I first came across Justin’s profile for his bikes, tattoos, and similar content as mine several years ago. Long story short, I ran into some legal trouble for a dui, but have used justin multiple times for other legal purposes and have won. Justin, also known as kpac, is the only, and only, lawyer that has answered every call, text, and voicemail I have ever left him no matter how many times I have reached out through social media, direct number or email. I have used him for multiple cases, and he has never judged me or each situation and has always been very honest each situation and each possible outcome. Kpac is worth every penny regardless of his charge and I not only look at him as the most honest lawyer but as the brother I never had. He is the first person I always reach out to in times of need, answers to my questions and confusion (unfortunately). He will not leave you wondering what is going on. You may think hiring older is better but justin 100% knows what he is doing and I never had to question him, his proceedings, how he goes about things, or his team. Definitely put him at the top of your list if you are juggling lawyers.

I had Mr. Steeson in 2014 and he did a great job on my case. I was looking at 1-3 years I sat in jail for 5 months and when I went to court all charges were dropped. He was very firm with the case, he always kept me updated with everything when I called him. He fought for me til the bitter end and I couldn’t think him enough! If you are a nurse/nursing student with any kind of legal issue at all you need to call this man. Not only did I get my nursing license before some of my peers, its unrestricted and I did not have to enter into any monitoring program. We had an initial consultation on a Saturday morning over the phone and he explained exactly what was going to happen and what I had to do. I'm not sure if Rich ever sleeps, he was sending emails to the board for me at 5 in the morning. He texts back almost immediately and makes himself available to take calls anytime. I would have lost the job I had lined up and my career would have been significantly impacted had I not hired Rich. I can't thank him and Jessica enough.

After getting into some legal trouble - the nursing board wanted to suspend my license. I reached out to Rich immediately the day of and he held my hand through the whole process.
Rich was always responsive the same day usually within 2 hours or less. Communication is everything and I never felt I was left hanging for answers. I felt supported through the whole process.
With Rich's leadership, I am happy to say I have my license today. I could not have done it without him.

It's hard to put into words on how professional and hard working Hope is. My case was extremely complex and one of kind in many ways. Every step of the way I was informed on the status and not once was I ever sugar coated. Hope was there anytime I needed to speak with her or was unsure about something on the case. She is someone who not only understands the law but is well versed in representing her clients, utilizing her knowledge and experience with the law.
Hope is straightforward and will give you the defense you need.
She takes her time explaining the process and is very thorough in her preparation for your defense.
She helped our family tremendously and did her part with integrity.
In many cases the stress can be extremely high and sensitive, Hope understands that and operates from a place of empathy and doesn't discount the pain of her client or their family.
She has a high regard for respect and she will give you the utmost respect and her time.
Many times lawyers will often lie or give you a version of what they will do to get you as a client, however Hope will not be that lawyer, hence they're lawyers and then there's Hope.

Went to meet this man after firing my first lawyer because he wanted to settle before reviewing the case and got to consult with Shaka the first day meeting him was greeted and hugged. The next day after hiring him was told to come into the office to sit down with staff and to prep my defense. He moved faster than any other defense attorney I know and he showed up to court ready to defend me. He kept it real about the odds of certain charges and helped me put together mitigation he did not let the prosecutors bully me into taking a deal and gave me my life back. He fought a crazy fight with me and did not give up on me instead he fought even harder when he thought that the prosecutor was being unfair and got me a fair outcome. I highly recommend this man who I call a BROTHER after defending me aggressively to make sure I was given a second chance at life. The entire time he represented me it felt like family more than a business relationship to me. This case was not BUSINESS for him it was PERSONAL to where he wanted to make sure I was satisfied at the end of the day.

