Murray was recommended to me by an unavailable lawyer whom I'd reached out to for guidance. I was upset at first but decided to contact Murray anyway. He provided a free, phone consultation in which he walked me through the whole process of applying for my husband to be a US permanent resident. After the phone conversation, I asked for a second call and sent several emails with follow-up questions. Murray was patient, kind and made me feel confident about the process.
Fast forward, the filing process was a breeze with the office's online portal. My husband and I constantly communicated with Stephanie (paralegal) and Oscar (legal assistant). We were kept updated with all changes regarding our case. We completed the process, as recommended by Murray, and were approved for a green card and SS card in 3 months. I am a US citizen and my husband is a Canadian (former Indian) citizen. We filed for his permanent residency so that we may live together in the US. We provided all our documents with the initial filing to avoid any delays. We filed for the Green Card, SS card, work permit, and travel document all at once. We included my husband's medical examination as well. We did have to complete a biometrics appointment (took 10 minutes tops), but the immigration interview was waived. My husband received his Green Card before his work permit or travel document applications were processed. Hope you have a great experience and good luck!
We live outside of Dallas and never visited Murray's physical office. Everything was virtual.

I was hit by a car when I was just starting my motorcycle ride on Austin to Bastrop via Highway 71. It was a terrible crash and could have easily been fatal for me but I was blessed to only suffer whiplash and some fractures in my arms and leg. This was a bad injury which required surgery and four screws at St. David's Surgical Hospital in May 2023. There was no question the other driver was at fault. I had witnesses, pictures and a Texas Highway Patrol reported the car wreck all in my favor.
I called a couple of other injury attorneys on the phone and even met one in their office near Southeast Austin. I realized it was going to best difficult to find the best accident lawyer around Austin. My coworker from Progressive Insurance found Minesh Patel's law firm on Google Maps and after talking with him on the phone, I was confident he could handle my accident case and get the best settlement possible. Minesh, my accident lawyer and my case manager Amanda Moya took care of everything. He settled all my bills, negotiated with the medical insurance, got the limits from the other party’s insurance company for liability and property and also got the limit from my own uninsured auto coverage. I was not even aware my auto insurance covered me too. On top of all this he discounted his own fees. In the end I got the most I could have hoped for given the insurance limits and my expenses were significantly reduced!

Well I had a crazy child custody case and probably the worse divorce case attorneys come across, I still remember I called Mr Wade with tears in my eyes but he listened to me very closely and understood the severity and sensitivity of my case, I did explained him how I did not had too much money and was budgeted, I was touched that Mr Wade waived off his personal consultation and much more since I had to explained him my case and my situation which took hours as my case was very heavy and I really appreciate his generosity.

We used Mr. Parsons’s services to handle my immigration case for the Permanent Residency (Green Card) application, Removal conditions from the GC and obtaining US citizenship via naturalization. From the very first appointment, Mr. Parsons was very professional and helpful in navigating us. I found Michael to be very knowledgeable and helpful in my immigration case. After collecting the basic necessary information from me regarding my case, he took time to sit with me personally and listen to my concerns, listen to and fully answer all of my questions, and to discuss how my case can move forward. Although he has legal and office staff, I was very pleased to be communicating and working directly with him the entire time. I did not have to send messages through assistants or paralegals, as is normally the case when working with attorneys. My husband and I hired Lindsay Gray to help us with our immigration visa at the end of 2017/early 2018. She came highly recommended and at that moment we hired her we were not to know just how fantastic she really was.
My husband is American and I am from Ireland, we both live in Los Angeles and you would think that the distance and time differences between Austin and Los Angeles would deter a lawyer but Lindsay was as professional as one could be and worked with our schedules willingly and happily.
Lindsay really went above and beyond for us, she worked around the clock on our case, always communicating updates and checking in, may it be via phone, Skype or email; even though the two of us are extraordinarily bad about keeping on top of things which I bet drove her crazy occasionally. Lindsay made our immigration process as smooth as one could possibly be, she explained everything clearly and was so detailed in what we needed or what she needed from us to help us. There wasn’t one moment were my husband and myself ever felt confused or left in the dark. If we had questions she answered them. While Lindsay is accustomed to working in Austin and St.Louis she did a great deal of research for our case, considered differences and emphasized peculiarities which are different between the states. Lindsay was even in communication with California lawyers to really make sure all our boxes were ticked and there would be no surprises.
When it came time for our interview she flew out to Los Angeles and it was actually the first time we were getting to meet her. We had been corresponding for so long that when we all met it felt like meeting an old friend.

I am really greatful, for no only did Enrrique managed to get me a bail bond from immigration, but also DACCA. I arrived at the U.S. at a very young age, 7 to be exact. I know nothing about Mexico, and the risk of me been deported was 80% deportation. First, I'd like to commend Myron Morales' staff for always being helpful and prompt. His firm recently helped my family with Naturalization, B2 visa for my sister and her family, additionally, my brother just consulted with him regarding a special Immigrant visa for diplomatic, we trust them which is very important especially when it is dealing with immigration status.
Secondly, to the person who is upset because of the $60 consultation fee, it's only fair, and it's inexpensive, when you compare it to other immigration attorneys who charge more. If you choose to move forward they even deduct the fee from your bill. Seems like customer service wasn't the issue, the issue appears to be that you want free advice.
There are programs available for people in need of financial assistance. I assure you, there is always an option for low income individuals/families.
