When my small construction company became involved in civil litigation, my contractor’s insurance provided my company with a capable defense, but hiring Ms. Megan Goetz to represent me personally is what led to a much better outcome than I ever would have believed possible. Throughout the process, Ms. Goetz provided exactly the right level of involvement, advising me which steps could be handled by my corporate attorney and which decisions needed her input, saving me thousands of dollars. As the trial date approached, I walked into the Pence and MacMillan conference room for mediation, thinking that by the end of the day, I might need a referral to a bankruptcy attorney. I was in a very unfamiliar situation. Locked up, falsely accused. Jordan gave me hope, and was my go to person for everything relating to the criminal charges I had. He was very prompt, on-time, and respectful. I could have settled but he believed in me. I was acquitted of a felony, gross misdemeanor, and two misdemeanors. My outcome couldn't have come out any better than that. His closing was very well put together, from his speech to the visuals he used. I hired Megan Hayes for a retaliation case and she explained it all to me and she lets me know what shes doing in my case. She is extremely good at law. She emailed me even after work hours to let me know she saw something in my paperwork she wrote up and let me know of the changes. She will always call you back if she is busy. She explained employment laws to me to where i could understand it. She wont just take a case without researching it first. She wont lie to you. She keeps you informed at every step of your case. I had questions and she answered the questions i had and even went as far as showing me the law were it answered my question. The law said the exact same thing she told me. She will be up front with you. Just a amazing attorney and i would recommend her to anyone.

I can not begin to explain how grateful I am to have Mr. O'Holleran represent me in my situation at hand. My situation is complex, it is huge, it is over whelming, it is bigger then me and beyond my knowledge as a citizen trying to live with in our community. It has consumed me and it has taken over my life.
I have been dealing with my situation for 1 year and 4 months now. The day I asked Mr. O'Holleran if he could and would help me is the very day I learned that I still am worthy of having someone in my life who cares about what I am going through. For me caring about ones situation no matter what it is that your up against is of one of the most important tools to have in life. I have found this in Mr. O'Holleran. I have relied upon Jeff O’Holleran on several occasions. His knowledge of the law is first rate. He advised me when I represented myself in traffic court. I defeated the city attorney and got the case dismissed. He later prevented me from having a felony on my record. In both cases, he took the time to explain my options and to outline what each course of action would entail. I have found that his prudent thinking and good decision-making are his greatest strengths. Bernard "Bern" Haggerty is a warm, intelligent human being. He handled my domestic violence case. When I think about the person I am now compared to the person I was then it truly is the difference between night and day.
I felt "broken" when a friend recommended Bern. It was me and my children living in fear and I felt stuck. How do I heal? What is best for my children? He treated me with respect and when discussing the case Bern was clear about explaining the law to me. I now have custody of my children and we no longer live in fear.
Instead of me and my family ending up as another sad statistic, I have been a college instructor for five years, and my children are doing very well and are successful in school.
In many ways, I owe this to Bern because he treated me decently when I was down and hurting. Through his example of being a good person, a good man and a wonderful lawyer we had a second chance at life.

Maybe the law firm as a whole is good. But I would not trust Micheal Bennet to be my attorney especially if you're in Carbon County as he is a municipal judge there. He told me to take a plea deal on a case where the warrant was expired it was served at night when it was written for day time only the Carbon County Sheriffs had lost 2 bodycam footage before the last one. I mean a free defense attorney could have fought this case with more vigor. But he talks a great game. $15,000 for my felony case. I was a great cop perfect track record. Come from Colorado perfect record never even a speeding ticket, case was handled by an inept deputy who couldn't even testify at my termination hearing without stuttering and flailing as he was lying. We had video and audio evidence to constrict everything. But good ol boy Micheal Bennet said take the plea deal and we will go on the offensive against them. I will tell the paper and radio on your behalf all the items they did wrong. You won't have this wrongful felony against you just a minor misdemeanor. Well $15,000 got me about 45 min of work for him. We signed the plea deal and he ghosted us. Since then we have had numerous deputies come to us saying how I was railroaded and our attorney from this law firm was along for the ride.

