Recently dealt with a case for a dui. Ron not only was hands on and helped me through all the hurdles but reduced my charge to a reckless operation. The court tried everything in their power to keep changing the plea deal but Ron continued to push, and fight for me. If there is anyone you want in your corner, it is him. Robert and his staff have been nothing but professional and efficient! They will definitely show the experience they have. Prior to Robert sparks I had a console that in 3 years I wasn’t getting anywhere and going on 4 years of not seeing my son. As soon as I hired Robert Sparks he was able to not only get me quality time within 3 months, but within 6 months he got me a 50/50 time sharing even after many false allegations from mom to DCF about child abuse. My experience with David Hardy was exceptional. He made the whole DUI process easy and as stress free as possible. He explained all every step of the way. He was able to negotiate with the Asst. States Attorney a more beneficial plea deal for me. Well after my court date I was having an issue at the Probation Office, he called and took care of the whole thing for me in a matter of minutes.

Mark and his office saved my life. I had a very high profile case and the Government was hell bent on destroying my life and imprisoning me for a very long time. I was innocent and this was my first time being arrested. Before I hired Mark, The Government refused to give me bond and held me in jail for over two years. The jail treated me horribly and I was always in the hole. Before Mark I had four different lawyers representing me. I let go of them all because none of them fought for me, I was just another number to them. One lawyer only visited me once in six months, stayed three minutes, and didn’t know my name. Another lawyer refused to believe me and wanted me to take a plea to go to prison for ten years. Three months before my trial I hired Mark O’Brien and my life took a 180 for the best! Unlike every other attorney Mark and his team made sure to pick up the phone and answer all of my concerns. He visited me in jail consistently and he talked to the Warden multiple times on my behalf. I was treated with respect at the jail for the first time. The guards no longer harassed me because they knew Mark would step in. Mark and his team communicated with my family constantly. Mark made sure my suit went to the dry cleaners to assure I looked good every day in court. Mark only had a couple of weeks to prepare for trial he exposed every lie and trick the Government did against me and totally destroyed their case against me. I was released three months after hiring him, right before Christmas just like Mark said I would and spent it with my family. I was in jail for two and a half years due to bad representation. One of my previous attorneys event contacted me afterwards and said “I understand why you fired us, only Mark could have gotten you that kind of outcome.” Mark freed me and prepared housing for me until my family was able to pick me up. When the police heard I was released they were so upset and embarrassed, they tried to arrest me again ..twice, but Mark put a full stop to that and I’m free because of him today. Mark and his team are truly the best! Take it from me I have had many lawyers. Even though I was innocent the other lawyers were scared of how many resources the Government were using against me and didn’t want to do the work to get the job done right. Without Mark I would have went to prison for a very long time for something I didn’t do. He is simply the best and I know this because he helped so many other inmates in jail get justice as well. Federal inmates weren’t going home if they didn’t have Mark as a lawyer. I recommend him highly.

Family hired him to help my brother he took the money then swapped him out he wouldn't do in person inspection of evidence for the case he begged my brother to take a polygraph test in which he passed and he still failed to do his duty my brother is 1000% innocent and if wasn't for him telling my brother he was getting released he wouldn't have signed a improper plea agreement this guy Rob us of 160k plus other fees wouldn't recommend ever he filed no motions he completed no depos he was asked numerous of times to file motion to incur cost for private investigations, officers in the case resigned due to investigations, the prosecutor destroyed evidence that was known tore up unwarranted phone with amicable evidenc even had the known suspect stating what the detectives did and done, phone bills was altered as well as videos was altered my innocent brother was sentenced to 7yrs for something he didn't do and a person he never saw nor came in contact with which is RIDICULOUS Look at case number 162019cf009692 in Jacksonville fl Duval County ALL FACTS

I hired Ben to represent me in the last lap of this case, with little time to prepare (1 month). Not only am I, ever so gratefully, writing this review from my patio v. a jail cell…I was sentenced to time served and a small fine that was immediately paid off by my bond.
Ben is a brilliant attorney with a calming, pleasant affect, and perfectly professional. He put contingency plans in place so that even if the Judge denied his plea for my release, I would’ve had the option to do community service v. jail time. Always keeping in mind that a jail sentence would be devastating to me. My life is already a dumpster fire but I’m making every effort possible to clean up the mess I made, prevent a recurrence, and am making positive traction. That (and much more) would be lost, had I been incarcerated as promised by the PD.
Ben and Darci, in my opinion, went above and beyond the call of duty by recognizing my high stress level, and treating me with such kindness and generosity, offering much needed reassurance and peace of mind that I certainly DID have other options besides incarceration. They REALLY care! That’s hard to find these days.
I am deeply grateful to these wonderful people who have significantly impacted the trajectory of my life in a positive and seamless manner.

I am probably the worst client she's ever had. She's handled 3 cases of mine, and got 2 closed as soon as she can, other one hasn't filed yet but she's handling it for me already. I was on PTI for 12 months, yet she got me off of it after 4 months. She's always on top of everything, she lets me know what's going on, and what I need to do during the process. I don't know what I would do without her.

I hired Lori to help me with a FBI investigation. Agents approached me and asked if they could speak with me. They never explained what they were investigating, but it was obvious that they did not have my best interest at heart. Therefore, I explained to them I would not be speaking with them and that my attorney would be in touch with them. I retained Lori and she jumped into action contacting the FBI and the U.S. Attorneys Office to determine the reason behind the FBI contact. We are waiting for the next steps and preparing to defend me. I could not be happier with Lori's representation thus far and highly recommend that you retain her to represent you.

Nichole was very detailed in gathering valuable information to defend our son who was misrepresented by a public defender. He was caught up in a system that offered little chance to get out of jail when no crime had been committed. She clearly pointed that out to the judge and our son was immediately released.

Hired her to fight an early termination of probation motion that the State did not agree to grant. She listened to all my concerns, constructed multiple arguments based on case law, crafted a flawless motion with all the supporting exhibits. She got me a win that the other attorneys I consulted with said I had no chance. Her price was more than fair. I paid 25k to another big firm for my original case and didn’t get half the attention Nicole gave me.
