I spoke with Mr. Melendez custody in the event of a divorce. He was very insightful, patient, and sincere. He was very honest about the effect divorce has on children and how the court wants what is best for the child and the family. He also recommended marriage counseling as divorce should only be pursued if reconciliation is not possible. It was helpful to receive legal expertise from someone who genuinely cared about you and your marriage.

It's very rare to come across an attorney that will actually take the time to "sit and listen". He not only took the time to sit and listen but he also thought of every question possible to make sure he knew every aspect of the case. He invested a lot of his personal time on this, time I don't believe another attorney would do and I am forever grateful. He is a true fighter for his clients in every aspect and was always quick to remind me to have faith. It's not about the numbers for him, it's about what is right for his clients.

My third family law attorney, I found a keeper! When I found Linda and interviewed her I realized finding an attorney is finding someone you are compatible with. If your attorney isn't like minded they aren't likely to be properly equipped to be your advocate. Find someone who thinks like you do and it will be easy for them to articulate your needs. She's expensive, very expensive. So far it's been worth every penny.

Let's be honest, starting a business is hard enough; but to have a complaint put forth against you for simple semantics and legal jargon, it's scary. Raj was the prosecuting attorney who was fighting AGAINST me therefore I expected to be treated as such. Not at all. He was not only professional and honest, he was helpful and a HUMAN. He assisted me in understanding the verbiage and was willing to direct me to resources for the future regarding my business. My case was dismissed and I cannot express how important that is to me. I would highly recommend Mr. Schulte. He helped me through a divorce and a battle for child custody. The out come of both was good. I the father got custody of my the six year old son. That was not a typical outcome for most situations of a father winning custody over the mother so I was very happy with my outcome. Mr. Schulte is highly competent and trustworthy. They are extremely helpful, have excellent communication, and are highly knowledgeable. Most of the time people search for family law lawyers, who are complete sharks, and while they may be great, they tend not to be very personable. Bryan was 100% a dynamite lawyer and nose dived into my case as I prayed he would, but he was extremely respectful to all parties and that says a lot about his character and professionalism.
