I faced UCMJ Art. 120 and 128 , sexual assault and DV charges at a general court martial. My life has turned upside down over the past 2 years. I called out of the blue, needing immediate assistance. His receptionist took my information and within minutes he called me back. He was on the road and provided perfect guidance and solutions to my issue. Lance even offered to look over my MFR the next day, free of cost. He was absolutely amazing. I was in a very concerning situation, where I was literally all alone, my chain of command had failed me and although he wasn't physically by my side, he was the only person in my corner and I couldn't have appreciated it more.

If you are reading this chances are you are in a difficult situation. When I was facing an investigation and up against the one sided juggernaut that an Army investigation is I didn’t know where to turn. I was facing 30 years in prison and my 19 year career was on the line. After talking to a few different civilian attorneys I found Lance. He immediately sent me a text message and after learning what was going on he got out of bed to call me and discuss my situation. After discussing his approach I knew he was the one to help me. After hiring him he continued to amaze me by his legal knowledge and his skills to approach CID and the command.
Lance was always responsive. Anytime I reached out to him he stopped whatever he was doing to answer my questions, make phone calls to protect my rights and anything else that came up.
In the end the command decided not to prefer any charges because of Lances ability to present exculpatory evidence that proved my defense. Do yourself a favor and stop reading reviews and call Lance right away.

Dr. Anaise helped with my VA medical claim for obstructive sleep apnea after I found him through hours of online research and comparison. I could tell by the reviews that I was making the best choice for me…and now I absolutely know I did! I contacted him through his online portal and I was contacted the very next business day. The email was detailed with regards to his opinion regarding my case, information that was needed from me, cost for his service, and the timeline. Unfortunately, not sure why, but I hesitated. Big mistake! When I finally sent my information about a month later, there was constant communication. I not only received my IMO when I was told I would receive it, but it very detailed! I’m no medical expert, but after reading through it, I just knew I made the best choice! After I reviewed it, it was then finalized by Dr. Anaise and emailed back to me the very next day. The hard copy was also mailed out two days later! The promptness of Dr. Anaise and Dr. Benham cannot be denied! The only delay in this entire process was when I waited to submit my information to him! I was granted 100% VA disability (less than two months later). The information from Dr. Anaise was clear, service was prompt, and quality was exceptional. I have already started recommending Dr. Anaise to other veterans and wish that I had found him a whole lot sooner!!!

I can't say enough about how wonderful Angela was to work with. I had initially been solicited by a large out of state disability law firm based on an online survey I had taken. I quickly discovered they were doing very little that I could have not done myself and merely listed diagnoses on my original filing, and not the most significant ones - which of course was denied. I thought I was stuck but thankfully a family lawyer in town recommended that I call Angie.
Angela talked more with me on my initial phone consult than the firm I had filed with did over the course of almost 2 years. And though I was very limited functionally, I had not sought a great deal of medical care due to limited finances and insurance. Angela took the time to really review my records and ask me questions about how the various issues I had effected my day to day functioning and had me request a letter from my primary physician. She took that and all my records and wrote a wonderful On the Record Request for my hearing. While it was a very stressful time, her responsiveness and knowledge about each step of the process really helped. I ultimately did get a fully favorable decision and back pay for over 2 years and am sure this would not have happened with the big out of state firm I had initially signed with.

Richard has handled 4-6 legal matters for me, one of a serious and protracted nature. He certainly cares for his clients and ethically pursues the best possible outcome, but is unafraid to throw down the gloves and fight when necessary. He kept me well-informed, I understood all may options and he received my input thoughtfully. His background as a professional engineer and a long-time businessman with an MBA, gives him a well-roundedness that is not always seen among lawyers. Finally, having learned the specifics of his so-called "disciplinary record," what Richard did was 100% commendable because he gave a voice to a juvenile client who was counting on him and whom no one else would help. My husband and I hired Kathryn to fill up our applications of Adjustment of Status through marriage with an American citizen. She took care of everything and I always had an answer any time I ask something about my process. Kathryn was very patient with me and I will get an answer from her or Allison who is part of the team in their Office. Since you arrive to the Office everybody is with a smile and they make you feel like you are in good hands. I am a ex Navy veteran that was stationed on Johston Island in 1962 during operation Dominic. Joint Task Force Eight. I took part in atmospheric nuclear testing. As a result of this I have had two cancers from radiation poisoning. Mr Daranyi handled my claim with the Dept of Justice and I have received a settlement from the government.