Those here wondering why this company can't deliver the product and service they promise? And receive their packages? Lol, I just applied to them, and they immediately denied my application. Curious, applying to a box truck delivery position and having not only over two decades of experience but also having a license that's a class A, one can only wonder at this point, I can speculate having known intimately this industry for way too long, they don't pay great wages considering the rest of the market, cost of living, and they knew I'd probably pass them up on any job offers due to that. Being more than qualified and I can say, I'm more qualified than any applicant they had apply due to not only my driving record and perfect background, but holding a clearance, having a HazMat, and about 40 more certifications above and beyond what's required, i.e. medical First Responder etc, they are most likely hiring those with minimal experience and barely passing back ground checks to keep their wages low. It's an insult when applying to companies and they don't even bother to call and do a phone interview to verify background and experience. So... when your packages are late as per reviewing the posted reviews here, it's more than likely they have an employee base that doesn't care too much for the work they're doing, and management that's less than qualified to even run and operate an HR or recruiting team, and maybe wages that keep a team less than motivated to provide pride and service in the work they're doing. I've seen this industry good bad and ugly for over 23 years, and I can smell this one a mile away.

Brian handled a case for us a while ago. He did not do the things he stated he was going to do. He works from his home and he charges a high fee for his poor service. He allowed the other party to move ahead and may of cost us several thousand dollars. I would not recommend him for anything, not even a parking ticket.

This sorry excuse for an attorney was appointed as my free lawyer in a divorce. Here are some short details. Husband left me for his co-worker. He was sole bread winner. Everything that I asked for (normal stuff like 50% of everything) Trent told me I probably would not get. I finally gave up asking for anything at all and told Trent that I did not need a lawyer, free or otherwise, to get me nothing.
There was no 50/50 split in any way or shape of the phrase.
I owned my home so I got that ONLY b/c he did not want the house my Mother gave me b/c it did not have a clear deed.
As far as our accumulated belongings of 20+ years, he got everything and furthermore was permitted to sell off anything (including a vehicle) before the divorce was ever settled.
When I asked Trent about him selling off OUR property before we even had settled a divorce, she said if I paid the vehicle off, I could have it. Pay it off in FULL with WHAT?
When he left me I had nothing but my home that used to be my mothers and a pile of bills.
EX-husband controlled all the money. He had the job, the 401K, the vehicles and hauled off a trailer and truck load of OUR belongings the day he told me he wanted a divorce. I recouped nothing.
Trent was lousy. I mean she did nothing on my behalf. It looked to me like she was working for my ex-husband and was quite friendly with his attorney as well.
To kick all this off, Trent then charged me for the little time she took to go to court and get me nothing. I refuse to pay this. This was a FREE lawyer appointed by legal aid. Trent law office turned me into collections and has done a great job of ruining what little credit I am trying to establish.
I would never recommend this attorney to anyone including people I don't care for.
I was traumatized by having a cheating husband who moved out with our belongings on Valentines Day and further traumatized by the lack of care or legal representation that I received from Ms. Trent.
I ended up having to move from my home to look for work b/c I lived in a small WY town that had NO JOBS When one has been out of the workforce as long as I have, this is not easy. I had to settle for low paying labor jobs and was even homeless for awhile as I rented my house out. My life was ruined and I had to start below ground zero to start over. Trent could have changed that. She could have TRIED to get me what is normal for a wife and husband settlement such as half the 401K. That little bit of money could have helped me but in reference to the 401K, she stated, "Oh, he doesn't have enough in that to bother with." and brushed my inquiry off. To Trent maybe a few thousand dollars is not enough for HER to bother with but since I had no money and no vehicle (thanks to her) that would have made a BIG difference in the course of my life.
I would not even give Trent 1 star but this program has to have at least 1 to register a review. She is not worth that.

If you want an attorney who will work hard at getting you convicted this is your man. As a first time DUII offender with no criminal history this man has been more harmful to my case than representing myself would have been. The gentleman who had sentencing the same time my appearance was set received 1 day jail with 29 suspended for DUII & FAILURE TO REPORT AN ACCIDENT while Mr. Hopkinson struggled to get me sentenced for time served on my three days in jail and some suspense time or probation. Is this discrimination by Mr. Hopkinson and District Attorney Worrall or is he just this incapable of proper representation? He makes little to no effort communicating and as far as I can tell lacks the capability to be considered a real defense attorney. He received one star from me because that was the minimum I was required to give. In short, this man is a disservice at best.
