A Soldier filed a SHARP and EO complaint against me resulting in a commander's investigation. This was my first investigation in my 14 years in the Army, so I had no idea how to handle it and didn't want to risk going it alone. Luckily, I came across Attorney Matthew Barry after looking online for reputable military law attorneys. Attorney Matthew was very professional, aggressive, and responsive. To help him fully understand the circumstances surrounding my case, I wrote all my thoughts down regarding the case, gathered supporting documents (email communications, etc.), and forwarded it to him. It must have been at least 100 pages worth of materials that I emailed him to use as evidence to fight for my innocence. I was definitely worried that it was information overload, and that there was no way he was going to go through all of that information and make sense of it. To my surprise, Attorney Matthew not only sifted through everything I sent him, but he skillfully and masterfully extracted all the key information from it and wrote a one-page rebuttal which resulted in my investigation being closed as UNFOUNDED AND UNSUBSTANTIATED! I was so relieved and thankful for Attorney Matthew's help in saving my career! Obviously, I don't wish to ever be investigated again, but if I ever do, he will be the first person I'm calling! His fees are reasonable and definitely worth it, and he returns your text messages/emails/calls like clockwork.

After receiving poor representation from attorneys who were ill prepared for my case and who convinced me that pleading guilty was my only option, I spent several painful years in jail, away from my family and patients. Meggan took over my case and with aggressive lawyering she had the original prejudiced federal judge removed from my case, and she filed motions which eventually overturned my coerced plea and earned me a new trial. I was subsequently released from jail and together we began working on a robust and strategic defense to my case. My new trial led to an acquittal of every single original charge including drug distribution by a physician and two counts of causing the death of a patient; and it led to my freedom on the last day of my trial.

Andrew Love represented me in a large sex trafficking case. I was indicted with 2 counts of promoting prostitution and 2 counts of sex trafficking. I am also out of state (7 hours away). He was not only there for me legally, he was there for me emotionally. I was going through alot during this time. I had a baby on the way and was in constant fear of not being able to be there for my child. Andrew Love alleviated those worries every time I spoke to him. With is wonderful and caring personality he answered every time I called and was there by my side though this whole ordeal. I was facing a total of 72 years behind bars and being labeled as a sex offender for the rest of my life. As General Counsel with R.M.D. Corp., I have worked with Will for over 13 years, spanning Will's association with two law firms. Will is a classic combination of superior knowledge of his practice area, and vision for the total legal needs of his clients. When I have a Tennessee liquor issue, Will, his staff and associates handle it with no fuss and no mess. When I have any other legal question beyond my realm, I call Will and he knows where and to whom I should turn, including at times outside his firm if that's where the best help is. That isn't often, because Will's partners and associates are also excellent in their areas.
Will is accessible 24/7, and either replies promptly himself, or has the appropriate person reply and help. Will is very busy, but communication remains constant regardless. Will is also very efficient, so billing questions are extremely rare, and there is never a disagreement.

I must say in all the times I have needed an attorney I have never had an experiene like this. Every time I have been in a court room with an attorney they always want me to accept a plea bargain or take some shady deal that still proves me guilty when I have not been and then the attorney collects and you are still in a mess. I ran into Latonya Todd in an ad. I called Ms. Todd and she really genuinely was on my side. I called quite a few other attorneys that just seemed like my case was lost. Long story short I hired Ms. Todd. On the court date she was calling me to make sure I was there when most other attorneys I have dealt with forgot they were supposed to be in court with me. All I can say is that while in court I have never seen anyone so passionate about their work as Ms. Todd. We started the proceedings and its like she turned into a complete warrior. We came out victorious and justice was served since I truly was innocent. No plea bargains no deals just straight up justice. I would recommend this attorney to anyone that really wants to have the right person on their side.

Max assisted us with the custody of our Granddaughter. She was with her mother and not being well taken care of. We went to Max and he assured us that we were doing the right thing.
