Stuart did a great job when he created my Trust, Will, and LLC in 2017 when he was with a different practice. Now in 2025, I needed to update my Trust so I tracked Stuart down and found him in his own practice. Very thorough, yet very easy going personality. My wife and I have been working with her oldest brother (85 yrs old) to help him with a Will and a Living Trust. For the past 3 years we have traveled from our home in Durand Mi. to San Diego to provide him with advice and provide any help he may need to get everything right. The more we worked the more complicated and confusing this procedure became, OMG were we Stumped. This year we decided we needed professional help. So, what do you do when your 2000 miles away and don't really know anybody in a big city like San Diego, GOOGLE IT! That's exactly what we did and came up with a bunch of names of attorneys that claim to be the best anywhere. We started making calls to see who we liked the best and would be able to take care of our issues. We left voice mails and asked to have someone contact us to set up a meeting. We encountered a few who were vague and after listening to what we needed really didn’t seem too interested. Then Jason, called us and we were so happy with his attitude and wiliness to complete the needed documents on a very short notice. Everyone in that firm seemed to want to help us get everything right, signed, and registered they even worked through the weekend. So, we could rest assured that we wouldn't be caught up in a nightmare with the probate courts. Thank you, Jason, and Ashley what a great feeling to know we made the right decision when we chose you

The team was amazing in helping us with our will and trust! They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, supportive and patient with us as we figure out the best path forward to suit some of our very particular needs. It’s obviously not a fun or easy topic to discuss and they were so understanding of that giving us options and suggestions that could be relevant to us. And allowing us the time we needed to sort things out amongst our family. Sometimes we wouldn’t be able to resolve things easily so we would be at a standstill for a while between me and my husband but they were great about checking in regularly without creating any additional pressure. We also had some personal and particular road blocks that we come up against and Ashley was wonderful in giving us options and guidance around that. Both she and Jason were so kind and personable and professional. We had talked to several places before coming here and I’m so glad we did!

I’m very grateful to Mr. Scott and his firm. We never felt like ‘clients.’ He viewed us as individuals of incalculable worth. He understood that we put the most difficult situation of our lives in his hands and he wasn’t going to let us down. It was obvious that Mr. Scott valued the truth and justice of our situation over his own ego. He is the farthest thing from the stereotypical attorney. Every attorney and paralegal in his office was equally qualified and motivated. Their work gave us peace of mind and confidence throughout the mediation and trial processes. They were extremely attentive to detail, and able to uncover significant details that we had not noticed despite being more intimately aware of the situation. They sifted through enormous amounts of data and properly distinguished the most important elements of the case from those of lesser importance. The storyline of our situation was patiently woven together over the course of the trial and the jury was not lacking any important elements. He was never too busy to answer a call, email or text. He was factual rather than emotional. Our trial ended more quickly and favorably than we anticipated as a result of Mr. Scott’s professional and human excellence.

Sam played a critical role in protecting my acupuncture license. Apart from his foresight, understanding of the law as well as the intricacies of the administrative process - he has the ability to listen and understand different circumstances/cultures/backgrounds in formulating his legal theory and strategic counsel is what sets him apart. You can find lawyers anywhere, but you can't find one that really wants to listen and follows up and see through the entire process. Mr. Conforti’s honesty, knowledge, and professionalism were a key role in dropping my felony drug charge into a misdemeanor with NO TIME OR PROBATION! My grandson was involved in an incident in which he was arrested and booked for some very serious felony and misdemeanor charges . A gun, under the influence and drugs and a vandalism charge was very concerning. We were so fortunate to have obtained Mr. Babcock as his attorney to represent him. Relying on a personal friend for a recommendation and reading the positive reviews we could not have been more pleased with our decision to retain his services. All reviews are true to his representation as he was always in touch with us every step of the way. He asked all the right questions and had all the right answers. His recommendations to us were followed to ensure that our cooperation would help with a successful outcome for my grandsons court appearance. This week when we appeared for the court appearance Mr. Babcock came out of judges chambers after discussing the case with the judge and the DA . He gave us the good news that the felony charges were dropped and now reduced to two misdemeanor charges! No drug charge and there would be NO jail time. One year probation with no need to report but to submit proof back to the courts within 6 months of 40 hours community service, attend 25 DA meetings and take a gun safety course Restriction for not having a gun for one year probation period and his confiscated gun would be destroyed. He will pay a fine for the vandalism damage as requested by the homeowner and a minimal $150 for court fine. We could have not asked for a better outcome. Our many thanks to him for saving a young man from time in jail or prison. He will now go on to look back on this and be thankful that he was represented by someone who cared about his future.

Russell Babcock and Logan Noblin What can I say about Russell and Logan, along with Anna Yum and the rest of the incredible team....they saved my life and got me back home to my family! From the start Russell was very skeptical and realistic of my charges, and the likelihood that things would go my way. As our relationship grew and more details and facts about the case came out, things slowly started to change. He and Logan really started to believe in me. As the case kept going, with the DAs reluctance to see this for what it was, Russell, Logan and Anna, continued to have the difficult talks of the realities and risks of continuing on towards trial, and not agreeing to take a plea deal for something I was innocent of. It has been a long road for me for the past 5 years on probation. It was really tough, but with the help and expertise of Dan Greene I was able to survive and successfully completed my probation on May 10, 2020. He did an EXCEPTIONAL and PHENOMENAL job from start to finish. Dan cleared the pathway and guided me properly all the way till the end. He saved me from all my miseries especially with my immigration status as permanent resident that I could be facing deportation if not for Dan. Mr. Adair was able to work out an favorable plea deal for me. The prison term was shortened by 3 years. He assisted in my defense in a very professional and knowledgeable manner. For every court appearance he informed me of the proceedings making me feel comfortable and less stressed. MOST importantly he defended me vigorously allowing me to accept a shorter prison term than the DA wanted. I would recommend Mr. Adair and have recommended him with a doubt.

I got arrested for a federal case on transporting illegal aliens on December of 2019 on my first appearance with my public defender that the court assign me she told me straight up that she wouldn't be able to get me bailed out, until we had court in San Diego in front of the judge that next day I had court again but at that time my brother's hired Attorney Jack J. Boltax that first thing he said to me on the interview in jail, he said we will get you out today, and that's what he did and with a lower bail. This attorney Jack J boltax doesn't play games, or loose time. The D.A put me at level ||| and a offense level 18 I was looking at real time 33-41 months the first 3 weeks he drop my level to 12 that was about a year in jail. He always said to me that he got my back. He would tell me that there was nothing to be nervous about and he proved to me everything the day of my sentence. On my sentence day I got 80 days in jail and to complete those days over weekends now I can still be working outside and support my family. Boltax was able to fight the deal and he got it for me. I truly , truly recommend this Attorney Jack J boltax he fights for you till the end his an excellent attorney with awesome knowledge to defend your case.
