Eva gives a free Free Consultation that put my mind at ease. Eva taught me all about divorce and the process and she answered all my questions. In person Eva was very understanding and knowledgeable and made feel positive about myself. Eva settled out of court and save me a lot. I would hire Eva, if you unfortunately have to get a divorce.

Divorce is never an easy part of life to balance. Started off without a lawyer and having my back pinned against the wall. Attorney Nath came highly recommended. They were not wrong! All it took was a couple of minutes to brief Attorney Nath on what was going on. The weight that was lifted was just night and day of a difference! I recently found myself in the middle of a "gray" divorce. 70 years old, married for 13 years to a woman that turned on me. I decided to represent myself in court, defending my pension, Social Security, health care, non marital assets, bank accounts and such. It didn't take long for me to realize I needed a professional consultation as her attorney's proposal was outrageous and would ruin me financially for the rest of my life.
Karen's name was highly recommended by a close friend. A quick email to her office and I scheduled a consultation.
I'm a good judge of people and immediately knew she was the person I wanted representing me. No nonsense or small talk. Straight to the point. Professional and knows the law. I knew she had my back.

Attorney Gersten is a top divorce attorney in the area. She did an amazing job and what seemed to be impossible to me a year ago. I went through a very difficult divorce. Before hiring attorney Gersten I interviewed 4 other attorneys and I am glad I chose Karen. She is very efficient and has fair charges and accounting of hours practice. Karen is very knowledgeable and well respected in the court. She always fights to protect interests of her clients, while open to settlement without unnecessary trials if her clients are satisfied with outcome. If presented with challenge, Karen is open to face it without hesitation and do research of precedents to be used in the court. Karen is always confident and has genuine care for her clients. She always comes to the court prepared and ready to protect your interests. Karen is working hard to make sure she provides high quality service. I wish I could give Karen more than 5 starts.

Where to begin, because I didn't when I got arrested and falsely charged with a dui. I called a couple other lawyers and firms and didn't have any good feelings about who I talked to, felt like they just wanted my money. Tamar gave me excellent advise and made me have no worries proceeding forward with her representation. We went to several hearings with the outcome still wanting to charge me with my crimes, but Tamar took no for an answer she knew something wasn't right with how everything went down that night for me. After a few months and a couple hearings later my case we dropped and only a small fine was acquitted towards me, she saved my future this is something that could of greatly affected me and ruined my life in many ways. I'm very grateful for Tamar's efforts, professionalism, and kindness I highly recommend using her in any situation you may have.

I was referred to Tamar by my custody lawyer Anthony Solomine for a unjustified dui pullover.
From the moment I consulted with Tamar I knew she was on her game and the lawyer for me. The night after I hired her she contacted me and had already been in touch with the PD and DMV for my case. She went above and beyond what I expected from any lawyer on a case like this. She was very thorough and always prepared. Getting me sentenced to the least possible charges with this case.
I plan on keeping Anthony and her as my lawyers and already have referred her to several people. One of which I know has chose to use her and is also very happy with how she is handling his case so far.

Susan is not only very knowledgeable about the legalities of divorce, she is one of a kind in my book! She knows the laws and how they all applied to my case.
She always came out on top when we went to court. She was able to represent me in the utmost professional manner as well as what was best for myself and my children.
She also is very aware of the high emotions regarding separation, divorce and custody issues. She knows how to deal with the both parties that are involved, as well as the opposing lawyer!
No matter when I called her, I would receive a call back that day. I knew she would always have the answer to any of my questions.
She taught me how I could keep my perspective and stay balanced during these trying times. I now have incorporated these life skills into my daily life.

This is my story, In 2016 I started my journey at nursing school at Stone Academy in the evening program. I encountered many delays during this time, I finally graduated in the year 2020 instead of 2019. I have been trying to pass my NCLEX from November 2020 until January 2024, I passed. I felt accomplished and all congrats were in order. I applied for a job went through the process but my license keep saying pending on DPH website.
I called the Board of Nursing and the person who answered the phone informed me that my license will not granted until they receive an updated transcript that I graduated from this institution as the one they have on file said withdrawn. The emotions were high when I heard these words my response was how could you have sent me ATT to write my boards for the past 3 years? The backlash was awful, detached and no empathy. She did refer me to call OHE ( Office of Higher Education) to find out if they have the transcript but they did not! Long story short….OHE put me on a list to request an official transcript from Stone Academy, this school stop existing in 2022 and currently have lawsuits.
I decided to higher a Lawyer, I called Keily Mira Law Firm and was connected to Jon. I went in the office, I explained my case but he never had a case like mine. He got the understanding and decided to take my case, he was also hitting close doors! I gave him all the information for him to work with, when I thought getting a Lawyer would perform a miracle, I felt frustrated and overwhelmed. Jon reminded me that he is working on my behalf and he is my ADVOCATE, I would have to be patient because it wasn’t an easy task.
OHE placed my name on a list to receive my official transcript, even though a copy was sent wouldn’t be enough, on 2/20/2024. I emailed OHE 2 weeks ago to find out if there were any updates the person responded to me yesterday 4/18/2024 “as of right now there hasn’t been any updates and I have escalated your case”. I forgot to forward this email to Jon yesterday, I was rushing to work. While I was at work yesterday my phone rang and I saw that the call was coming from Jon’s Office.
He was excited too, He said your license is in your inbox, I was thinking this is too good to be true but he kept saying it. I started crying on the phone, He insist I check and so I did. I couldn’t see from my eyes being filled with tears. I said where is it coming from and he told me and I saw it! Awwwwh what a relief Jon has been working behind the scenes while I was being patient, Jon was definitely my advocate! I am forever grateful, I am now moving forward with my life to make a better living for myself and my family. I cannot thank you enough! You didn’t turn me away. Thank you! Thank you!

