Tim was the hired attorney who represented me during a very contentious time with my son's mother over the details of our child support and time sharing agreement which had to be amended during a career transition 10 years ago. He represented me strongly and I felt that my best interests were always being looked out for. Recently, I consulted Tim again as my son has decided to reside with me for the remainder of his time in high school. Tim gave me excellent advice on how best to achieve this without incurring excessive financial burden. He referred me to a Mediator who was able to help me achieve this goal without officially involving attorneys for this cycle. I highly recommend his counsel as he will give you the best advice even if it doesn't benefit his practice directly.

I came to Tim after a bad experience working with a different lawyer. Although I had to essentially restart my case from the beginning Tim and Sandra were communicating with me every step of the way and letting me know about every update. Patricia Sciarrino is very fast paced and completely by the book. I needed to get through mediation and I was referred to her. She let me explain my situation and what I wanted to come from mediation and it was nice to just sit back and let her handle everything. She is very friendly and understanding, and looks at things from both points of view, which helped me get a better understanding of what I should or should not do. She is very easy to get a hold of whenever I had questions. I highly recommend her, and see her worth being every penny I spent!

Michelle was a great mediator. She patiently managed a highly emotional and often irrational situation with grace and kindness. Ms. Kohn did an outstanding brokering a mediation agreement in my dissolution of marriage case. I arrived at her office thinking my case would drag out through the summer months, but instead I left her office three hours later with a very satisfactory, signed mediation agreement. I was recommended to John by a friend who had been in a case where John was the opposing attorney. My friend told me after losing the case that John was a real gentleman and honest. After interviewing with him I have used his office for the last 14 years for several real estate transactions and family law because I know he is fair but bulldog tough. HIs ethics are impeccable. I would not go to court without consulting him. It is my observation that he is well respected in the christian community and in the courtroom. His office staff are very professional and personable. I recommed his services very highly.

I have known Joe for over 20 years. He is a terrific Family Law attorney. He is always prepared and covers all aspects thoroughly in every case he handles. In the past, I have had several cases where he was opposing counsel and I was always impressed by his knowledge of the facts and the pertinent law. As advocates for our clients, we were able to take positions to benefit our clients, but attempt to resolve cases amicably where we could. Even though Mr. Fischer did not practice law with regards to HOA disputes, he took the time twice to speak to us. 1 year ago I had 2 unexpected major surgeries and 2 ER visits.
This situation put me in a heugh financial dilemma on which is how I came to call on the office of Randall Fischer.
Karen and I spoke, we met with Randall and developed a game plan for my overwhelming circumstances. I had "no" idea what I was getting into, but, it was made aware to me right away that I was in the right hands. After a very long time {because to the covid and the courts being closed} my date and court case was handled and done.
Randall, Karen and Cory will be on my radar in the future forever for all the help and peace of mind they have given me,
The process was stressful but, they made it easier in the sense that I felt love on. Randall and Karen coached me through every step. I am so thankful to Karen Steger and her staff. I suffer from PTSD due to an abusive 23-year marriage. I was so scared to file for a divorce. I quit on Karen a few times but she never quit on me. My family hired Jason Berger to represent us in a minor child name change. He handled our case with professionalism and kindness. He was thorough with our case and handled everything above and beyond our expectations. Communication with us in regards to our case was exceptional. His assistant Nancy was always available to answer our calls and give Jason our information.
On the day of our court hearing I watched Mr. Berger arrive early to get our name on the top of the court roster for the morning.

I had a highly disappointing experience with Edward Galante as my attorney. Throughout my case, there was a consistent lack of communication and responsiveness. Critical questions about my legal matters went unanswered, and I often felt sidelined and ignored. His approach seemed more focused on closing the case quickly rather than addressing the issues at hand, leading to unresolved discrepancies and unnecessary frustration. Mr. Galante and Abby were very compassionate, patient and helpful in my divorce. They understood my angle of wanting to offer reconciliation first and were willing to try my ideas while offering very sound advice and experience. HE MAY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR OTHER LAWYERS / FRIENDS BUT HE WILL NOT DO THAT FOR THE AVERAGE PERSON. I PAID A RETAINER UP FRONT AND HE COULD NOT SHOW ME THE TIME SPENT ON MY CASE, IT COST 5K TO HAVE HIM FILL OUT ONE FAMILY LAW FORM. HE LOOKS AT THE CLOCK INSTEAD OF THE CLIENT. He does NOT represent me, and will not return any emails, or answer his office phone, as HE DOES NOT HAVE TOO. This is coming from a worried mother, our child is being exposed to awful events. Mr. Rogers does nothing but allow his client to continue to put our child in danger. If you want your child safe DO NOT CHOOSE HIM. His assistant Brittany, makes personal calls to my child's father, expressing her opinions of me and how she thinks things should go, not to mention including the flirting with him. That's just disgusting and unprofessional. She hangs up on me, she will not listen she just wants to argue. I am truly lost and I pray god heals him and reminds him why he is a family law attorney including a criminal one. Does a criminal attorney usually allow his own client to commit crimes ? It seems so. God bless you all and your families.

Called the office 5x left messages with theresa the secretary .and since he is not my lawyer but my brothers he will not talk to me regarding my moms Will.. and deed to her home..I want a copy of the Will mom died march 14th at hospice and since my family does not speak I am a daughter who is treated like a stranger and unless something has been done AGAIN to the will and deeds by this lawyer vs john karp who refused to change my 92 year old mothers and husbands documents who i trusted vs this lawyer who will not talk to me .what are you hiding call me with the information ..you should not change documents with elderly with cognitive issues
