claiming bankruptcy. Not only did he
reassure me that things happen, he made
sure I wasn't confused or alone in the
process as well. He answers all questions
with a smile and confidence, and
practically guides you through all the hard parts. The first lawyer I went couldn't help me, he gave me Mr. Straffi's card. (l'm so grateful to that man because he was a little mean to be honest, I don't even want to imagine how it would have went with him.)

I contacted Mr Champagne, concerning my immigrational issues. I needed a waiver from all the vaccines including covid19 . These were requirements for my green card application. I was told by three receptionist in different immigration clinics i called that , there was no way i could get a green card without getting vaccinated. He did the waiver together with my other documents and posted them on September 23 . I received my green card just three weeks after that. He is very outstanding. I strongly recommend him to everyone who need a professional experience with a touch of class.

Ms. Rybar, is an outstanding lawyer. She took my case over from an inadequate lawyer and saved my life. She handled my case all the way through an eleven day trial straight through the closing of our marital home. She did her homework and got me pension money the other lawyer said I wasn’t entitled to and and she had my back when no one else did. I would highly recommend her services to anyone.

Agnes helped me keep what is most important to me: my family intact. My ex wife filed a motion to relocate with our 11 year-old son some 3,000 miles away. We had shared custody since our divorce 7 years prior and I had been exercising in excess of 104 overnights per year with him. I didn't really have the resources (due to a very bad child support deal I agreed to in a pro-se PSA) to hire an attorney but I had no choice, fighting the removal was paramount. So I borrowed from family and interviewed several attorneys. Most attorneys I interviewed were very cold, and didn't offer much hope. The one thing that they were all sure about was that this was going to be an expensive case to litigate. Agnes was realistic about my chances but not defeatist. She was also understanding about my financial situation and willing to work with me. Hiring her was the best decision I could have made. I was a very "hands-on" client and Agnes always listened and incorporated my viable arguments into the case. She always replied to me in a timely manner, was never dismissive or condescending. She genuinely cared about the outcome of my case. She was obviously very knowledgeable about family law but that didn't stop her from investigating unique aspects of my case that helped us build a strong argument. At the end of our year-plus battle, the court denied my ex wife's request in unequivocal terms. I could never adequately express my gratitude for the job Agnes did for me and my family and I would recommend her services highly to anyone in need of an honest, hard-working family lawyer.

I was so lucky to have found her for my divorce. A co-worker was very unhappy with the terms of his divorce and complained about his wife's attorney. I immediately asked what the lawyer's name was. I was in a terrible situation in a 20 year marriage, I interviewed 3 attorneys before meeting Ms. Tambasco, she was the only one
willing to fight for me and my sons. She was so prepared for every court appearance and prepared me as well. It was a wonderful experience within a terrible experience. i can honestly say that i had a very difficult case. a lot of confusion and anger . mr apicelli was able to take total controll of the situation . there were times that i was wondering , why is he not saying something? then i reallized that sometimes listening is better. mr apicelli instinctivly knew when to listen and when to talk. after the first 15 min. of our first session i knew i was in good hands.i was a basket case untill mr. apicelli took over,and from that moment on i had full trust in everything he said and did. i was so relaxed and comfortable through the entire process, it was unreal. if you are considering useing nick apicelli he has my full permission to give my e mail adress if any one wants more information. he is the best, and good luck to all

I want to tell the world that there are to few individuals that would help someone at a short notice. My sister-in-law was in a In a bit of a bind in which she needed a lawyer. It was the weekend and I was looking for one on Google. I call different law firms but none answer the phone. I saw about Brett M. Rosen, Esq on Google. Plus the reviews and I saw it was 24hours open. On a Saturday I call for some help and advice. Mr. Rosen was so polite and so understanding. He help by telling the laws to my case and explaining the situation. So that I could better understand what my sister-in-law was going too. He kept in touch even when I was not his client. He did more than other lawyers. I could imagine what he does to his paying clients. Even though my sister-in-law went a different direction. I am telling you this. I made an appt for a consultation and prior to coming in I asked several times for an idea of retainer fee. Never asking for an exact amount but a ballpark idea. I had a budget I needed to stay within. I was told it was based on a case to case basis. I didn’t want to waste anyone’s time if I was going to be able to afford it. Again was ignored when I asked. I showed up for the consultation and the retainer agreement was already prepared before even talking to me. So it’s not based on the case. So they wasted their time and mine. Highly disappointed. I asked if I was able to pay a large part of the retainer and pay the rest off in a few weeks. Which I understand they don’t have to do but explaining my situation I was hoping they would work with me. I’m not upset about that I’m aggravated because they know their retainer fee and wasted my time and theirs.

If you are reading this review, stop and pick up the phone and give Bart a call. That’s what I did. Barr returned my call the next day. My situation involved a contractor who had my money for six months and was not doing the job. Excuses after excuses. Bart explained that New Jersey has a very strong law about consumer fraud. Bart said he would take my case right away. Time was of the essence because I had a broken up driveway and winter was coming. I came down to the office and we called the contractor. Bart very nicely informed the contactor that he represents me and wanted to know when they could complete the job. They said there piece. Bart gave them a deadline otherwise we would be taking them to court, seeking triple damages. Long story short, I had my driveway in three weeks after waiting 6 months. Bart saved me a lot of time, aggravation and money. I have talked to many lawyers and Bart is reasonable. As well as a man of his word. Bart delivered what he said he could deliver.

Retained him for services for an easy case where all parties were in agreement. Once I paid, I never heard from him. Useless office personnel kept giving me the run around. One free consult phone call and 2 answered emails and I received an invoice saying my retainer was almost gone. I called the court and found out my paperwork was never filed. I ended up doing all of the work myself, making all of the phone calls and setting up my own court date. What a crap law firm, with crap lawyers. If he was too busy to take the case, he should have passed it on to someone else. Do not use Carluccio, Leone, Dimon, Doyle, & Sacks.
