I am a current active duty E-4 in the Navy and my command attempted to throw the book at me for something I did not do. This was all based on hearsay. No facts. No evidence. It boiled down to he said/ she said. Long story short, I was accused of harassment, bullying, indecent language, and hostile work environment to which I was being sent to Battalion level NJP. As soon as I was told this information, I went to Google, found Sean Mangan, and gave him a call. During his free consultation, I could tell he was someone who would get things done. The rest is history. I told him I was innocent and did not do any of these things. His advice was to request a Court Martial in order to fight these claims instead of taking the punishment. This process took an entire year because of all the government delays, set backs, and shady tactics. Sean never wavered. He always reassured me that we were on the right track and he was in my corner. He doesn’t make promises he can’t keep BUT he will fight until the end and will lay everything out, the good, the bad, the ugly. I knew what my options were and what the different outcomes would be. On the day of my Court Martial, as nervous as I was, standing next to Sean eased my worries. He was so professional, well prepared, ready to object to any falsities the government had up their sleeves, spoke so concisely and matter of factly in a way that was extremely comforting to me, as the accused. He’s also funny. I think his slight humorous jokes played into this as well. During the four long days, Sean was on top of it. He listened carefully, tore apart the witnesses' stories, created plenty of reasonable doubt, and overall uncovered the truth to the panel that these accusations had no merit. This was the best decision I could have made and was absolutely worth every dime to hire Sean. If you’re on the fence, don’t be. Sean took care of me and my family by getting a full acquittal of all charges and specifications.

I am currently a Captain in the Regular Army, and I owe my military career to Sean Mangan.
My story began five years ago, when I became the subject of a formal investigation. I wasn’t educated on how detrimental adverse administrative actions could be to my career, and I didn’t receive the resultsof the investigation until three months later. The investigation was riddled with errors based on third-party information, and I was treated as an outcast, unable to correct the record. It was terrifying to realize that all my military accomplishments could be disregarded.
After returning from deployment, I became a constant target of my leadership, who prevented me from PCS-ing by altering my YMAV multiple times without consulting me. I submitted a request to appeal the findings of the investigation based on new evidence, but my Brigade Commander denied it and moved forward with initiating administrative separation. I felt hopeless and defeated until I found Sean Mangan. He submitted written responses on my behalf, presenting strong arguments that persuaded the Post Commander to retain me without a Board of Inquiry. Furthermore, his legal expertise led to the Army Board for Correction of Military Records (ABCMR) ruling in my favor, resulting in the GOMOR being moved to my restricted file and giving me a second chance at my career.
As a Company Commander, I faced several instances where Brigade Judge Advocates attempted to push me into initiating a GOMOR or administrative separation on enlisted soldiers based on minimal proof. The formal investigation process is deeply flawed and needs reform.
Sean Mangan is someone who listens and provides hope. With his experience as a retired Army Judge, he delivers the best possible defense. He continues to serve because he genuinely cares about helping service members in tough situations. I will always be grateful for what Sean Mangan has done for me and my family.

I hired Sean to ensure my rank was not reduced at retirement during the AGDRB process. He took me on as a client with short notice and was able to present my case and bring a hammer to fight back against the issues and damage my former command left me. His understanding of the military justice systemand processes is unmatched, being a former JAG officer. In the end I was able to retain my current rank at retirement - money well spent in my book. My only regret was not hiring Sean earlier when the salacious accusations were made against me, and relying on the provided military attorney. Just like Soldiers, not all military assigned counsel are the best or prioritize your situation. Hire that private lawyer early and fight back. Most commanding officers are risk adverse politicians and will side with the safest option for military justice. Do not give them that option. Hire Sean and let him fight it out for you to provide the best chance of winning your case and retaining your good name and reputation.

It was a pleasure having Mr. Morrison as my lawyer when filing a chapter 7 bankruptcy. He explained all the options for my spouse and I before all felt that chapter 7 was the best course of option. He didn’t seem to have his stuff together and all I had asked for was for him to prepare divorce documents for me...which needed corrections(not a big deal!).... what was a big deal was after I received services, I paid on the way out and as far as I knew it was a transaction that had been completed.... later I was billed a different number... when I asked about it he accused me of constant whining and harassment.... I emailed him and it continued to the tune of being told I got a good deal and he actually worked an hour longer than he originally billed me... I asked for the dates and times he charged me and he told me our business was done and that unless I was going to pay, to stop the harassment of him and his employees and the insane emails... insane? I asked for dates and times he had billed me.... my credit score isn’t 790 because I fail to pay what is owed!! Look elsewhere!!

I felt like I had to basically plan my whole case - I also feft like he was more interested in making deals with the opposing council that he was with fighting for my needs. Paperwork that was supposed to be submitted to the Judge (bench copies) were a problem not once but twice..I felt this was a HUGE problem in both my "temporary orders" and during trial!
The good news is he does respond in a timely manner.

Craig has been an exceptional attorney for us! He is hard working, doesn't take to intimidation tactics of other attorney, agencies, etc. and very compassionate with his clients. The first thing I noticed about Craig is he has a genuine concern for his clients; when he sees they are being "wronged" he is right there to go to the mat for you. He is experienced and it shows! He always seems to be ahead of the game and knows when someone is pulling some to be blunt BS. He is VERY clear about his expectations of honesty and conduct and so long as you are up front with him and your motives are good he is 150% there for you. I hired Angela L Olsen to do my Divorce. It has been a year, and I had to get another attorney to take the case. She did nothing on my case, except collect money from me. She did not keep me inform, she charged for my emails, but would not reply to them. While the case was in her hands it almost got dismissed from the county due to inactivity! She is not on top of her game! If you hire this lawyer you might as well walk into your bathroom and flush your money down the toilet!!

Angela Olsen mishandled our case so badly that we were compelled to file a complaint with the Washington State Bar. She was uncaring and unprepared and, as a result, served a contempt motion on the wrong party, and then failed to insist that a waiver be granted because the opposing attorney asked for service on behalf of her client. Any experienced attorney should have known better. In addition she was unable, because of her lack of preparation, to argue the case with the opposing attorney or direct the judge. She bungled the facts badly, and had no case law to support her limited attempts at rebuttal.
Angela Olsen failed/refused to maintain communications with us, claiming that her caseload and personal matters, such as a field trip with her daughter, and a vacation, were more important than the lives and future of our grandchildren, which hung in the balance.
Angela never disclosed to us that her caseload was such that she could not competently handle the case, which was brought before the court as an urgent matter. As a family law attorney she has a moral imperative to protect innocent children who are helpless, and have no other advocate, which was the reason she and her firm were retained.
Further, Angela Olsen failed to file a motion for reconsideration, when the judge refused to appoint a guardian ad litem. This was negligent
and irresponsible, given that there are health issues and child molestation involved. Ms. Olsen also ignored the urgency of the matter to go on vacation and then had the audacity to tell us more than 10 days later that she was too busy to respond to our telephone calls and
e-mail inquiries because "we were not her only client." When I criticized her handling of the case by e-mail her partner responded within 5 minutes, advising us that his firm was withdrawing -- never addressing the issues. As matters now stand Angela Olsen may have completely destroyed our son-in-law's only remaining chance to get his children and our grandchildren out of harm's way.
