PAY ATTENTION!!!!! I reached out to King because he had good reviews. He literally was the first & only lawyer I reached out to (also the 1st one that popped up..lol) thank GOD! We payed him a consult Fee due to how far he had to travel but ended up not needing to hire him because the case was dismissed. What I will say is that he was very easy to communicate with and always responded to my txt and calls. Although he did not represent us I trust and believe that he would have been the BEST choice.

Mr. King is a stellar attorney!! I consulted Jeff when I was made to show cause for false official statement and fraternization and was immediately impressed by him. He came highly recommended by a friend who also trusted and was let down by the system, but Jeff proved she was NOT guilty at a Court Martial. My husband and I hired Lindsay Gray to help us with our immigration visa at the end of 2017/early 2018. She came highly recommended and at that moment we hired her we were not to know just how fantastic she really was.
My husband is American and I am from Ireland, we both live in Los Angeles and you would think that the distance and time differences between Austin and Los Angeles would deter a lawyer but Lindsay was as professional as one could be and worked with our schedules willingly and happily.
Lindsay really went above and beyond for us, she worked around the clock on our case, always communicating updates and checking in, may it be via phone, Skype or email; even though the two of us are extraordinarily bad about keeping on top of things which I bet drove her crazy occasionally. Lindsay made our immigration process as smooth as one could possibly be, she explained everything clearly and was so detailed in what we needed or what she needed from us to help us. There wasn’t one moment were my husband and myself ever felt confused or left in the dark. If we had questions she answered them. While Lindsay is accustomed to working in Austin and St.Louis she did a great deal of research for our case, considered differences and emphasized peculiarities which are different between the states. Lindsay was even in communication with California lawyers to really make sure all our boxes were ticked and there would be no surprises.
When it came time for our interview she flew out to Los Angeles and it was actually the first time we were getting to meet her. We had been corresponding for so long that when we all met it felt like meeting an old friend.
Lindsay Gray is a phenomenal lawyer and I cannot recommend her enough to anyone. She really is someone admirable and incredibly professional.

I've been working with Amber and her team for the past three years. She's one of the most important people in my life. She was able to get a very serious charge dismissed for me.
The amount I paid her felt like a lot at the time but in retrospect it was nothing. I would've found a way to pay her twice that. I heard about someone who had her appointed by the court and I just think, what incredible luck. If you get her appointed or if you've just hired her just do what she asks and you can sit back and relax. I feel so lucky to have chosen her to represent me. Things could've gone very differently for me but I hired her and saw true justice done.

I just called her office to request information regarding a case from 20+ years ago. Her office manager, being 30+ years experienced in crime records reporting, took her own time to advise me on the process and how to proceed, without having to hire a legal counselor at all. Mrs Vazquez has the right team working for her, and if I am ever in a need for a legal counselor again, I won't shop around, I've already found the right counselor and team. Support staff makes up 50% of the practice. Excellent choice in your office manager Mrs. Vazquez.

When you look for a Lawyer you want someone that you can trust. Amber keeps her word. I found Amber outside of AVVO and hired her. She has compassion but has the intensity when it is needed. She has a passion for what she does and that makes a difference in the case. Amber is aggressive in the courtroom and her presence is known when she walks into the room. I was wrongfully accused of a Title IX infraction. Marc is an exceptional listener and possesses the innate ability to ascertain facts from friction. After discussing my situation, Marc walked me through the Title IX process and explained how we should address the issue. Marc assisted in drafting a response letter to the adjudicate and coached me leading up to the interview. In the end, the accusation was not a Title IX issue, and flaws and false accusations in the claimant's testimony surfaced in which the case was ruled in my favor. I would not have known how to respond and properly defend myself without Marc’s assistance. Finally, Marc was always responsive and his fee for service was reasonable. Words cannot express the gratitude I have for Marc; but I will give my best attempt for anyone going through challenging and distressful legal matters to completely give him your trust!!! I truly did not believe my case would result in being COMPLETELY DISMISSED, and somehow Marc was able to get it done!!!!!
Filtering through my options of attorneys, Marc gave me the best offer of anyone and had my interest even more when he told me he was previously a prosecutor for several years.
I just followed everything Marc guided me to do. He constantly walked me through everything every time we met. The justice system is certainly intimidating, and he made the experience simple from the beginning. He explained what was happening, every outcome and exactly how they came to be, what things to expect, what things to prepare for and how to prepare for them.
Facing a number of F1 charges, getting caught in the wrong place at the wrong time, I was anticipating that I'd have to do probation in the VERY least. I hired Marc Chavez for a Title XI case I was named a Respondent for. To put it briefly, he was incredible. He was present at all of my interviews with investigators and provided me with useful legal counsel throughout the entire process. Marc without a doubt is in a class of his own. On the day of our hearing, the Complainant tried pulling a fast one on us by having a surprise witness show up to testify against me. Marc handled the situation amazingly. Mr. Garcia was recommended to me when my daughter was arrested on a first-offense DWI charge. Soon after our initial phone conversation, he went to check on my daughter and to reassure her, which was a huge thing for us in these uncharted and very scary waters. I was indicted for multiple felonious charges stemming from an on-duty shooting while employed as a police officer.

I recommend the Peek & Toland firm 100% - they gave me 110%. We won one of the most difficult cases with the odds completely stacked against us. I would say at least 90% of other Austin law firms would have lost my case. I say this because other firms I brought my case to were very negative on the case. While Peek & Toland were not exactly positive on my case, they were willing to exhaust every possible avenue under the law to win the case, and they did!

Mr. Turner in addition to being knowledgeable and skilled, he is above all else, personable. His colleague Joan Marron is equally accomplished at her craft. My son got into an unfortunate mess by being at a college Frat party that was raided. He received a Minor in Consumption. Being lazy, he didn't take his required class and a non-compassionate Judge suspended his driving license for 6 months. Being naive, my son was caught driving with a suspended license. Mr. Turner and Ms. Marron were able to get the charges dropped. This was the exact re-set button my son needed. Much of my son's trouble can be attributed to him being very depressed. He is a great kid that needed a fresh start. Mr. Turner and Ms. Marron gave that to him. Our family is very grateful.

He thinks a brain injured person doesnt deserve from him any manners, zero respect, they deserve to be treated like they are always acting badly to justify him doing things such as doing absolutely nothing for me for months on end followed by him launching into verbal assault mode against me simply because to him, a brain injured person doesnt deserve the time of day, or to be cared about in any way at all. He literally claimed me asking for mutual respect and offering to apologize for any bad behavior on my end as long as he returned it to me for his own misdoings as being “verbal harassment”.

I felt compelled to write this review today due to how valuable their service is. The law office of Anderson Simmons has helped me with my debt claim case immeasurably. This law firm knows all of the Texas debt laws inside and out. They know how things are going to go and what the tactics normally are. They know the usual players. Todd was originally referred over to us by a lawyer friend. Todd worked on expunging a completed case starting, and the correspondence started off well. After sending in payment and paperwork to his office on February 5th, I sent a follow up email 10 days later asking for an update. After a month of calling his office and not hearing anything back via email, on March 18th we received an update. After that things ran smooth and anytime I reached out by email he was quick to respond. It was stressful to not hear anything about the case for a month, and we weren't sure if it was even being worked on. I am however grateful that Todd was able to complete this for myself and my family, and was able to do it in a 90 day span.
