I have been going through a divorce for years now. When my case was getting too much for me to handle myself, I met with Drew Hendricks. At first he just handled all the paperwork for my case and I received an uncontested default judgment divorce. Just over a year later, my ex wife decided that she was not happy with that and took me back to court. At that point Drew fully represented me and I was seeing him in action. Seeing him argue points and shoot down opposing counsel with facts and the truth is what saved me from paying out unnecessary money. Drew fought (and will continue fighting if I need him too) hard for me and I could not recommend him more. I give his contact information to anyone I run into that is going through a divorce. My family has give out his information to their friends. If your reading this and undecided if your going to pick this law firm…let me be the first one to say: come here first and talk to Drew. You will not regret it.

Dustin Krogh has been my lawyer since my divorce and most recently into a difficult child custody case with a move away. I really couldn’t be happier with him and his firm! He was always responsive and timely.
I feel like I need to say this next part because I’m not a fan of having to do anything inside a courtroom or with Lawyers in general but he actually cared about me. Not just the case and the face value of the challenges it brought, but me. He handled everything cleanly, gave phenomenal advice and helped me through some very tight and tough times. For perspective I’m a Dad in the state of California fighting custody of 2 kids and moving with them out of state.

I had a consultation with Dustin today and had to share my experience. What I truly appreciate about Dustin is his directness and honesty. He doesn’t paint a pretty picture to get you to hire him. Instead he reviewed the gray areas and the possibilities this case could play out. I appreciate his time and his willingness to help me even before hiring him. He explained how to request for an extension as he is unable to represent me with my current scheduled hearings but if I am able to get the extensions granted he would be willing to help take on my case. He referred me to other attorneys as well but I can’t help but want to hire him. He listened. Not many attorneys do and although he had to keep me on track to ensure he got the facts straight, I appreciate his politeness but ability to be re-direct me and get straight to the point without wasting either one of our times. Don't confuse her for an advocate for the abused.
She has high rates & shows little compassion for abused women & children. During consultation, she checks her cell phone often, and has people come in and out of the conference room. She's dismissive and seems arrogant. 🚩
She seems to like the thrill of the games of the court system and in it for money $$ and power. I will not hire Michelle Brooker JD.

I obviously cannot go into all of the details in a short review, but we unfortunately retained Kelly Bennett for two business cases and they were both hands down the worst experiences we have had with any attorney - ever. In our extensive dealings with her, we found Kelly Bennett to be extremely difficult to deal with, unreliable and ineffectual. She advised us to make moves like filing nonsensical cross complaints, motions, etc that cost us ridiculous amounts of money and got us nowhere (except huge legal fees). We learned the hard way that we mistakenly relied on her detrimental advice and did so for far too long. After you're in a case(s) so deep with an attorney and you've already paid so much money, it's hard to make a switch - even when things are not going well.
She is also obsessed with billing. She sends a bill every 2 weeks like clockwork and she instructs her revolving door of staff to start hounding you for payment literally days after the bill hits your inbox. We've never seen anything like it.
Being involved in legal issues is already stressful enough, and Kelly Bennett makes it exponentially worse with her inconsistent, erratic and aggressive behavior. There is so much more that I could expound upon, but I'll do so after Kelly Bennett comes back with an aggressive response to this review, which I fully expect from her because that is her standard operating procedure.
We have a business and completely understand that some online reviews unfairly tarnish the reputation of a business, but believe me when I say this one is very well deserved. Be aware that she has recently changed the name of her firm from Bennett & Bennett to Sapere Law for some reason.
