I hired Brian for my Social Security disability case several years ago. Fro. The first consultation onward, Brian was truthful, patient and listened to my concerns and wishes as well as those of my wife. As with all other SS disability cases, it took longer than anyone wanted but Brian always communicated to us regularly which was especially important after we moved.
I would certainly recommend Mr. Yung and would go back to him should the need arises.

Richard Moeller and his team at Vaccine Injury Pros are the A-Team of Vaccine Injury Attorneys. I went in to get my seasonal flu shot and immediately upon insertion of the needle I literally screamed out in pain. Probably like yourself, I have had many injections, usually accompanied by mild pain or discomfort but this one was different, something was really wrong. My arm and my shoulder hurt like hell and kept hurting for several days, then months. Upon researching this continuing pain, I realized that this injury was likely SIRVA or a Shoulder Injury Related to Vaccine Administration.Being a lawyer, I conducted some additional research and then contacted Mr. Moeller and his team at Vaccine Injury Pros. They got all my background information and then obtained my medical records from multiple health care providers. My case was not an easy case because some information in the the medical records was not supportive of my claim. There’s so many positive words to say about Richard Moeller, and his team that consist of Coyreen Weidner, and the legal secretary, Melissa Jones.
My initial call was to ask about a flu vaccination that went terribly wrong. Richard was so patient in explaining the legal system to me. He answered my questions and was very understanding of what happened to me.
He was very professional and efficient. When he described a timeline of how claims are processed, he was spot on with the timeframe. I never had to call to ask about the status as Richard would call me to update the progress of the claim. This communication was very important to me.
It was such a pleasure to work with Melissa Jones, his legal secretary. She was always friendly and courteous.

I have been involved with Department of Human Services a total of four times now. With having experience in a juvenile system I am aware there's not much I nor an attorney can do. I requested a different attorney for this case and was selected Maxine buckmeier. I was hesitant at first that I would be stigmatized and stereotype but Maxine did neither of those things. I was impressed with her courage her knowledge and the responsibility that she takes on for other parents that are trapped in the juvenile system. She is helpful with sharing great advice, knowledge and Common Sense. Not to mention she is a state-appointed attorney home I do not pay. She has been respondent quick to the point and Abel to communicate my needs effectively with the DHS worker in the other attorneys. Being involved with DHS on four different occasions Maxine buckmeier has proven to be the best court appointed attorney the state has to offer. Thanks for everything you do.

Maxine Buckmeier facilitated three adoptions for us. One in particular was extremely complicated and required extra attention. All three required extensive experience involving ICWA. Maxine was able to address all the issues with each. The respect and care she showed for each of the birth parents and babies was admirable. We wouldn’t consider working with another attorney in the event we decide on another adoption.

when my son got murdered in 2004 i was so lds that i wanted only and lds lawyer. he met me in omaha. that was nice. he thought there was a big wrongful death suit.
in the end he was not competent to handle the estate and quit leaving me hanging and sending me a bill for $10,000.00...yes, i said 10grand. he billed me more than the estate had in it.
i was in shock over my son's death and he wrote me a letter telling me it wasn't his fault my son basically got himself killed. what a nice mormon guy.
well, he may have gotten off the hook with Irina but i found his bishop and he was very nice. he told me to send him a copy of the bill and that took care of that.
he has no morals but i didn't know at the time that mormon lawyers are just like the non-mormon ones.
i was able to find another lawyer that charged me a couple of hundred dollars to do a lot of work and get my grandson some money too. that lawyer knew i had already been almost robbed so he was very nice charging so little which he did take out of the estate, but it was nothing.....for sure not 10K...he probably goes to the temple in omaha. maybe even after the consultation.

Mr Widdison finalized my divorce. He got the job done, but I don't see who would't - it was an easy case. However, the final invoice somehow turned out to be twice as much as initially discussed. Every attempt made to clarify the bill was dismissed. It's not about the money, it's about the moral character and his approach. Please be aware when making decision of appointing him to represent your interests. Research him, there is quite an interesting reading out there. Google Application of Widdison SD. I should have done a more thorough research before making my choice, that would have saved me a lot of headache.
