Jeff is the man you need for the job! I was falsely accused of a sexual harassment case in the Army. Jeff quickly acted and responded back having me appeal and writing a rebuttal to the Commanding General. Overall the case that was initially founded, then was reversed to unfounded. Choosing Jeff was the best choice I ever made to combat the UCMI(Uniformed Code of Military INJUSTICE). I unfortunately fell victim to this and was left with a very difficult choice. I was threatened to be illegally separated from the Navy with no due process in one week's time. The command Jag decided to take it upon himself to illegally withhold evidence so he can convict me of a crime I did not commit. That same Jag told me he knew I was innocent but it would look better on his evaluation to convict me and what can I do since he has the law on his side and I do not.
Luckily, I found Jeff who I can proudly call the "Military Lincoln Lawyer". In no time at all Jeff diagnosed the problem and quickly developed a plan of action to address this and give me a fighting chance. Diane C. Haar has a wonderful team, very comprehensive, very prepared. We had social security disability case. The office is professional and prompt in all of the responses. The process went from being frustrating and confusing when I was doing it on my own to straightforward and although it still took a long time, the Attorney and her team was completely supportive, knowledgeable and well informed. We were completely supported all along the way. They are very good at screening the case and they are very honest whether or not the case has merit. Even afterward, when I had questions the office staff was there to answer questions and help with the bureaucracy.

Came to my hospital bed to interview me for my case, the system is backed up but she never failed to keep me updated as to my case's schedule. Worked with me to identify my doctors, hospital records, surgery, etc. and kept it concise and focused on my injury/disability. Also treated me with kindness and her associates are extremely helpful and informative so if you cannot reach Ms. Harr, you will get someone who WILL help you get in touch with her. When you're dealing with things like DV and custody, the last thing you need is to be used and abused by your lawyer/firm, someone who is supposed to advocate for and care about you.
I was with this firm for about a year. I was forced to switch to 3 different lawyers and was charged each time. DO NOT go with this firm. The first lawyer I had was so cold and gave bad legal advice that ended up screwing up my case. I was with the second lawyer for about a month before they switched me again. Again, I was charged each time for each new lawyer to review my case and to meet with them to catch them up. It was traumatizing because I'm going through a custody battle and DV case so each time I had to explain again about how my soon to be ex-husband is abusing and has abused me and my children. I've also been charged even when THEY had to reschedule a meeting. It was unreal. They called me a couple hours prior and I graciously agreed. Thankfully I watched the bills because they had the nerve to charge me for that call. It seems like they are very scattered, unorganized and greedy. I acknowledge that lawyers deserve to be paid but they absolutely went too far.
One of my lawyers I had literally called me the wrong name in court multiple times. One time mispronouncing it and one time calling me someone else's name entirely. It was humiliating. She also filed papers from someone else's case with my case papers. It was a nightmare! I'm so thankful I left and I now have a lawyer who genuinely cares.

His in-depth understanding of countering the legal office is what will win your case. Constitutional rights our forebearers fought for us to have. As service members, we have rights guaranteed by Law. We fight for what we have, and we have rights (even during our service). (Let this aforementioned statement emanate) Understanding this with a world class representation will save your good standing for the rest of your life. Decisions at this point are pivotal in a service members career. Given the due diligence to get to this point, It was not an easy feat nor decision, but it is one that saved my life. David was my first choice, and I made the right decision.

What a terrible lawyer. I paid $1250 for my case and sat around for 6 months with him telling me to just wait. He kept telling me to do work and then he would look at it and screw up the details as he was trying to edit it. I watched him type relevance and underscores below 11 pages of time line I wrote instead of copying and pasting for an hour and then I had to go back and delete the underscores because as most people know you can't type on top of them. I found out later he charged me $300 for that day. He also charged me for a lot of things that weren't in our contract when I got a bill for an additional $3000. I told him I wasn't paying it because I read the contract and he violated his own contract. Billing more for paralegal time and for phone calls he wasn't supposed to be talking to certain people. He said I was going to have to pay and I told him to sue me for it and I would win because he was a crappy lawyer and broke the contract. That was over a year ago and he hasn't gotten a penny from me. Then he told me he would sue me for libel if I left him a bad review. We'll guess what, challenge excepted. I'm leaving you a terrible review for you being a terrible lawyer who did nothing for me and in the end I was cleared because I was innocent and just sat down and spoke with the investigators and cleared my name against his advice. Almost $1300 down the drain for exactly 2 pages of handwritten notes that are illiterate saying don't do anything. Thanks but I could have done that for free. I wanted a lawyer to be with me by my side but he was always too busy. He would email and then you would respond and I saw he auto deleted your response. He wanted you to respond on a program even he didn't use. He was never available to answer your call and you would be told be his office he would call and then he wouldn't. Horribly unprofessional, unclean and disorganized office place. Find a lawyer that isn't such a wuss and know what they are doing. Go ahead, try sueing me and I'll make you look stupid.