I was facing 7 year felony drug distribution and possession charges. Thanks to Jeremy, I wound up with misdemeanor possession and 6 months probation. It was my first arrest and I was terrified. I hired John for a fire arm I was wrongly arrested for... John came to visit me In jail on a Sunday with sweats and a T-shirt I’m thinking ok he’s gonna say what he has to... do he begins to tell me how I never should have been arrested I. The first place and how by law the case has to get thrown out in preliminary, I’m thinking too good to be true, so I say to him “ Listen Man U don’t have to gas me up just be real with me “ he looks me dead in the eye and says I got 8 questions that’ll have this case dismissed!!! . Fast forward to preliminary I lie to you not he put the cop on the stand asked him roughly 7-8 questions then turned to the judge and says “ yea your honor I don’t think this is enough to move to trial I ask that the case be dismissed!.. the judge says “ yea I agree I don’t think so either, case dismissed... by the way he has beat about 5 of my friends cases by now..! 5STARS

Walsh took my case and I thought his price was high. Then he told me he was charging that much because he was trying the case and I was going to be found not guilty. This was a serious gun case and he seemed like it was a sp ending ticket. We went to trial and after about 5 questions the judge found me not guilty. I couldn't believe how easy he made it look.

I was arrested for two DUI’s a short time apart. The first lawyer I hired (not Kevin) was from one of several solicitations I received in the mail a short time after my arrests. Since I knew nothing about how this all really works, I decided that they were all probably pretty much the same, so I hired the lawyer that was closest to my home. He took my $1000 deposit, and showed up for both hearings, (which really didn’t take much preliminary work on his part). I was very concerned at this early juncture so I tried to reach him at his office several times before trial on either case and he didn’t return my calls until shortly before the first trial. When he did, he said he’s been very busy with cases that are more serious and asked why I was harassing his office, even though I had only called and left polite messages, at most twice a week, without a call back. Needless to say I knew I made a big mistake hiring this guy. So I kissed the $1000 goodbye and quickly looked for another lawyer.
Kevin was recommended to me by a relative who actually works for another lawyer. After talking with him on the phone for a short time, I had a good feeling about him so I decided to make an appointment and speak to him in person. I think I just gave him my name and case numbers, but before I arrived he had already familiarized himself with both cases. He explained everything to me in detail, and patiently answered all of my questions. Although I was, of course, still concerned with the possible pending consequences of the DUI’s, I left his office feeling confident that he was really going to do his best for me. I had been so worried about losing my driver’s license, jail time, criminal record, car insurance, job reputation, etc… I didn’t want to be concerned about my lawyer too. I do field service work so my driver’s license is critical to my livelihood. I came to the conclusion that I really needed to put full faith in my lawyer and let him do his job. With Kevin I felt I could do that, so I did.
Over that course of both cases and many trial appearances, I became even more confident that I had chosen the right lawyer. I discovered that Kevin really knew is way around the court room. He had a familiar rapport with the court officers and officials and knew the personality of each of the judges. He seemed to be well liked by them. He knew exactly how to make the system work for us, and to use a verse from an old Kenny Rogers song, “knew when to hold em, and when to fold em”. He was very versed in court procedures and legalese. He knew which of the legal maneuvers to use and at which time. He kept me completely informed throughout each of the trials and proceedings. Although I’m no expert in evaluating the way a trial goes, I was amazed at his expertise and subtle finesse.
When all was said and done, both of my cases were discharged! I knew I didn’t deserve jail time or to have my license suspended or any of the other consequences, including losing my job, that would have come with a guilty verdict, and Kevin did everything right to assure that didn’t happen. I know he knows just how very grateful I am too, from my obvious joy at the outcome.

Used Kevin for my boyfriends VOP hearing. It was a first time tech. violation for a DUI case. Not only did he get the detainer lifted and avoid further jail time, he was very upfront and honest. He did not give false hopes or make unrealistic expectations. Even for a simple VOP hearing, he put time and effort into the case and even followed up after the case to ensure he was released. He also has very reasonable prices. If you need a criminal lawyer, I would highly recommend Kevin.

From an initial consultation within an hour of contacting him and through a seven month ordeal of hearing and court dates, he and his staff were always responsive , informative and supportive. If you do hire him because you think he will win your case make sure all your work that's needed is done upfront by him he did nothing on my case.
