I came to work with Chantel and Justine at GFF&F after I was hit by a vehicle while walking my dog. My dog perished on scene and I was devastated afterwards. I recently went through an otherwise very stressful divorce and court trial. I am a practicing physician and my ex a housewife for 17 years. I have three children. I was at a distinctly disadvantageous position to begin with. My divorce lasted for 2 years from the time of filling. My ex and her boyfriend hired 2 teams of very aggressive attorneys from Southern California and San Francisco making the case very complicated, over litigated and stressful. Ms. Seeley's counsel in my marriage dissolution was invaluable. She helped me understand the dissolution case process, and helped me to manage my own expectations with respect to timing of case events. She's the consummate attorney in the sense that she's the strongest advocate for her clients. In family law cases where things can get muddied by a bit of emotion, she keeps things real and in perspective.
As a paralegal, I was able to prepare the bulk of paperwork myself, but without Ms. Seeley's keen eye to some details, and recommendations as to alternatives -- in specific related to division of property and spousal support, the case might still be pending judgment.
I was pleased to receive the desired outcome with the court in a reasonable amount of time. The courts might be a bit slow, but the team at Seeley & Madigan couldn't have been more responsive. Questions answered right away, and proposed solutions offered quickly.

Jessica was referred to me by a local non-profit that supports domestic violence survivors for her experience in that field. It can be very difficult to communicate your case or make really tough decisions that will impact your life during emotionally complex times, but Jessica was able to make the process something to be navigated, not feared. During the consultation, Jessica took time to assess what my personal goals were after the divorce. The compassion and respect she provided is not something I had experienced in prior attorney-client interactions. My personal goals were honored throughout the case.
Jessica developed strategic approaches to major decision paths and was transparent with possible outcomes of each. She didn't promise me an outcome, rather she helped identify the possible pros and cons of each move (both long and short term). It helped me to come to informed conclusions with how I wanted to proceed.
What is really unique about Jessica is that it's her client's wishes that matter, not what the court wants or what every other case is about. Going through a complicated and scary divorce is not an easy process. My situation was incredibly complex and difficult. Last year my sister in law was having a hard time because she was going through a divorce. We made appointments with many lawyers to help us and guide us thorough this hard journey. All the lawyers asked us that they charge $5,000 and how are you going to pay me. We were so happy that we found Mr. Ali, out of all the lawyers he was the only one who didn't ask us how are you going to pay me back, instead he gave us a guidance to what we have to do.
To be honest we felt hopeless and without a case, because of what other lawyers said. Just because they thought we couldn't pay them. That's when we found Mr. Ali on google and he has amazing reviews. We never thought that we will get an amazing relive when we were having such a hard time. He provided us with lots of information before anything.
He was not worried about how are we going to pay him but he was more worried about providing us with justice. It was an honor that he guided us and took our case. He was there for us when everyone turn their back on us. He did an amazing work of giving justice to my sister in law and my nephew.
We can still go on and write thousands of more good words for Mr. Ali but these words are still not enough to express my gratitude to Mr. Ali.

I was in a desperate situation to find answer for a complicated out of state custody case.the legal advice Jennifer had was more than ANY lawyer out of the several I already contacted and consulted with ever gave me! I would recommend my attorney Jennifer Keith to anyone involved in a difficult family law case. She has represented me the past 6 years, in a terribly difficult case where in my ex continues to fight over Custody. Aprox five years or so ago, I was facing a 14601 with i think six priors. From experience, I know that S.M. Co. does NOT give leniency of any kind to these types of offenses. Especially after the first one. several years prior i got 60 days on the weekend work program for one with four priors. I was transferred from Santa Clara county after serving a couple months. I wasn't in the mood for another stretch. longer than the one i just served for a worse charge. I'm proud to say I/m no longer a menace to society, and haven't been for years. Carlos was a bit pricey for a driving on suspended case, but when He walked into the court room, the judges face lit up, compliments were exchanged, and after a minute or two this awesome legal rep that put my last lawyer, that should be on prop 36 as well. To shame. Walked up to me, and said 200.00 fine paid over 2 months, and your done. WOW. it was worth every cent. Thank You Carlos You saved my rear end.
