I went to the Law Offices of Roman P. Mosqueda last October 2014 to petition my children and wife. My case was complicated. I did the petition for my children and wife by myself and with no knowledge filled out the forms incorrectly. I was frustrated and stressed because immigration was sending me letters which I didn’t understand. I decided to seek the help of Mr. Mosqueda. When I first met Atty. Mosqueda he was very patient and courteous as well as his assistant Crystal. Crystal went above and beyond to help me with my ignorance with immigration. Within four months my family got an interview and is now residing with me which was a dream come true. Therefore, I would like to commend Atty. Atty Ramon and his team is a Top Gun! Helped me evict a very difficult tenant. My tenant is a gold digger, subleasing my place illegally. Tenant use all type of excuses to earn $$$. Having Atty Ramon helped stopped instead i was able to get an order from court that he will pay for all my cost and pay more! Best of All his out of my territory.

First thing I learned over 20 years ago about being a professional driver is to try to get all citations reduced to non-moving violations. The idea is that you may get one that you can't get reduced and that could be the one that puts you over the limit regarding having a Taxi permit or even having your license suspended for too many points. Get them reduced when you can. It's worth the money if you want to stay in the Pro Driver business. I have used CDL Legal via OOIDA since obtaining a CDL over 20 years ago. They have produced the results I needed every time. I haven't had many citations however I always try to get them reduced no matter how many I have over the years. Thank you Wiley Ramey! You did a great job.

Having an extremely difficult case when all should have been simple, Sandra was very honest with me the entire time. She made sure to keep me informed and give me all possible options before proceeding. She took her time explaining all aspects of my case and put herself in my shoes when giving me options for proceeding with my case. My case took many unnecessary turns due to opposing counsel, and Sandra was able to navigate through all of them, in stride. Sandra knows the laws and was able to propose reasonable offers to close my case and when the opposition was stuck with what the judge would do they ultimately had to give in to our very reasonable settlement without going to trial. Sandra did everything possible to keep from going to trial when it was not necessary and ultimately closed my case with a win for our side (and saving me a lot of money).
Sandra is very open and honest when it came to handling ever aspect of my case. She also responds very quickly and kept me in the loop anytime she had communication with opposing counsel.

Sandra Nutt is the best attorney in the San Fernando Valley if not the whole state of California. Most lawyers just care about getting the win, Sandy is so much more then that. I hired Sandra for my move away. She was honest with me from the start. She took all my calls, answered all my questions, and was there for me over all. I ended up settling with my kids dad but I feel like we won the case. She told me straight up what she believed I can win and what I can lose. If I was being reasonable or not. Having to contact an attorney because your loved one was neglected or abused was very difficult to process, however for our mother, it was the best decision we made. We got very lucky finding Adam at Peck Law Group. Adam took at look at our case and said let's do this, I got you guys. He was compassionate to our emotional struggles, yet did what he needed to do for us and our mom. He provided us with a successful outcome, which we know wasn't a walk in the park, but he made it feel like it was.

i had a mess going on, my business partner tried to rip me off while he and my wife had an affair, then tried to have me arrested for sexual assault. Loren was able to get my business contracts in order, Handled my divorce and custody issues, then he was also able to hande the criminal case and get the DA to throw it out completely!! i can not express how truly amazed i am that this all happened to me, and more importantly that LOren and his staff were able to sort out all my problems.

Absolutely the worst lawyer I've ever had to deal with, and that's saying something considering we're in Los Angeles. Not only could he not accomplish a standard divorce, he had the tenacity to send me a nasty letter accusing me of holding my own divorce up! I had to cancel my wedding (no small task), and send my best man home overseas. My six month "easy" divorce - as he told me - is now going to take a year. I would avoid Kim Pearman at ALL costs. You'd be better off with an online company. They seem to be more efficient, friendlier, and don't send nasty letters when they are in the wrong.
