me and around my schedule, and not always on his. I've had lawyers in my past, and until meeting Mr. Thibault, had an opinion that this profession lacked warmth and a personalization of an individuals circumstance. I think what makes a lawyer a great lawyer is in having social skills, a sense of strength, and confidence. Mr. Thibault's character exemplifies all these traits as well as being an outstanding lawyer.
