In 2014 paid cash for our house. It was a bank owned property so the price was great. In the contract we knew that there was a tax year that hadn't been paid and we would be responsible for it. I absolutely forgot all about it...YES, MY FAULT..... and just paid our taxes every six months. In 2017 a place called Tax Ease was trying to take the house because they had bought the tax lien. I set up a payment plan with them and began making monthly payments. After paying for a year or more, the county sheriffs were at my door and served me foreclosure paperwork. The taxes that needed to be paid were from 2013. Come to find out that now there were 2 liens on the house because the year in question was split into 2 different "tax certificates" and the had bought them both. They are crooks !!! Anyway, I hired Peter who finally got them to give me a contract and payment plan the included everything. Peter saved my house. Thanks Peter.

Saw Attorney Pete Russell regarding estate planning. Pete is very knowledgeable and analytical.
Once he analyzed our family situation, he was able to recommended the best solution that fit my parents’ needs. Pete is willing to listen, is easy to talk to and makes you feel very comfortable. Pete is an expert in his field. I already recommended Pete to my other family members.

Donna was great. She is very knowledgeable and very thorough. Her fees are reasonable and she is very comforting and down to Earth. She handled my dissolution, my personal will, and my parents final affairs. Ehen my dad past and she was very good in helping my mom change her will and consulted her well during the transfer of her estate.
She is caring and compassionate and inwill miss her. I will be sure to always refer her services to any family or friends in need.

If I could give less then one star I would .....my mother went to her for help , she could never get her to respond to her in a timely manner , my mother would be ignored by her for weeks and weeks , she didn't help get anything resolved and in the court like it needed to be , so then when my mother didn't hear from her for about two months looking for a reply and phone call , because my mother desperately needed help after nothing my mother found another lawyer ......now this lady is trying to charge my mother for services ....when she literally did nothing , she got nothing going, she didn't respond , she didn't do her job......so now we have to fight this in court as well ......if you really need good legal help for your own good do NOT hire this lady.
Edit.....she responded to this by asking who my mother is but has replies to her turned off on here....I'm not going to give personal information out on here and go back and forth with you lady , you didn't do your job and looking at other reviews this is not the first time you have gotten a review like mine . It's not right what you did , your not a good person or lawyer at all and everyone that I know will never use you and I hope people read these reviews and move on to hire a different lawyer if they need help and want someone that will actually do their job and not cause more issues just because someone attained a different lawyer when you refused to respond and didn't do what was promised ....the zero response for weeks when someone hires you is so unprofessional then to turn around and try to charge them is disgusting especially in today's world , then making them fight you in court and having to take time out of their life just to prove you didn't do your job is disgusting.....I will post proof when this ordeal is over because I dont want anyone to go through what my poor mother is having to deal with because of this woman .

Third edit .....so since this review was posted as of today she told my mother she is waiving all fees and she won't have to pay her....... unfortunately she did this by coming into my mother's place of employment, she didn't call , she didn't try to set up a meeting, .....she came to her work while she was working and decided to confront her on my google review and speak about all of this in the middle of a public restaurant at lunch time , my mother told her what I already have said that she just left her hanging for months and didnt help her , just would never respond , and my mother said that this " lawyer" ended up saying she was waiving her fees for her. Which is the right thing to do but In my opinion it was completely unethical and rude to have that conversation in public like that in my mother's work., completely unprofessional. In my opinion that conversation should have been had over the phone or even email at the least or a private meeting. Don't hire her.

It’s no surprise that Donna has a 5.0 star review on Google. She is a fantastic attorney! I was pleased not only with her expert guidance, compassion, timeliness in staying ahead of schedule but most of all her excellent communication! After a hearing had ended, she would send a summary to me within a couple hours and prepared me for the next steps. I never had to follow up with her. She truly cared about me and I would highly recommend her to anyone. Thank you, Donna!

I have the upmost respect for Brian Zaber. I recently contacted him regarding a personal injury. He was very helpful, and I felt very comfortable speaking with him. But what I admired most was his excellent communication. I’ve heard countless complaints about attorneys not returning calls, etc., but Attorney Zaber was very responsive.

We had a horrible experience!! He didn't file a counter-suit when he should have. So when the original suit was dismissed we had to waste more time finding a new attorney to file another case. Before that he would never return our calls or emails. Hos secretary would always tell us he wasn't in the office. If you no longer wish to represent us, have the decency to tell us! Don't just disappear!!
