I want to start off by saying Dan is a great person!! I was stressed out and nervous for almost a month before I called Dan!! After a free 30 minute consultation, Dan had made it so I was less stressed and he told me he would take care of everything!! If you need an attorney, call Dan Daly immediately before anyone else. I’ve had quite a few lawyers in the past and attorney Daly is easily the best attorney I’ve had. His experience being a former police officer, former assistant district attorney, and an assistant attorney general puts him above any lawyer in western Massachusetts. Communication with your attorney is key in a hopeful good result in your case and Dan is very responsive whether it’s by call or text he will get back to you quick. He had my hearing thrown out in 2 minutes, was only in the courthouse for 15 minutes.

Words cannot truly express how thankful I am for Atty. Alex and all his hard work on my case. I reached out to him in a bit of a panic, because my original attorney plan fell apart at the seams.
My case was pushed back a couple times. The original date was in June. Pushed to the beginning of August. For some reason, the court then moved it to the end of August, but without notification of my attorney. However, Atty. Alex rolled with it.
Whenever I would call, he would always get back to me as quickly as he could. I would receive updates when needed, and he thoroughly prepped me for what to expect at my hearing and how he believed things would go, based on experiences with similar cases in the past.
We even had hiccups the day of my hearing. After waiting for 2 hours, the person hearing my case excused themselves for a conflict, and we were given to someone else. About an hour later, we finished up with the hearing, and both of us could not be happier with the outcome. As Atty. Alex had told me, it truly was an "outlier" of a result.
He was calm, honest, down-to-earth, professional, and highly attentive through it all.
I highly recommend Atty. Alex! You cannot go wrong with him!!

You may want to consider other options before coming here! I’ve closed a lot or real estate transactions and never had an attorney charge me for requesting my funds to be disbursed via wire transfer, additionally your bank will charge a fee so you’re paying double fees to get your money. An attorney’s job is to disburse funds… you’re already getting fees on the HUD why charge again?

No consumer law attorneys. No Attorneys return calls and resent the referral. I spent an entire year calling for Consumer Law Attorneys. Absolutely no one would help, lucky if I got a call back. They were all rude and refused to take a case EVEN if I paid them $1500.00 so believe me, I am quite right and it has been an absolutely horrific experience. 100%. Honestly, don't you think I would much rather be doing something else than BEGGING for help?? Do you seriously think I enjoy writing these reviews? My experience with the entire Legal System in Massachusetts has been a total nightmare. Noone knows how to defend a consumer, and the used car warranties that Thrifty Car Sales of Westfield and Springfield are total fraud. They simply do not honor the warranties they give and force the owner into a buy back without showing the owner the terms so they can refuse putting money out for repairs. I was totally discriminated against. And you did not help AT ALL.

All smiles and professional, until she has your money. Then, be prepared for unending frustration and disappointment when dealing with this attorney.
My divorce turned into a 9 year bitter battle with non stop motions and court actions due to this attorney’s incompetence.
She forgot court dates, wouldn’t respond to emails or return phone calls. She acted as if I was putting her out if I asked for clarification regarding my case and was often very rude in her response to my questions.
The only thing she did pay attention to was her billing statement and how much she could get away with billing me for work she didn’t do. I was forced to take a lesser settlement with my ex to avoid going into further debt and continuing on with this nightmare of a lawyer. In the end, I am not sure who was the bigger snake, attorney Thorn or my ex!

I have used Jenn Thorn as my attorney since 2003. Yes she's expensive, but worth every penny, what attorney isn't expensive? She has always been 100% honest with me and has always informed me of my rights throughout my entire divorce and thereafter. I had one other attorney who did absolutely nothing for me and I actu had to represent myself in court. I would highly recommend Jennifer and suggest anyone looking for a divorce attorney meet with a few attorneys. You will quickly realize Jennifer is one of the absolute best in western Massachusetts.

Very unprofessional and made life more difficult for me and my legal situation harder but breaking contract for no reason. I asked her to send a email and wrote one that was not what I wanted so my boyfriend a lawyer and I wrote what we thought it should saw and she said that she wasn't going to be a ghost writer, she made me wait 3 months and never even. filed with the court what she told me was urgent. I was really hurt that I did what we agreed and she did the opposite and hurt me and my case but mostly my daughter.

He was court appointed to my dcf case, I should have beat the case and got my childeen but he couldn't even rember what we just talked about or things that I told him again and again, it took him two months to file my appeal or request visitation. He gave me the worst advice just work with dcf and do what they say sign all these papers and let them run thro ur business. I bent over backwards for dcf I should have my kids hands down