I hired this attorney to file guardianship paperwork for my incapacitated brother. If I had to do it all over again I would not use this attorney and I would not recommend anyone use this attorney. My brother was homeless on the street and this attorney lagged in filing the paperwork to get the process started to get him off the street. He lied about filing the paperwork and when addressed with concerns his response was fire me. Paperwork was never filed until a month after he was hired. A week after a news story was aired on my brother. His team made it seem as if we were waiting for the court to issue a court date but when I called the court they confirmed nothing was ever filed. I was told that because the news story had aired they hoped it would light a fire and get the process started when in fact the whole time they failed to even file the paperwork. This whole time my brother was homeless on the street in very bad health. It’s one thing to be behind on your duties but it’s another thing to lie about it and then rectify the issue with saying fire me when you are addressed with the concerns. Fast forward to today we were notified by the court that the lawyer failed to follow up with required paperwork needed by the court in regards to the granted guardianship. I would not hire this lawyer again and thank god my brother is no longer in Hawaii and in very good health today.

Mr. Noah Fiddler, no words can't express my appreciation and gratitude towards you and your team. At the start of my trial, September 9th through December 23rd 2024, were indeed the most difficult and stressful times. I mean c'mon a "D.U.I" excessive speeding, sporadic lane changes (allegedly). What were my chances of beating this case. In these type of circumstances it's never good for me, I'm always on the losing end. Let's just call it a Christmas🌲 🎄 miracle. When the Judge uttered these words: "Judgement in favor of the defendant" NOT GUILTY, case dismissed. "God is Awesome"🙏💯 Just let Noah and his team do all the work and they'll take care of everything. Where to start,
I was on vacation with my whole family for my mothers birthday in Hawaii in the time of may 2024, as my brother and I run a car dealership in WA state we decided to rent a c8 corvette for a couple days to take the nieces and nephews around the block, When leaving my hotel from valet (my nephew wanted me to rev it because he loves loud cars) and me being careless I did and then proceeded to turn left out of the hotel and after the light went red I accelerated a little too quickly with the flow of traffic right off red, bare in mind I didn't go over speed limit and I was unaware of Hawaii's basic speed rule. this cop was a total dick. excuse my language. words were exchanged and we went on with our day.
NOAH FIDDLER. after searching and calling around I explained my situation for a basic speed rule and exhaust modification citation FOUGHT for this to be dismissed.
Today he didn't stop FIGHTING and we got a huge win with all dismissal in court.
Would 10/10 recommend to anyone in the area visiting or needing a lawyer for moving violations!

Fired him, changed court docs after I left.
Charged me 5,000 while NOT filing any paper work besides an answer to defend the night before court although we meet in person more than a week before. Hard to get an appt, sent endless emails and he was still confused at meeting.
Would not file many requested motions, had to be told three times before he could execute. His name is Jeffery Sales.

The process of setting up a trust is just that, a process, and having someone who will take the time to sit, explain, answer questions, and then answer more questions as you go through the trust setup process is really important.
Keoni spent a lot of time with us, answering questions that came up along the way, gave us the guidance we needed to make sure we thought of everything and everyone involved. He was flexible is scheduling follow up meetings, due to our very hectic work & travel schedules, it took a few weeks longer then planned, but we are not done and feel better knowing we are on the right track.

Words can't express our gratitude for the level of professional (and personal) care we received from our attorney Bert Sakuda and his vastly knowledgeable legal assistant Tricia Etsler to legally advocate for my case of being a pedestrian hit in a crosswalk. Highly recommended by a former judge, Bert put our concerns increasingly at ease from the first meeting by his calm demeanor and extensive knowledge about my kind of trauma. After that first meeting, my wife simply said, "He knows what he's talking about" as she had years of managing cases for returning combat soldiers wounded in the Middle East.

When you're dealing with things like DV and custody, the last thing you need is to be used and abused by your lawyer/firm, someone who is supposed to advocate for and care about you.
I was with this firm for about a year. I was forced to switch to 3 different lawyers and was charged each time. DO NOT go with this firm. The first lawyer I had was so cold and gave bad legal advice that ended up screwing up my case. I was with the second lawyer for about a month before they switched me again. Again, I was charged each time for each new lawyer to review my case and to meet with them to catch them up. It was traumatizing because I'm going through a custody battle and DV case so each time I had to explain again about how my soon to be ex-husband is abusing and has abused me and my children. I've also been charged even when THEY had to reschedule a meeting. It was unreal. They called me a couple hours prior and I graciously agreed. Thankfully I watched the bills because they had the nerve to charge me for that call. It seems like they are very scattered, unorganized and greedy. I acknowledge that lawyers deserve to be paid but they absolutely went too far.
One of my lawyers I had literally called me the wrong name in court multiple times. One time mispronouncing it and one time calling me someone else's name entirely. It was humiliating. She also filed papers from someone else's case with my case papers. It was a nightmare! I'm so thankful I left and I now have a lawyer who genuinely cares.

I am a physician and I had dealings with Kirk Neste at this firm. He seemed to be nice at first, and I, in good faith kept my end of the agreement that we had negotiated. After this, he did not answer my attempts to reach him and did not keep his end of the deal. Basically, he lied to me. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend working with a firm that has lawyers like this.
