I can't say enough about the Suzuki Law Firm and the fantastic Lawyer who saved my life. Sean McNally literally saved my life, without him I would've lost everything I loved. I would like to thank Suzuki Law Firm for resolving my daughter, Pamela's cases. She had a coupe of difficult cases against her and starting with Mr Suzuki who answererd all questions including answering calls in the weekend or after hours, he and his team were all Amazing! Pamela was assigned to Colin D. O'Sullivan and Colin was very professional, proficient and caring! He immediately went to work and I was amazed at how quickly several charges were dropped! Had Pamela not had the correct legal assistance, I am sure that her fate would have been very different. I have been impressed with the experience of having Aaron as my attorney, and it takes a lot to impress me. I was referred to Aaron Black by a friend who had used his services and was confident that he would be able to help us . He came highly recommended and when I contacted him, I immediately felt at ease and knew that we had made the right choice.
A family member was charged with an extreme DUI. These charges were originally filed as a felony with a BAC of .20 and Aaron was able to have the State agree to a .15 DUI and reduced to a misdemeanor.
Aaron was also key to keeping the fines to a minimum and was able to reduce the jail time to a minimum of two days. He also prepared us with all the required classes and made sure that these were completed prior to the court date. He was fully prepared for every hearing and took care of everything for us . Anytime I had a question he was available and would respond right away.

Aaron was referred to me and my son through another attorney that had helped my son in a previous case. I was provided a couple names from this previous attorney, and as soon as we spoke with Aaron, I knew he was the one.
My son was facing class 3 felony charges with jail time and with Aaron’s diligence was able to reduce to a plea where he will earn a misdemeanor. The probation department was recommending Intensive Probation and Aaron was able to convince the judge that IP was not appropriate.
As the mother of the accused, Aaron was able to keep my “mother-bear” mind at ease. He is very easy to communicate with and doesn’t make you feel like less of a person because you have been accused of a crime. Aaron is a class-act attorney and a wonderful person.
Thank you, Aaron, for all that you have done to keep my son out of jail and to help steer him in the right direction.

Bard Weinstein is the man! He truly cared about my case and my freedom. The state was not coming off a year in DOC, until I called Mr Weinstein! He was more than fair, he allowed me to make a down payment and make monthly payments. I got four months county jail with work release, I drive my own vehicle to and from work five days a week. After days of research on law firms in the valley that specialize in gun rights I contacted the Heath law firm to help me restore my 2nd amendment rights after a mistake I made almost 30 years previous earned me a class 3 felony on my record. Paula was very helpful and kept me updated on the process. They were very patient with me while I collected character letters to add to my petition and it was a very easy process overall. I received the news this morning 10/4/23 that my motion was granted and I am free of the prohibition that has followed me since 1996. I would definitely refer the Heath law firm to anyone looking to get their life back in order.

I recently moved to AZ from CA, and I was pulled over (speeding), and the cop that pulled me over told me I was lucky he wasn’t going to arrest me, because I was going (what he said) was 20 miles over the posted speed limit as well as in a school zone. I was completely shocked, since this was my very first time being pulled over in the 20+ years I’ve been driving. The cop told me that I will need to go have my fingers printed and get my pictures taken. This whole situation was eased when I reached out to Mark and his team. My partner and I live together on our farmstead near Asheville. Our home is our sanctuary and we are very openminded and honest people, in retrospect, a little too trusting. I rented the extra bedrooms in the house to supplement income, I was also secretly cultivating a personal medical cannabis grow in my barn about 500 feet away on the property, behind locked doors; a completely private, nonviolent crime that is legal in 11 states and increasingly so. Unfortunately, unbeknownst to us, it appears that one of my tenants decided to go behind our backs and order a kilogram of MDMA from a "source country" have it delivered, with his name on it, to our front doorstep. It was scary because we were all subjected, without consent, to conspiracy in trafficking narcotics. Of course, the package was flagged by HS and BCAT initiated a raid upon our home. The tenant was arrested on the spot, and fortunately the officers were able to determine based on their observations that the tennant was the sole suspect in this MDMA trafficking. But they also found my grow... the officers did not arrest me on the spot because I was courteous and complied with their investigation.
I was fortunate to find Tony Rollman and after talking with multiple other attorneys, I hired him as my lawyer. Tony helped me navigate the legal paperwork and the process of turning myself in. Tony advised me in a highly specific ways and was very reassuring and supportive. His fee was more than the other lawyers that I looked into, but I believe it was worth it because he went above and beyond and now I am on the path to having 0 felonies. Tony is highly responsive, gives his personal cell number and answered my calls nearly all times of the day or evening. My whole situation was drawn out by the court for 8 months and Tony never let me down. This experience has been incredibly frightening and traumatizing for me, my partner, and my family and I really would have felt helpless without his legal services. Tony thoroughly explained each step of the process and took the time to make sure I felt better. Tony is professional, personable, and has a good sense of humor so he definitely lightened the mood.
After due process, Tony helped me appeal to the District Attorney and I was awarded Deferred Prosecution, so after 12 months probation, community service and court fees, my charges will be dropped.

Following a horrific vehicle accident, my nephew received the harshest possible charges for an event that we felt was not deserving of such excessive retaliation by the state. He was assigned a public defender who, while good-natured and good-willed, seemed increasingly incapable of doing more for my nephew than simply going through the motions and hoping for some good luck. I decided that I needed to help get a more determined and effective attorney. I had some contacts and got numerous recommendations for "the best" attorneys in Phoenix. Most did not even bother to respond to my inquiries. Someone recommended Marci Kratter, and after reading her statement of purpose and values on her website, I felt we had found the right lawyer for my nephew. I asked her to look at the case and give it to me straight. She responded that this was a terrible situation made more terrible by the egregiousness of the charges against my nephew and that she felt certain she could help. She offered to split her fee with another attorney, Larry Kazan, who was an expert in handling vehicular cases. The result of their efforts was a drastically reduced sentence deal for my nephew, one much more commensurate with what had actually occurred. Larry Kazan shredded the testimony of the state's accident reconstruction agent, proving that much of the charge against my nephew was based on inaccurate and misleading assumptions. His reputation was more than lived up to. He and Marci Kratter were tireless in their defense, massively effective, and generous with both their time and their approach to financial matters. I cannot recommend him sufficiently to match his expertise.

I first met Shahin Damoui on a telephonic meeting set up for us by his paralegal Jeannine, and in one call I learned how a strategic mind and professional demeanor could legally assist me well, in my unemployment benefit disqualification/fraud case against the AZDES agency. Then Shahin, over many electronic mail messages, showed me how easily his assistance could be, with caring words and attention to detail, all while carrying himself as an executive at his Mayes-Telles Law firm, blending compassion with conviction.
At the first deputy determination appeal hearing, Shahin had registered himself to be a part of it even before I thought I would answer the Appellate Judge on my own, and facilitated a rescheduling after we had no contact from the Judge that day. At the rescheduled hearing weeks later, an interruption in Her telephone connection seemingly made the prospect of any hearing ill-fated, but Shahin contacted her office, and two hours later, our hearing recommenced with Shahin taking the lead answering Her Honor's questions calmly and assertively, while making corrections to testimony respectively. Miraculously, only hours later the very same day, the Appellate Judge's decision came in favor of myself the Claimant, and it could not have happened, without the deft assistance and guidance of this great lawyer.

I had some issues with DPS showing incorrect information in their system which was preventing me from obtaining a firearm and from getting my passport reinstated.
