I had to sue a rouge partner, and consulted with 2 attorny's who advised me my case would be very hard to win, and to better leave things as they were.
I got very lucky when a friend of mine recommended Tony May to me. After a 2 hour consultation, he decided my case was worth persuing. He built such a good case for me, that when the judge ordered both parties to meet and try to resolve the issues at hand, before having to go to trial, my partners attorney was at a loss. We settled, and I got everything I was contesting and more. My partners attorney later admitted to me that sometimes your own clients are your worst enemies.

I am very satisfied with my experience at Moss Berg Injury Lawyers. I was initially very stressed out when I got into my car accident at 11 months pregnant but they made my experience very easy going and always made sure I was getting the proper treatment I needed. I engaged Robert to litigate a business contract dispute that was very personal to me and also to myprofessional reputation. I would highly recommend Rona Law Firm, they helped my fix my crazy IRS issue. The IRS claimed that I owed an insane amount of money that I did not owe and they were able to get it corrected. When you feel hopeless and can't get anywhere with the IRS, you can trust them to get the job done for you.

I've known Mike for thirty five years. We've retained him for numerous sensitive legal matters over the years. Michael Davidson is a wonderful lawyer I had a very sensitive matter regarding my ex not providing additional support for my children needed to continue their college education. It was very complicated because Mr. Davidson not only had to understand Nevada law but also Pennsylvania law. He was able to utilize case law in both states to allow my children to pursue their college education. Without him this would not have happened. Mr. Figler represented me in a case in which I was faced with 2 counts of Domestic Battery. As most of the time the man will be charged. I was hoping for a gracious Plea since I was lied on by 2 family members. Mr. Figler was able to get the case thrown out. He is great and I recommend him.

I hired Mr. Riley, because my last attorney failed to negotiate a lawsuit on a real estate deal and actually cost me substantial losses. Mr. Riley was able to negotiate and fix some of the issues we had and was able to win what was lost.

Effective, focused, and respectful and are the three words that I would use to describe my experience with John, Andrew and the entire LBC team.

Focused only on the merits of the case and the applicable law, he was never distracted from the facts by the opposing counselâs ever-changing stories, claims and threats.

For 7 months, Zarinah worked on my case with John Jones. She was given quite the caseload with my unique issue. Same sex relationship with baby nightmare. She was a rocksta! Even being sick dua court hearing, she carried on like a trooper!!! Where she was not able to finish the case and moved on to better opportunities, she still took the time to calm my fears and gave me courage to keep going. I was very sad to see her go. I can only speak to his ability in a question I had that he consulted with me on and unfortunately not to his ability under retainer or in court, however I was so impressed by our very short and informal interaction I would recommend him to anyone seeking counsel.
What impressed me most was that he met me at my level of expertise, not being overly vague or overly complicated, and the advice he gave was solid and was in my best interest. I have such respect for an attorney who will give you advice that is to your benefit rather than always defaulting to retain counsel when it may be much more cost effective not to. While I hope I never need an attorneyâs service if the need arrises in his area of practice this will be who I go to.

I welcomed Jennifer into the hornet's nest that I had created with my super hero like ability to transform everyday business into troublesome legal quandaries. This was the culmination of a multiparty transaction that had lasted over eight months. It was clear that mistakes had been made and that involving Jennifer earlier in the process would have both saved on cost, while also nettig myself more money with far less risk in a more timely matter. There was no second-guessing past decisions, nor was there any pressure to involve her in future dealings once it was understood that I had identified my errors. We discussed how to prevent similar situations from happening in the future. Unquestionably, the importance of her involvement was made clear through my bottom line.
Jennifer reviewed the facts surrounding my issue and then took over and diligently worked toward accomplishing our goal. My options were presented to me without bias and despite my best option resulting in less billable hours, the resolution was clear. Dealing with an absolute professional with expert knowledge and experience is very refreshing. I have witnessed attornies with lower standards direct their clients toward selfserving poor decisions in order to line their own pockets.
I always felt that Jennifer had my best interest in mind. Looking back, she realized at one point that I may be leaning toward a far riskier emotional decision that may have ultimately cost me money.