Greg is an outstanding attorney and deserves 5 stars! He has compassion in his approach and will give rational advice to reduce the cost of your legal fees! He went out out of his way and drove to office just to meet me on 'snow days' when the entire town was shut down. Sandi Girolamo had to come into my life at an extremely difficult time and I was so fortunate to have her in my corner. Family court is terrifying and when your goal is to keep your very young children safe, Sandi is one of the BEST people to help ensure that happens. She and her team communicate with you whenever you need it, explain things thoroughly, and make you feel more comfortable and confident in what you are dealing with. From the time I hired Attorney Dumont and through the preliminary stages to the final award, she was caring, thorough, professional and supportive. She helped me get a restraining order in a domestic violence case. It was a complicated and upsetting situation and she was empathetic and emotionally reassuring. I was hesitant to spend money for an attorney because I was on a tight budget and was already spending a lot of money on other things such as an alarm system etc to feel safe. Also, my father was helping me as he had studied law so we questioned if it was necessary to have an attorney. I was very happy with our decision to hire her. She was generous with her time and she and her assistant were always readily available to help me. Attorney Dumont is experienced and knowledgeable. She made it a smooth process by helping me know exactly what to expect and by building a solid case. It is obvious Attorney Dumont puts her heart in her work and cares greatly about the work she is doing and the people with whom she is working. I was attempting to locate a decades old divorce decree online with no success after several hours of trying. By chance, just happened to click on a website, not knowing it was a law firm, but a phone number attached to my question. It was after 5 pm in Connecticut, yet Mr. Stanger answered. After explaining what I was looking for, this man looked up a phone number for me to call where I could find what I was looking for.

I think the services of Bertollet law firm are poor beyond comparison. I am a prospective owner of a house .I hired firm for housing transaction and related services, buyer protection based on contract etc. During the process I had faced issues with some terms in the contract and seek help from Attorney Bertollete. As such reaching them and getting a response a question of luck . Luckily when I did get a response , I was told " We don't provide such services. We can not defend you on legal grounds for contract related issues. We just come in during closing". So we did not contact the firm for any further issues. We set a closing date 1 month in advance and informed Attorney Bertollete. 1 week before Becky comes and tells me the attorney is not available and we should move our closing. So not only do I not get any meaningful service from the firm , but I also face inconveniences and problem purely developed and caused by Bertolette Law firm. Ridiculous!
In short the service could be described as unprofessional, unreliable and meaningless!

If you hire this individual to represent you, you will live to regret it. My experience with Rich started when he helped me with a home closing. That was actually ok. But A few years I hired him to represent me in a divorce. That was frankly one of my biggest mistakes. He is at times unorganized (never did he even provide an itemized bill - requested many times however) and at times he seems unable to even provide minimal guidance or even effective negotiations. In the end, with the divorce 2 weeks from "closing" he chose to retire from the case...which frankly was ok. Our relationship was strained to say the least. Again, for what you will end up paying this man, he is not worth it. Please also keep in mind that he is a one man operation with serious health issues. If you hire him, good luck.

I am forever thankful to have Rich on my side for my separation case. It is never easy with children involved, and there were so many hurt feelings it was hard for myself and the other parent to see eye to eye. Rich sat and listened to my story, and immediately gave me insight and direction. Thankfully we didn’t need to go through the entire court process; we settled some differences through mediation. This office seems to give priority to the contentious (and therefore more profitable) cases. Routine divorces, where the parties are getting along, are left on the back burner. We were put off several times and ended up waiting several months for what should have been routine documents.

She acted as the guardian at litem for my step-daughter 11 years ago and was the most fantastic caring helpful attorney I have ever met. Eliot Nerenberg never even filed a motion after I hired him to represent me in a custody and Child support matter. I kept waiting for a court date and after almost two months I asked him why it was taking so long and at that time he said he hadn’t expected my ex to be as difficult and uncooperative. Apparently Eliot thought an agreement could be reached without going in front of a judge but he was wrong. I used up what I had in savings to retain Eliot and he never filed the motion. I was devastated that someone I trusted and once thought so highly of was so cavalier as he said he would need another $10,000 to proceed with filing the motion.
