Michael Bruckeheim is an amazing attorney and makes you feel like a friend rather than a client. I knew he was an excellent choice from the start as he spent over two hours on the phone with me on a Saturday morning. He was straightforward about all the possible outcomes of the case, which I really appreciate. He also gave me some courses prior to my court date which really helped my case. When my husband got arrested and charged with a DUI that was as bad as when my father suddenly dropped dead. I knew something wasn’t right because my husband was just going up the street. I rode around for hours looking to find his vehicle, I called local hospitals and to no avail. When I arrived back at the house shortly before 2 am, I received a call that he was at a precinct and needed a ride because the vehicle had been towed. Mind you, I had a 6 am flight to work I had to cancel. People hear me clearly; you don’t want to be on the wrong side of the law. Drinking and driving is a serious business that can end your life and livelihood as well as somebody else's. If you don’t have at least 10,000 dollars and a lawyer for this rodeo you will go to jail and a conviction will follow you for the rest of your life. I had been saving up money to get a deck and this happened to us, and I had to pay so much money and had to borrow money from my retirement to pay for my husband’s freedom. Mr. Gibbs reached out to us immediately after I filled out an online form looking for a lawyer. As soon as I heard his voice (I said GOD he is going to help us. I just felt it). He was calm and didn’t judge us at all. He treated us with dignity and respect since we felt so ashamed and embarrassed. We only told 3 friends of whom gave us moral support and 2 spiritual friends and my husband’s brother. No other family or friends knew we were carrying this burden. Mr. Gibbs was patient and kind and so knowledgeable and professional. He laid the truth out and always asked if we had any questions and sometimes our minds were so blown we couldn’t comprehend what he was entirely saying and he just reiterated the information and worked at our pace. He always called us back and made us feel like he didn’t have any other cases but ours. He represented my husband and stood in the gap for us and my husband was not convicted. Mr. Gibbs gave up a pep talk and chastised us with the truth going forward. He made it clear that if we need to go have a drink, have a designated driver or catch Uber. He also put us on a payment plan to soften the blow of paying all at once. My husband still must do community service and pay a fine, but mercy and grace was on our side. I don’t know if Mr. Gibbs is a man of faith or not but GOD used him in a mighty way. I hope we will never have to use his service in this capacity, but I hope I will get a chance to meet him in person in a different capacity. Don’t Drink and Drive. Mr. Gibbs said DUIs are an equal opportunity offense, and it happens to everyone regardless of social status. It can happen to judges and janitors, men of faith or atheists. It is not worth it. The last 8 months have been a horror movie. Today we got our lives back because of the work of Mr. Gibbs.

I was being harassed by a an unaccredited claims company in regards to my V.A. Disability claim for payment of 5 times the increase of my rating. I got calls before 9 am, on the weekend, in the middle and the end of the day, they sent texts and emails every
other day as well, it was exhausting!
I called Bergmann & Moore to ask if this unaccredited company could send me to collections (which this company said they had done) or damage my credit score (which would be a likely outcome if this was a credit card debt for example) and I was assured that because this company is unaccredited they have no legal authority to demand payment for their services even though they would likely harass me for a while about it. Furthermore, that illegal contracts are not enforceable in a court of law.
I called Bergmann & Moore on a Friday afternoon and was contacted that following Monday (today actually) with the good news that I couldn't be collected upon!

I was being harassed by a an unaccredited claims company in regards to my V.A. Disability claim for payment of 5 times the increase of my rating. I got calls before 9 am, on the weekend, in the middle and the end of the day, they sent texts and emails every
other day as well, it was exhausting!
I called Bergmann & Moore to ask if this unaccredited company could send me to collections (which this company said they had done) or damage my credit score (which would be a likely outcome if this was a credit card debt for example) and I was assured that because this company is unaccredited they have no legal authority to demand payment for their services even though they would likely harass me for a while about it. Furthermore, that illegal contracts are not enforceable in a court of law.
I called Bergmann & Moore on a Friday afternoon and was contacted that following Monday (today actually) with the good news that I couldn't be collected upon!

I hired Justin when I was in a bad time in life he was was willing to take payments with what I made and he. Kept true to his word he kept me out of jail .I mean look these Guys get 100’s of cases with Paralegals Or interns helping them so they really don’t have time to answer a lot of questions.Tina who works with him usually does the ground work and will explain to u what to do and say .For the money he charges he is definitely worth it .He has represented me on 2 case so far came up on top and I’ll proybyne using him again

This man asked due a retainer, never gave contract or receipts. He was suppose to represent fir a simple assault case and never even entered his appearance for the court. He has lied over and over saying he is doing this or that and never does it. He won't return calls and prefers to text. He was given $2750.00 and literally didn't even show on court date.
