Stay away from this law firm. Their m.o. has not changed in years. Someone posted five years ago how Mr. Goldberg gave them the run around. He does the same to me and I am his client! He never returns my phone calls or my emails. I called the office recently and left a message for his partner and nothing. They don't value their clients. Go elsewhere. Had I known what I know now, I would have gone to a different law firm.

My husband and I used Marc Taylor and his practice to assist us in his adjustment of status process from an H-1B1 Visa to a marriage based Green Card. Marc Taylor and his practice made the process extremely easy. We were able to file for adjustment within 2 months of hiring Mr. Taylor. A few years ago, she helped me win my green card. I had a great experience so I returned to her for my 751 process. It was very nice to be working with her again, but this time my life was much more stressful. I married my husband and believed the relationship would last forever, but it did not. I thought I had to leave this country that had become my permanent home.

Jessica is an incredible lawyer and we cannot recommend her highly enough! We recently went through the marriage immigration process and my husband (Irish) received his green card after about a year without an interview. We had originally thought we could file on our own, but got cold feet, and thankgoodness we did because apparently we had a entry issue that needed to be corrected along with our application (I-102 or I-94, I can't quite recall?)
