THE BEST!! Due to a mail forwarding error, I didn't receive a parking ticket...by the time I got the mail, the infraction was 12 hours from suspending my license. By the grace of God, I found Michael Salazar listed and he answered on a SATURDAY! He took care of the impending suspension and subsequently had the initial traffic citation DISMISSED! I interviewed about 5 law firms. Selected Josh and could not have been happier with the choice. He walked me through the process. He gave me his personal cell phone, actually called me back and responded to my texts. He was able to have my charges reduced from two felony charges and than a few months later, dropped. At 57 and having to deal with a few attorneys in my younger years, I didn't like any of them. I would say "I didn't like ANY attorney" because they ALL had the "better than anyone attitude", etc. I ALMOST didn't call an attorney; was just going to Public Defender & plea out because wasn't interested in an attorney just out for the money when they knew the "End Result" would be the same; however, at the suggestion of my bondsman, I decided to call & talk to Josh figuring nothing to lose by making the call. THANK GOD I made that call in May 2014; With 1 question from Josh I realized it was not that cut & dry; AND, I felt he was being honest, not just trying to suck a client in for money! I hired Josh. Since the beginning, I could feel his sincerity with my case. 1st time I can honestly say an attorney (Joshua Rydell) went above & beyond any expectations I ever had!! I had F3 & M1 charges; March 2017 (almost 3 years after arrest), F3 & M1, was amended to M1 only with 12 mos prob & possible off in 6 mos; total court & probation costs will be $318; AND all would have been thrown out due to the warrant if my employment time clocks had been working both days in question. From the beginning I told Josh I didn't want any charges, that I wanted everything just thrown out like nothing ever happened. Haha, right? Josh was thorough, detailed, creative, exceptionally knowledgeable with the laws (AN ASSET FOR ANY CLIENT), and never in a million years did I even expect the AWESOME outcome he got for me. He is even going to file for early release of Probation to get that over in the 6 months, as well as have the records sealed since adjudication withheld. I honestly can't say enough good about this attorney and how he really did save me from what could have ruined me personally & professionally. Now, after I do the probation and we go back, it will be as though nothing ever happened which is just as good as everything thrown out to me. He is VERY reasonable with his costs which is usually unheard of with attorneys, again, Joshua is just different. He has very rare qualities not usually seen in criminal attorneys. I will and would recommend this attorney, Joshua Rydell, to any friend or family member should they ever need representation with the utmost confidence they would receive the ABSOLUTE BEST legal representation possible!! He is truly the best and I thank the good Lord for helping me find my way to Joshua for help. Where to even begin.... If this doesn't say enough, I don't know what will: I'm suffering from an incurable, blinding eye disease known as Retinitis Pigmentosa. Gradually losing vision, however, my case seems to be progressing at a very aggressive speed. In 2012, I couldn't take all the discrimination anymore. My whole family has been suffering, not just me. More importantly, my eye disease became some sort of crime and was the reason I was getting fired, I hired, rejected from health insurance, etc. I had a company.
Trying to sue me for not disclosing the extent of what "RP is." This man, not only bent over backwards to make sure I receive justice, he was extremely sympathetic but Agressive at the same time. This is exactly what I wanted. He does not sugar coat anything and will prepare you for the worst possible outcome so there are never any surprises. If you listen to him in court, you never hear a stutter or an ,"um" as if he is trying to think of what to say next... NEVER. He is very confident because of all the knowledge and experience he has. If I knew 25% of what he knew, let's be honest, I'd be pretty confident too! No BS, right to the point, isn't looking to screw anyone, and honestly, if it weren't for C. Craig Stella, I have NO idea where I'd be. Probably homeless and suicidal.. Maybe even dead. Thank you are words that are far from what this man deserves. Couple years later, I'm still trying to come up with the appropriate way of thanking this amazing, 34+ experienced attorney and I'm still not sure how else to thank this man. What I do know, is the words and flowers to him are not enough! Ha ha. Yes, he specializes in all criminal cases and it's laud out pretty evenly between this, DUI, as well as federal cases but I do know he also specializes in divorce law. Just a gem but a feisty one! But that's what we want when hiring an attorney? At least I knew I did and I wouldn't change it for anything in the world. :)

Personally I had bad experience with this firm , initially I contacted the is firm because we need to resolve an issue with something we purchased and we got scammed for more than 5k with a company in Miami , this firm ask for every detail in this case and they took it but after 3 months I was trying to contact them and the person in charge of my case was no longer available and they didn’t tell us anything like an update or anything so I had to call Them and also write many messages via Instagram and after 3 weeks they finally responded just saying that they not gonna take my case without mentioning anything

Mitch Polay really delivers, I had a recent gun case in which the Judge had increased my bond from 1k to 85k and 24 hour lockdown at home, I was unable to work, go to the store nothing. Mitch was able to get me off the ankle monitor completely even got them to allow me to travel freely in and out the country on 4 felonies. Everything he said to me was always factual, he really was a man of his word. The D.A. Had mentioned I scored out to a mandatory prison sentence of 2 yrs minimum. Mitch worked tirelessly and around the clock staying in touch with me every step of the way. I still dont know how he did it but all my charges were reduced to misdemeanors and I was let off with one year probation, he assured and reassured me several times he would do what’s best for me and he absolutely overdelivered. Through the years he became not my lawyer that I hired But a great friend and mentor in many aspects of my life. He is a well respected and a true professional. Mr. Canet is a lifesaver & the best attorney I could have ever asked for. The state wanted 8.5 years in prison and would not back down. My first attorney (NOT Canet) told me to take the 8.5 year plea bc my case was a clear win for the state and trial would be suicide. Within a month of hiring Mr Canet, he discovered missing evidence, contradicting testimonies AND internal investigation reports discrediting a key witness in my case. Once he started filing motions, he had the state so scared they put their best attorney on my case. At my first hearing, he had the state trembling & had the tenured officer on my case stuttering and fumbling his words. He made both of these experienced professionals look like unqualified rookies. Even the judge called the officers testimony “baffling” & pulled Mr. Canet to the side and said “you are a great attorney Mr. Canet.” He is aggressive and without a doubt the most knowledgeable in any courtroom. He is honest, fierce and a force to be reckoned with in the courtroom. Needless to say I am a free man today, Thanks to Mr. Canet. I decided to use Carlos's after speaking with several attorneys after receiving another DUI charge with very special circumstances and a blood draw with serious consequences and several grey areas. Carlos was not the cheapest and made no promises but that is why I choose him. He was extremely knowledgeable of the law and very professional and always available. I couldn't have been more happy with my choice and can assure he was worth every penny. He kept me out of jail and continues to help me with my needs after the case has been settled. I normally don’t write reviews, but I wouldn’t wish this situation on anyone. My lawyer is Mary Hammons, I can’t speak for other attorneys but if she is assigned to you, RUN or ask for her to be removed. My experience, with her during trial was horrible she was not prepared and would not object to false statements and information provided to the judge.

Personally I had bad experience with this firm , initially I contacted the is firm because we need to resolve an issue with something we purchased and we got scammed for more than 5k with a company in Miami , this firm ask for every detail in this case and they took it but after 3 months I was trying to contact them and the person in charge of my case was no longer available and they didn’t tell us anything like an update or anything so I had to call Them and also write many messages via Instagram and after 3 weeks they finally responded just saying that they not gonna take my case without mentioning anything
Terrible customer service and I believe the lawyers or attorneys working there are really amateur and with zero professionalism
