Two weeks before we were set to move across country, I was served with a combination of papers that would not allow my son to move with me. I showed up to our first meeting nervous and a complete wreck, but I left feeling at ease and confident. Everything about our case was unusually rushed, but had you been sitting in the stands- you never would’ve guessed that Clarke had less than a week to prepare for our first court date. He took the time to listen and understand what I wanted, and then he fought hard for exactly that. There wasn’t a single phone call or meeting that left me feeling like I was talking to another monkey in a suit who only cared about the money. I felt like Clarke truly cared about me, my family, and our case. We are now living happily across the country (my son included) and I can’t thank Clarke enough for all of the work he put in to make this happen. I hired Mr. Tibbits to represent me in a divorce. Which is a horrible thing to go through. I called Mr. Tibbits in a panic a few times, each time he listened and was straightforward and honest with me on why we could or couldn't present an issue in court. He was recommended to me. So unfortunately I didn't do my research. But basically let the other lawyer walk all over him I ended up getting nothing I wanted in my divorce plus had to pay spousal support and she had a college degree. I do not have a college degree. So in my opinion he has no back bone or balls.

I hired Justin after my husband got a speeding ticket in Wenatchee. He worked his butt off and got my husband's ticket dismissed, saving his spotless CDL record. Not to impressed with billing yet. I paid my bill. The other side paid legal a portion of my legal fees as well and yet we are getting billed more with interest but being told to hold off paying it until the billing lady gets a hold of us, and we've been calling for her and getting the run around for 3 months now... will give full review of services and change stars if billing issue resolves

Great experience. Tony is priced fair, honest and no nonsense. I had just completed a messy 5 year divorce. A year later she was serving me with a hardship paperwork and wanted more child support. I paid for a consult from another family law attorney. This lawyer told me I was going to pay more. I assumed my child support would increase after reaching a settlement agreement only a year prior. This lawyer wanted to settle and talk the other party on the phone. After a referral from an employee, I consulted and retained Tony. Tony is very knowledgeable, communicates well and knows what he is doing. He is very honest and his staff is very friendly. In the end the petitioners child support would have decreased(if case would have continued) the petitioner dismissed the case herself after a couple hearings. Tony is a rock star and I would defiantly hire him again next time this happens or for any other family law matter.

I found him in the phone book, he advertised as a DUI lawyer.
I was sick just had had a tooth pulled had a ear infection affecting my balance was on antibiotics, blew a .07 ...He tried but did a poor job and lost. DO NOT let him talk you out of a jury trial like he did me, huge mistake ... He doesn't ask the right questions during trials, doesn't bring up or question the evidence he should, is not at all aggressive he seemed more worried about being nice to everyone than winning what should have been a simple case to win.. A motion for reconsideration basically consisted of a nicely worded; please ,please your Honor won't you think about it again ... He didn't bring up or challenge anything ...He was a total waste of $ 5K never mind the money wasted on a appeal with a different lawyer, lost because of the things he didn't do in original trial ... He is a really nice guy but that is not what you need in a DUI lawyer ... Find yourself a pit bull not a friendly labador ...
