With my in-laws passing away within a month of each other, there was no way the family was going to save their house. Michelle stepped in and helped us through a strained foreclosure process (Covid-19 for two years, squatters, etc.). She did a terrific job not only helping us but keeping us informed. I am a retired 72-year-old teacher, and I’ve lived long enough to confidently say, “Once in a generation”—that’s the only way to describe Attorney Susan Chestnut.

My friend was entirely dependent on her husband, knew no one, and had limited command of the English language. He reviewed several contracts for me. He pointed out a few questionable areas in the contracts. It was clear that he went through the contracts line by line and paid attention to every little detail. Mr. Rooney and his wonderful staff settled a car accident case for me. He made sure I could go to a doctor and the doctor got paid from the money he got from the insurance company. I have gotten the treatment I need and my bills are paid - PLUS I have settlement money for my medical bills if I have to go to the doctor again with my back. I was so happy with Mr. Rooney and I can't say enough nice things about him and his staff. I would definitely recommend him to anybody who has been in a car accident.

Going into a legal dispute is emotionally and physically exhausting. This was the case when my sister suffering from early onset Alzheimer’s was not receiving emotional, physical or monetary support from her husband. Finding an attorney that you can trust is a challenge in this day and age when so many have left their moral compass at the door. This is not the case with Aaron Johnson whom throughout a year+ long battle remained compassionate and understanding of the situation. He walked us through and explained everything that was being done. This was a complicated case and Aaron maintained a professionalism while holding to his own moral compass. Tina, his paralegal, was not only a tremendous comfort to us but also extremely experienced in varying aspects of law. We now consider them both friends and are very happy with the outcome.

I was worried about filing for divorce form my husband. I was worried that because he had studied as a paralegal, he would be able to manipulate the situation. He tried to convince me that if he contested the divorce that we could be ordered to couples counseling. Elizabeth put me at ease though. She walked me through the process, and was there to answer my questions and quell my fears. She never held back or sugarcoated anything. Had horrible advice which cause me to end up in contempt, more than once! Meetings and hearings were constantly cancelled because she didnt feel well! Then, when I seeked other councel, she testifies against me as a "SURPRISE WITNESS" for my ex's attorney!!!! Liz twisted everything I said&wrote to her, to make herself look good because she knew she gave me bad advice! I ended up getting an attorney out of IR country, which was the best decision I made! I almost lost my kids because of her not doing what she needed to do in the first place. I never reported her because I was scared she would lie to attorneys and Judges about me. Look for an attorney out of Indian River Country and go to court in a different county.

My girlfriend and I saw Seth Weinstein to each take care of our estate planning and other forms. Seth greeted us before we even made it to the office door, and i felt comfortable with him immediately. I was at the end of my rope with my baby mama and was told to see Mr. Battista. She was controlling all of my time with my child, not letting me see him when I didn't give her what she wanted (usually money), and then stopped letting me see our son at all once I got a new girlfriend. Battista laid the law down. Worked circles around her attorney (who knew she was gonna lose but never told my ex) and made it so that now we both get equal time with my son. He's never been happier and even my ex and I actually get along better than we did before I went to see him. My ex even stopped listening to her lawyer and started listening to mine, which helped a lot.

Jeff and his office did a great job with my divorce. Divorce is a very difficult and emotional experience and Jeff along with his office staff helped make this experience as easy as possible. Anytime I had a question or concern they answered them very quickly. Jeff would respond to my emails over the weekend and late at night. I never felt in the dark with the process. This person did absolutely NOTHING to defend my case against my ex wife in our divorce proceedings. He also did absolutely NOTHING to defend me against her allegations, that I wasn't disabled, during a divorce hearing, no less. I was found to be legally disabled almost 8 years prior, by a 3 Judge panel, with a Degenerative disease. He charged me thousands of dollars, for me to get information from Social Security, that he should have known, as a supposedly Attorney for Social Security claims. The only thing he knows how to do correctly, is stand in front of the Judge, and say his name, and that he charges $350 per hour. Then he sits down. I will regret hiring this person for the remainder of my life.

I hired Paige to represent me in a complicated divorce. She came highly recommended by another highly-respected attorney in town. I was very nervous from past experiences with other attorneys but when I met her, I immediately knew I had the right one. She put me at ease right away and I was so impressed with how knowledgeable and helpful she was. It was obvious from day one that she truly wanted to help me.
Over the many months it took to get my divorce done, I came to realize how truly blessed I was to have Paige on my side. My ex-husband's attorney was a bloodthirsty shark from Orlando and Paige put him right in his place! I could tell that even the judge was impressed with how she was running circles around the other attorney. I especially liked that she was tough with the other attorney but kind and loyal to me. I truly felt that she was "my" lawyer.

i ended up paying $1000 for 4 page document. 2 of the pages were just standard sign here stuff. Paige did not give me a cost up front. Had to beg her staff to get the paperwork to me and then I had to rework it. Go someplace else unless you have money and time to burn.
