This man did nothing for me than merely dot the "I's" n cross the "T's" he was in the pocket of the opposition. He did not give me a monthly statement or any kind of tally of my money that he was supposedly doing anykind of work for me that would justify it. I would not recommend this so called attorney to anyone. This man can't not get past his arrogant and self-seated personality. At the end when he asked me for more money out of nowhere n I stated that before I just handed him more money that I needed a game plan n he refused n when I demanded one he just wouldn't give me one he just wanted my money for doing absolutely nothing... He is the worst attorney that I ever hired for anything......

I retained Branden to handle a traffic citation I received. Not only did he settle it completely to my satisfaction, but he showed me great respect and courtesy throughout the process. Joe and his firm was an absolute lifesaver. I was facing some jail time and they did me a solid. I couldn't ask for more he did more work than I could probably do ever by myself.

I had hired an attorney previous to Joe, the complexity of this case turned out to be out of the other attorney's scope. We hired Joe not knowing what to expect and was very concerned with the outcome of this case. We attempted to use his services. We spoke with him during his consultation; we found him curt in the initial meeting, but we cast it aside. We didn't hear a thing back for three weeks. He promised an email - nothing. Called the office three times; finally, on the third attempt, I got a call back... from an administrative person. (FYI, I'm almost certain he uses an outsourced service.) The woman said Michael would not take our case. "Okay... fine. Did he say a reason?" "No." I understand it's a small practice, but their communication skills are poor. I went to his office to pick up our documents I dropped off. I found him to be prickly again. Ultimately, it's probably for the best he didn't take the case. Not a fan of his personality, and his office's lack of professionalism reflects poorly on his practice.

I had servers probation violations and was getting know where in live besides inside jails and prisons. The judge had enough of me a order a fugitive warrant. I ended calling serval lawyers that said to turn yourself in and I couldn’t help you with the case. I thought for sure I would end up back in prison and when I get out return into my old habits. Then I called Will he said he could help me and he 100 percent did. He saved my life I fixed going back to my old ways and he got the warrant taken care of. Where I didn’t have to see a day in jail nor start my probation over. I followed his advice and it changed my life for the better. Mr. Goldstein is one of the best lawyers I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. It was the worse situation I could have on my record and would result in termination of my employment. I am a very honest person which made his job more difficult when we went to court. I don't know how, but he was able to save my job due to an over site he found in the case. I knew my son was facing a very serious charge, I paid 20,000 for representation that I feel a public defender could have done. I felt like he absolutely did not fight for my son at all, whatever the prosecutor said , is what it was. My son has never been in any type of trouble, and any time I would mention anything with his case that I looked up on my own he would say oh that doesn’t apply to his case. My son was never showed any evidence that they supposedly had against him. Communication with the attorney was not the best, he would respond when it was convenient. I was told after the case was over, if you ever have any questions feel free to reach out, I did and never heard back from him. I guess after getting his money, his job was done…. Don’t say reach out with questions if you know you’re not going to keep your word. He had me believing the whole time he would do all he could to help my son, he still got screwed in the end.

Dan's law firm helped me with an embarrassing charge for which the prosecuting attorney wanted ten years in prison and at least ten more years of registration, a felony B. At the initial consultation Dan very professionally and courteously outlined a plan how to defend the case. He and his partner Joe Flees fought a long fight to bring it down to an amended charge of a felony D (E on current statutes) with no registration and I got probation.

No one ever thinks they will be in this situation of needing a lawyer because your son was selling drugs. Carter was not the original lawyer my son hired. That lawyer was dishonest and we felt like we were sinking in quicksand. We didn't know who we could trust or where to turn. Our son was in one of the county jails when he heard about Carter from another inmate. She made no promises but gave us confidence that she was on our side and explained every step of the way. For the first time in months we felt like we weren't sinking in that quicksand. We weren't asking for miracles but a fair defense for our son. She was by his side during the entire long process and updated us whenever anything changed. I don't know what would of happened to my son and us if our paths had not crossed with Carter. She follows through and delivers.

This place is scandalous. I called to merely get information. I was transferred to a female lawyer who told me to tell her about my case. She didn’t even let me finish before she cut me off to say they won’t take the case. She also confirmed they handle little to no malpractice cases so I asked why they appear at the top when searching malpractice lawyers. I told her, if you don’t handle malpractice then that is misrepresentation of services. She really got upset and hung up on me for merely making a comment.
She also confirmed they only take cases where they KNOW a settlement is coming.
I’m more concerned with the level of disrespect from this office. Even their receptionist was ignorant. What kind of law office is rude to people?
Lawyers are NOT allowed to misrepresent their services or mislead people in any way. Those google results are more than misleading, it says ‘we handle these type of cases’ when I’m reality they do not. As a software developer myself I know this was done on purpose. I know exactly what is needed to appear in google search results. They would not appear in malpractice results if they did not put it in their title or headers on their pages. They clearly have malpractice somewhere with in their website either in a title element or headers. Google literally scrapes the pages for such data lol.
