I was appointed Mr.Baffuto as a pro bono attorney, now I’ve heard stories public of defenders and pro bono Council doing the bare minimum taking a plea and moving along. But that is NOT what I received in this case! Mr.baffuto exceeded my expectations he took the time to explain every detail. Mr. Baffuto treated me as if he was being paid to provide me legal service in which he was not. From the first day we spoke his exact words were “im going to crush it” and he did just that without a beat being missed. CASE DISMISSED!! Top notch service he even took the time to give advice on a personal level, I will refer him every chance I get. claiming bankruptcy. Not only did he
reassure me that things happen, he made
sure I wasn't confused or alone in the
process as well. He answers all questions
with a smile and confidence, and

I made an appt for a consultation and prior to coming in I asked several times for an idea of retainer fee. Never asking for an exact amount but a ballpark idea. I had a budget I needed to stay within. I was told it was based on a case to case basis. I didn’t want to waste anyone’s time if I was going to be able to afford it. Again was ignored when I asked. I showed up for the consultation and the retainer agreement was already prepared before even talking to me. So it’s not based on the case. So they wasted their time and mine. Highly disappointed. I asked if I was able to pay a large part of the retainer and pay the rest off in a few weeks. Which I understand they don’t have to do but explaining my situation I was hoping they would work with me. I’m not upset about that I’m aggravated because they know their retainer fee and wasted my time and theirs.

I used Jersey Coast Family Law for my divorce . Let's face it, the circumstances stink. I was often an unstable, weepy mess. Thankfully I was able to rely on this very professional team to redirect me, in order to not totally screw up the rest of my life, financially & professionally. It was very tempting to rely on resentment and other ugly emotions. Abby simply wouldn't allow it. She didn't actually shake me into submission but she did insist on keeping my head on straight. You will be safe with her for sure.

I was so lucky to have found her for my divorce. A co-worker was very unhappy with the terms of his divorce and complained about his wife's attorney. I immediately asked what the lawyer's name was. I was in a terrible situation in a 20 year marriage, I interviewed 3 attorneys before meeting Ms. Tambasco, she was the only one
willing to fight for me and my sons. She was so prepared for every court appearance and prepared me as well. It was a wonderful experience within a terrible experience. She out worked my ex husbands attorney and I'm sure made less I didn't feel it was about the money I felt she cared and still does. Ms. Rybar, is an outstanding lawyer. She took my case over from an inadequate lawyer and saved my life. She handled my case all the way through an eleven day trial straight through the closing of our marital home. She did her homework and got me pension money the other lawyer said I wasn’t entitled to and and she had my back when no one else did. I would highly recommend her services to anyone.

Agnes helped me keep what is most important to me: my family intact. My ex wife filed a motion to relocate with our 11 year-old son some 3,000 miles away. We had shared custody since our divorce 7 years prior and I had been exercising in excess of 104 overnights per year with him. I didn't really have the resources (due to a very bad child support deal I agreed to in a pro-se PSA) to hire an attorney but I had no choice, fighting the removal was paramount. So I borrowed from family and interviewed several attorneys. Most attorneys I interviewed were very cold, and didn't offer much hope. The one thing that they were all sure about was that this was going to be an expensive case to litigate. Agnes was realistic about my chances but not defeatist. She was also understanding about my financial situation and willing to work with me. Hiring her was the best decision I could have made. I was a very "hands-on" client and Agnes always listened and incorporated my viable arguments into the case. She always replied to me in a timely manner, was never dismissive or condescending. She genuinely cared about the outcome of my case. She was obviously very knowledgeable about family law but that didn't stop her from investigating unique aspects of my case that helped us build a strong argument. At the end of our year-plus battle, the court denied my ex wife's request in unequivocal terms. I could never adequately express my gratitude for the job Agnes did for me and my family and I would recommend her services highly to anyone in need of an honest, hard-working family lawyer.

i can honestly say that i had a very difficult case. a lot of confusion and anger . mr apicelli was able to take total controll of the situation . there were times that i was wondering , why is he not saying something? then i reallized that sometimes listening is better. mr apicelli instinctivly knew when to listen and when to talk. after the first 15 min. of our first session i knew i was in good hands.i was a basket case untill mr. apicelli took over,and from that moment on i had full trust in everything he said and did. i was so relaxed and comfortable through the entire process, it was unreal. if you are considering useing nick apicelli he has my full permission to give my e mail adress if any one wants more information. he is the best, and good luck to all

Retained him for services for an easy case where all parties were in agreement. Once I paid, I never heard from him. Useless office personnel kept giving me the run around. One free consult phone call and 2 answered emails and I received an invoice saying my retainer was almost gone. I called the court and found out my paperwork was never filed. I ended up doing all of the work myself, making all of the phone calls and setting up my own court date. What a crap law firm, with crap lawyers. If he was too busy to take the case, he should have passed it on to someone else. Do not use Carluccio, Leone, Dimon, Doyle, & Sacks.
