I had a multi-disciplinary legal matter last year. Although the allegations were without merit I was afraid of the potential consequences for myself and my family. Joseph Esparza saved my 18-year military career, but more importantly the dream of reuniting with my children!
I am an officer in the USAF and hired Mr. Esparza as my Lead Defense Attorney when charged with serious crimes resulting from false accusations from my former spouse during a highly contentious divorce. I went to a General Courts Martial. Overall result: Full Acquittal!!
If you are reading this, you too may be living this nightmare….there is light at the end of this tunnel, and Joseph Esparza will lead you there. I chose the word “lead” deliberately, versus “guide”, “get”, “show” etc. From the moment Mr. Esparza took my case, he took the role as if the Captain of a ship. He was empathetic to all my concerns, yet had the leadership to direct me when choices got tough. Perpetually confident from his decades of experience , he could “read the waves” and knew precisely which direction to go before anything became an issue. He also led the military counterpart to my defense team (who was exceptional). When I first met with Mr. Esparza, I said “I think you are the right guy for the job”, and his response was, “Oh, absolutely I am the right guy”. Not in a conceited way, but a humbly confident way.
Joseph answers emails, texts, and phone calls promptly. He never gave me the impression he was too busy to hear my concerns. Even with my family, who were not technically his “clients” he promptly answered.
Joseph was by my side through an investigation, preferral of charges, an Article 32 Hearing, referral of charges, and a General Courts Martial. Overall time, about 9 months. Steadfast the entire time.

I don't know if I can say enough about Mr. Olsen. He was recommended by a friend but she didn't say much about him other than he was "a good lawyer". Well, I will tell you that he is an amazing lawyer and a wonderful man. He didn't call or email me unless he had information that he felt he needed to share with me quickly to keep my costs down. He was always honest with me, even when it was brutal, and he kept me calm. I am not always the easiest person to work with. Now I want to tell you about Rose. Rose is Mr. Olsen's paralegal. She is the first voice you hear when you call the office and she is a breath of fresh air. Now, if someone saying "bless your heart" to you offends you, be ready to be offended. But she does it in such a loving way. After my divorce, on the same day, she called to check on me. I will probably continue to call the office just to say hello to Rose.

This fine gentleman took me out for some Texas BBQ and we talked a little business. I told him I was stuffed and he smiled and said, "you're not done yet!". He then spoon-fed me some of the best potato salad I've ever had. And then we talked some more about my case. I spilled some peach cobbler on my shoes and he pulled out a handkerchief and within seconds it was gone. What a classy man! To my knowledge, Mr. Strieber practices in a number of areas, but I am familiar with his work as an entertainment lawyer. He has helped immeasurably in my music business, getting some old record contracts straightened out and, above all, getting me money I have been owed for years. But here's the best part: he did all of this without riling up my record company. I got what I've been owed and I am still tight with them. That takes a really good negotiator. I would say that I would recommend this Lawyer to anyone and everyone. We haven't always seen eye to eye on every issue but at the end of the day he will look out for your best intrest. John was appointed to me because I couldnt afford a Lawyer, but this made no difference to him he Defended me as if I were a paid client. I knew I was innocent of these false charges and John had put together a great Defense that he worked really hard on. He was in constant communication with me Via Email and anwered all his messages. He is intellegent and a very hard worker. On the day of my Trial he announced "Ready for Trial with Pre Trial motions filed and Ready for an aquittal"(entire court room laughs in audible). The last part he added for flair but I think thats what got the Assistant D.A to realize that he didnt have a case. Not even an hour later John and I are sitting down discussing our stratgey going in to the trial and the Assistant D.A walks over with a piece of paper that states Motion for Dismissal. John will never know how grateful my Family and I are for his hard work. He is a great Lawyer and a good man!

Has been my attorney for the past 4 years dealing with false termination of government employment. Has handled all documentation and appeals efficiently. Has had me working alongside him to save me hours of chargeable hours. Accompanied me to both hearings and made a distinct impression on deciding official and judge. The government tried to bury us in paperwork and multiple delays. He stuck it out with me and we fought back. He found the "Smoking Gun" in my case and we showed it to the judge. Awaiting the judges decision, but has never let me down and has never been unavailable to me. Remember, when you hire an attorney, he will do as you want, but this is his occupation and his experience will set the pace. Trust your lawyer!!!! MSPB is now be to be without one. Highly recommend Anthony Walluk, no matter the outcome of my case. We went heel and toe with the government attorneys who had unlimited resources and he made a great showing!

I cannot say enough good things about Clepper Harrison & Duffy PLLC. From start to finish, I experienced the upmost professionalism and compassion. I ended every interaction with confidence and certainty. At the end of every call, Chanda and I both had clear expectations on what to do next--I had my tasks, she had hers, and every time we followed up, we were on the same page. She and her team are highly prepared, proficient, prompt, and consistent. I appreciated that the billing information was explained so well that I never felt like I had to wonder how much things were going to cost. I was billed on the 1st and the 15th of every month, and I personally loved that consistency. Although I have never worked with attorneys before, my personal opinion was that their fees were extremely fair and honest. Each bill had a running record of every item they completed, with times, dates, and explanations. I loved their practicality of providing phone calls and zoom calls, rather than meeting in person. My whole divorce was handled over phone calls/zooms and I never had to step foot into a court room.
