Attorney Quirantes has a great team of paralegals and they stay on top of your case. This is a hard working attorney who tries to find any possible way of getting to the resolution and I am glad to be able to write a positive review because it is very well earned.
For those who are skeptical about this attorney, do not judge a book by its cover. Attorney Quirantes has empathy, appreciation and respect for all that walk in to his office that seek help no matter your circumstances. This attorney is very respectful and actually charges a reasonable price for the effort he puts in to handle your case without breaking your wallet, which I find as a way he tries to give back in helping those who are not rich and do not have deep pockets. Attorney P.J. Mitchell did an excellent job defending me of fraud charges. He reduced the original 17 charges down to 4 by fighting very hard. He entered a plea for amending the last 4 charges and it was acceptable to the prosecutor. Thanks to him I was spared to serve a long sentence. If you don't call P.J. Mitchell, he has vast experience, you may put your freedom in jeopardy. Best defense attorney ever.

It’s important which attorney you pick, because even their name could make a difference. In my case, I did not get any formal charges filed at the arraignment, and case was dismissed.
He had a great legal strategy and did a great job. His legal staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. But I truly believe the mere fact that I had him as an attorney was the deciding factor in dropping my charges, why bother moving when you know you have a hard hitter working with you?

We hired Paul and his stellar team for my husband's case - felony assault and violation of probation. The public defender said the best we could get was 5 years. Paul got him 366 days time served and 3 years probation. The day of the trial he got the 3 years converted to 3 years with early termination at 1.5 years for good behavior. Ron was dedicated to my ex-husband's violent crime case. He was looking at 38 years in federal prison but because of all the work that went into researching PTSD and how it affected my ex-husband the father of my children received 5 years of prison and will hopefully be home in 3 years. Attorney Mirer assisted me in vacating a 20 year old involuntary plea that I took on a 3rd degree felony drug charge (2004) while I was in my last semester at FIU with a questionable search seizure that was nothing less than a thorn in my side which caused me great pain and suffering over the years and with my career. This plea which I accepted believing I was doing the right thing caused me to be criminalized in the subsequent years when I began applying for public jobs. My original attorney, knowing that I was finishing college, a US Citizen and a Navy veteran, didn't exercise the care he pledged to uphold and didn't explain the damaging effects of taking this plea regardless of it being sealed. Instead he took my money and he and his wife stabbed me square in the back. My suffering was real and I did not deserve all that I endured. In spite of this, there wasn't a single attorney in the entire State of Florida including the fellow who represented me originally, that believed they could help me. None stepped forward until I met Attorney Mirer. He went above and beyond his calling to assist me and not only will I be forever grateful, but I will recommend and endorse him any day of the year.
