David Schachter helped me thru my case against Amanda love.. he literally destroyed her, I’ve never met anyone so proud on what he does. The way he switches gears is incredible. He goes from being nice and friendly but once he steps into that court room he goes into attack mode during trial.. he is a surgeon in civil law, THE ART OF WAR! He keeps this book right next to you while seated in his office. While being counseled he goes straight to the point with you. I will always recommend David Schachter to any person looking for an attorney .. hands down best lawyer in Savannah or should I’ll say south east GA.

5 star review for 5 star legal assistance. Mr Brooks and staff were always professional and tenacious throughout our legal battle with an insurance giant. He came highly recommended by another, husband/wife team of Savannah attorneys, and we were never disappointed by our decision. His thorough defense of our difficult case, set a precedence, admittedly, by the insurance company we sued for denying our claim. Our claim, on a total loss of our century plus, totally renovated farmhouse, was denied. This after being a 35 year FB member, with only one small claim in all the years of membership and no personal history to justify the treatment we received. Gene and his team dug in and compiled an exhaustive amount of evidence to substantiate our claims and won! This all from a single, small, firm with a Big commitment to delivering a settlement that was hard won. We will always be grateful for the representation we received. His charming office in downtown Savannah is conveniently located and has plentiful parking directly across from the office.

During my divorce proceedings, Attorney Sanders demonstrated a lack of empathy and seemed more focused on financial gain rather than addressing the emotional and physical challenges I was experiencing. Dealing with my husband's attorney's abusive emails and unethical tactics was extremely difficult as Attorney Sanders did not effectively advocate for me. He allowed incorrect documentation to be submitted to the judge, and when this was brought to his attention, I was met with insensitivity. Subsequently, I had to engage another attorney to rectify the situation and ensure that the agreed-upon funds in the divorce decree were rightfully allocated to me. Regrettably, due to my husband being the primary earner, I, as an older woman, now face the challenge of rebuilding my life from the ground up. Attorney Sanders' apparent disregard for my best interests resulted in me relinquishing my claim to a portion of the pension and retirement benefits. Given my experiences, I would caution individuals from minority communities against seeking legal representation from Attorney Sanders.

When I needed a Savannah attorney to assist me in removing the court appointed conservator for my elderly aunt, I did not know where to turn. However, when I contacted an attorney friend in a large prestigious law firm in Atlanta asking for a reference, without hesitation they recommended Janice Powell. At our first meeting, I was impressed by her legal knowledge and experience. Her compassion for both my aunt and me was obvious. Ms Powell worked diligently to see that both my aunt and her property were protected. A new conservator was appointed and the former one required to to compensate my aunt for any loss or expense to her estate. Ms. Powell's dedication to her client was evident, even when she was criticized for bringing legal proceedings against this well-known conservator, who was also an attorney. Her ability to make the case before the Judge was outstanding. Ms. Powell has represented my family and me in other legal issues since this case. . We have been pleased to work with an attorney who is professional, has a sharp legal mind, and a caring heart. I would highly recommend her legal practice to anyone, especially those needing Probate or Family Law services. She has proven herself time and again to be an excellent attorney and an admirable individual.

I only made it as far as a phone call seeking help for a modification of a divorce decree and was told by the lady that answered that they don't do that here. Very confusing as the firm is listed with a keyword of divorce and the website also mentions both items I asked for help with.

I called the office trying to get a consultation, the receptionist asked me which attorney I wanted to meet with. I’m not familiar with the process so I responded that I don’t know, any attorney that can do a consultation. She said that she could book me 2/4/6 weeks out. When I asked what the date would be and which lawyer it would be she hung up. I don’t know every lawyer in YOUR office, miss. Rude

Amanda Love... she's the best! Her last name matches who she is. She's tough with a dash of love for her clients. She's compassionate, organized, experienced, and very responsive to your needs. I previously had an attorney who was transitioning to a different job from Jarrett & Price. 6 months went by and my case was sitting. After Amanda was retained, she came in full force and tackled my case. She did more in 2 months than the previous attorney did in 6. Mrs. Pedigo was my attorney in my divorce and I was extremely satisfied with her services. Not only that she’s very diligent and precise in her work, but she was very companionate and understanding of what o was going through. She guided me objectively through my divorce process. Her fees are acceptable for Savannah and I did not feel she overcharged me un-necessarily.
She also has a very good relation with other divorce lawyers which makes it easier for her to support and defend one.

CRMLam is by far the greatest Criminal Law Firm in Georgia. My son attorney, John Rodman, esq is hands down the best of the best. He is trustworthy, confident and very conversant. Attorney Johnathan hunt and his paralegal is the best in the city the DA was trying to give my fiance 3 years I don't know what Attorney hunt said to have judge Derek white to have mercy but he was sentenced to only 3 months with GOD ATTORNEY HUNT AND STAFF MY FAMILY WILL REUNITE IN 90 DAYS WHICH IS WAY BETTER THAN 3 YEARS AND TRUST ME THAT DA WAS NOT PLAYING WITH MY FIANCÉ!
