I have came to this office for 3 different matters. The results of all cases were satisfactory. I worked with Ms. Amber and Mr. Trey. They were amazing. They listened to my stress, tried to understand and sympathize, it was more than customer service. Every case is different. Sometimes they would not guarantee the outcome, but they assured me they had a well prepare for every possible situation. They made sure the case was final correctly. Mr Lawyer Andy were great with his advise and service, I was very confident he handle my case, even though he is not so much humor...maybe that's how a lawyer facing too many stressful cases and still try his best to provide the best service look like...I don't know. Still I would recommend Andy Law Office if you are having problem or need a lawyer service to assist. I would not come back for 2nd or 3rd time if the first time wasn't good enough. I would like to take this opportunity to express my satisfaction with the Griffith & Hughes PLLC law firm and their firm's licensing director, Tana Travis, in delivering my project's mixed beverage (MB) permit and our late hours (LH) certificate in a very timely manner in what was a fairly complex application.

Professional and knowledgeable Attorney, who knows all that she does as far as citizenship cases is concerned. After consulting 5 Attorneys they turn and pay consultation fees of not less $ 150 , they turn me away that there is no way that they could fight my case, " that it's hard at this time of administration ". They couldn't even take their time to go through the papers i presented to them!!!
But amazingly and energetic Carrie to it to perdonal , went through word by word, and adviced me that She will try to fight it and for sure she did upto my interview with immigration officer and indded i went through and now am waiting for my Oath Ceremony invitation.
I completely with all my heart recommend her to anybody out there having any case as for immigration at USCIS, no to risk out there with what i went through the 5 Attorney's, JUST TRY CARRIE NGUYEN, YOU WILL NEVER REGRET. Patino was so completely out-matched by my ex's attorney. She was unprepared and did not do anything to defend me from ridiculous accusations. She caused my children to be removed from me for 6 months now and I am the ONLY biological parent. I have not done ANYTHING wrong and there are absolutely NO GROUNDS for my children being taken against my will. They were given to my ex, a non-relative of the children, after the ex filed a protective order against me and abducted my children from my home. All based on lies! The ONLY explanation for this from patino was "she filed first, she has upper hand." She quit 3 times because I questioned her. It's sad, the irreparable damage that has been done to my children.

I cannot explain the miracles Erika worked for me! She was thrown into a contested custody battle with only the notice I had when I was served. Before I even met face to face with her to hire her she had pages of research done on my case. She didn't even know if she would be my attorney and she devoted her time to me. She provided information to me not knowing she would be defending my daughters and me.
She not only had the contested custody to battle, she had out of state orders to transfer, 2 different counties to work through here in TX, back child support and an affidavit to contest.
She was very detailed in what she was going to need from me and made sure to study and document everything I provided her. She answered my questions day and night, in the middle of heated contention between my ex and me, even when she was with her family. She always followed up the very next morning. She was thrown more curveballs than anyone could have expected before, during and after both of our hearings.
She went out of her way to find me doctors, documents and anything else I needed before, during and after everything. No matter how hard my ex tried to break her/us, she didn't budge.
She made sure I came out victorious with added benefits in the end. She actually chased my ex and his "new family" out of Texas! She will fight until the end and keep fighting thereafter!
She put her heart into what I felt was an end to all means. She "adopted" us and genuinely cared about us... Still does.
If you need the best of the best, someone who genuinely cares and will work with you and for you, you need not look any further. Erika Patino is the answer.
She's so incredible I have added her to my Christmas list and that's a hard list to make!

Do not use her for family law. She did work with me on payments after a $1500 down payment. She appeared in court twice a total of 3 hours and didn't want to talk to me at all after I lost my first motion. Ignored my emails to appeal then responds 6 weeks later after I had been found in contempt asking for more money to move forward. She talked more about her personal life then mine. In my opinion this attorney ripped me off and did not give me fair due process per her legal oath.

I hired services of Andrea to defend me over Family Violence case. After six months of wait the case was finally dismissed on the very first court hearing without any probation or deferred adjudication. Andrea and Karen (Legal Assistant) both are very helpful and prompt in their communication. I would recommend Ms. Kelly 100%. I used her on a divorce/child custody case. She was very informative and answered all my questions. I'd been too many lawyers in the DFW area and she is the only one i felt fully comfortable with. This lady is the worst communicator. You have to squeeze every ounce of information from her. Even your court date! She can’t let you know unless you ask her. She is stubborn and very rude. Customer service is not a term she is familiar with. I hired her for a devorce case and was thoroughly disappointed in her. She wouldn’t do anything until I pushed her. She would not pass any information along. Not even the court date. When I asked her she said “ I don’t know what you would do with that info”. That was after waiting for a whole month for updates on the case.
She misspelled names on my case but still refused to take responsility. She removes you from the picture like you don’t matter in your own case.
Please look elsewhere for representation. Don’t waste your $$. I was so tempted to fire her so many times but because of the scarcity of resources I put up with her. Thankfully she completed the case albeit the pathetic, menial outcomes. I sometimes thinks I would do a better job representing myself.

Hired her to represent me in my Divorce. The communication with her was not great at all. She received an temporary court order and did not notify me to attend court nor did she provide me a copy of the signed temporary order. Which resulted in a motion for contempt. She came to court on the motion totally not prepared which resulted in my ex not being held accountable for his contempt charge. I however received the shorter end of the stick due to the lack or representation. She then decided to remove herself from my Divorce case 16 days before trial. The paralegal are oblivious to what is going on as well Total waiste of money.

I hired this woman to help me obtain legal status so I could gain custody of my child who was and now still is in a desperate and abusive home. Knowing the other party was going to use my immigration status against me at the time, Although she was always very hard to get in touch with I had her appear in court with me at a custody hearing. Not only did she not try to step in and prevent my arrest after that hearing when it went down, she failed to file the Stay of deportation forms that would have kept me in the US and probably saved my child from more abuse at the hands of his mother and grandmother. I now have not seen my child for nearly 4 years, and my wife in more than a year! At the time of my deportation I asked Ms Lane about the Waiver process and she knew absolutely nothing about it, then stopped responding to calls from myself and my wife...Did she realize she had failed to file a simple paper that would have saved my child and my family a mountain of heartache, or did she cut us off because I could no longer pay her fees? Either way, she failed me when I trusted in her. My son is now suffering physical and psychological abuse that is worse than ever... I would not recommend her because of her lack of knowledge and her failure to file a very common form after having been paid to protect me! I had a happy family, a great job and was attempting to do the right thing in regard to my status. I fully acknowledge my mistake in not obtaining legal status as a young man in first coming to this country however, I live a good and honest life and trusted in Ms Lane to help me so I could protect my child.... and now we both are suffering, because of of my youthful lack of knowledge years ago and her lack of knowledge and negligence!
