I'm an attorney myself, so when it came to choosing an attorney to assist me with applying for disability retirement through the Federal Employees' Retirement System, I tried to do my homework and thoroughly research attorneys and law firms. I spoke with several, and ultimately felt the most comfortable and confident with Mr. Wersing and his team, including Bethany Sissons, a paralegal. They did not disappoint!
From thoroughly explaining the process to me, to giving me clear directives on what I needed to do to help prepare my claim paperwork (it's the government - there's tons of paperwork to gather and complete), to answering my questions, to keeping me informed about where things stood in the process, Mr. Wersing and his team did a great job, and my application was approved on the first try. I credit that in large part to the aforementioned paralegal, Bethany Sissons, staying on top of the development of my paperwork and making sure I had a complete and correct application.
For anyone considering hiring someone to help you with the FERS disability process, the reality is that nobody can do the whole thing for you. There is a lot of back and forth with your agency and a lot of documentation that you, as the employee, have to help gather (even if you're just filling out medical record release forms to send records to the firm, rather than getting your own medical records and forwarding them yourself (which is faster)). But Mr. Wersing and Ms. Sissons broke down the tasks I needed to complete to help them help me into a clear, actionable plan, which, again made the process smooth and, most importantly, successful.
Finally, I found the cost structure extremely fair and reasonable, given the value received.

I had run through at least 20 different firms when trying to find representation for my federal case involving the FDA...and it was so disheartening I had to do this after 21 years of service to that agency at the time...to say it was exhausting and discouraging was an understatement. I found Aaron and his firm after three weeks of searching the internet and calling different firms, who charged ridiculous and outrageous amounts of money for representation...I had reached my wit's end before I found Aaron and his firm. I spoke to him and his staff and started the ball rolling for my case. They worked with me regarding fees and payment, went over the relevant issues, and looked at all scenarios to negotiate a settlement and help me to move from my area to get out from under that mgnt line...the mngt was pacified when they saw I hired this firm and for while they left me alone... I was shocked and surprised that they had attorneys who represented federal employees in their cases...Aaron kept it real and Andrew Young who was representing me at the time, also did. They provided expertise and possible outcomes and worked with me and tried their best to mediate and finally go to EEOC court regarding my issues...it was a long process and I had to keep my documentation in order and fight for myself as well as they, but I COULD NOT HAVE DONE THIS WITHOUT THEIR HELP...IT FELT LIKE I WAS FIGHTING FOR MY LIFE AND MY CAREER DEALING WITH THIS FEDERAL AGENCY AND ITS CORRUPT MANAGEMENT LINE...AND I COULD NOT HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT AARON AND ANDREW'S HELP...I am happier now as I have moved from the previous mngt line and their branch and Aaron and Andrew had negotiated a settlement agreement with the FDA for my restitution...but again I COULD NEVER HAVE DONE THIS WITHOUT THEIR HELP...fighting the govt is exhausting, disheartening, full of pitfalls and dishonest mgnt people and can make you question your life's purpose, but I am grateful to have found this firm and its attorneys...this is a true account and someday I will write a book about my struggles and those who helped me.

My friend’s license got revoked because of the mistake on her address. He took my friend’s call and worked on her case right away, and got her license reinstated within 7 weeks, though not fully dismissed but he and his team are working tirelessly to restore my friend’s license back, and we are confident that they will. I've been a board certified Registered Nurse since 2015. Pediatrics has always been my back ground. In 2020 I worked PRN for a home health company and met the sweetest little boy. He is trach/vent dependent, immobile, and non verbal. He was fully dependent on nurses and his mom. In February 2021 I decided to go full time. I was working over 60 hours a week helping his mom care for him. The BON and nursing school they tell you not to get attached to patients. That's harder said than done. His mom and I became great friends. We are both single mothers. Well, by fall of 2022 I started working less and dating. The mom was irritated because I wasn't there. Mind you, I still worked 40 hours. Every day I would come to work and this poor kid was filthy. Diaper overflowing, trach was disgusting. Mom and I started to be irritated with each other. He was on seizure precautions and the lights had to be off or dim. In October 2022 she called the office and accused me of sleeping. Of course that's a big violation. I was let go (my boss came in the morning, I wasn't told I would be let go until after my shift was completed) weird how the mom felt I was endangering her child yet let me stay another 12 hours. 🙄 Well the company filed a complaint with the Texas BON. I was terrified to lose my license. I'm a single mother and didn't know what I would do. I reached out to Yong on the last few days of the cut off to respond to the Board (I procrastinate). He was able to stop any action the board would have taken. He video chatted with my that night and discussed details. He made me feel comfortable and helped ease my anxiety on the matter! I barely had to do anything after I hired him. A few documents and a written paper on "why I wanted to be a nurse" easy right? I finally received the news yesterday that the BON dismissed the case and expunged it from my record!! So from 10/22-6/24 Yong took care of my case! I don't think I would have been able to do it alone! Thank you so very much Yong! You guys... I highly recommend him!!

Non fake review. I also have paperwork I can load with pictures that I was a client if this were to get denied. I should have placed this review long time ago. They dropped the ball on my case I paid a lot of money for them to only lose the evidence on court day. They simply said there’s nothing we can do. In his video he explains how he likes to get people and court while there defenses are low. That is an accurate description of how they act when they can’t/ couldn’t win against the court. they take the same approach to their customers after that. If they’re willing to fix this problem without additional cost to myself I’d be glad to change the review.

I was referred to this law firm by Godsey/Martin (Ijustgothit.com). They didn’t want to do what was necessary to take my case to trial if need be. This man; Mr. Presutti gave me is direct cell number, told me that he promises to never get more than his client, and that I can call anytime. Everything he said came true. There is on other person I would trust more than Mr. Presutti to handle any litigation for me. He took care of me on all fronts. If I called, he answered; if he didn’t answer, he called me right back. I mean he does things unexpected of attorneys.

I trusted Charles Johnson to represent me in a critical legal matter involving my rights as a parent and the safety of my child. Instead, I encountered unethical conduct and a lack of professionalism that I believe reflects broader systemic issues within the legal community.
1. Failure to Follow Instructions:
Mr. Johnson refused to file motions that were critical to my case, despite explicit requests and legal urgency. Instead, he pursued strategies I advised against, which I believe were contrary to my best interests and to those of my child.
2. Broken Promise for Refund:
