In my experience of working with different immigration attorneys, Mr. Kolken is truly the best. He and his team really took the time to understand my situation, and then diligently gathered information to support my green card application. They also explained each step carefully and clearly, so that I was informed about what was happening during the application process.
I had a previous green card application that was denied, and my last attorney suddenly stopped responding to inquiries (later on I discovered it was due to illness). It was then that I came across Mr. Kolken, and I am truly grateful he was willing to take my case.
No words will ever be enough to commend the work that Mr. Kolken does, and I will be forever grateful to him and his team.

Brian is the man!! It took almost a year to get my case to the finish line but Brian was available to talk anytime I needed, and he did an amazing job of keeping me positive when things seemed rather grim. I never felt like a number and I always felt like he was putting 100% into my case. At the very end ,the insurance company offered me 8K, but within a week he had it up to 12k. I literally cannot find one negative thing to say about the representation I received from Brian. If I ever hit by another driver again or if I ever know somebody that's been hit I will recommend. I am very impressed with Mr. Slepian's work ethic and experience. I consulted him with a question about possible actions to take, and he took the time to thoroughly understand the background of my immigration process. He was the first lawyer to do this, and as a non-native speaker, I really appreciated that he spoke slowly and clearly. He also didn’t try to push his services on me. Instead, he made me feel very relieved. I had the fear that I cannot work or travel. He told me about the technicalities, the likelihood of travel risks and further steps to mitigate them. Kurt Saccone is absolutely one of the best lawyers in Buffalo, New York. I was placed in deportation proceedings and he was able to adjust my status to permanent resident. Mr. saccone goes the extra mile when assisting his clients. He was able to go back to my home country and gather evidence for my case and also put my family at ease. I would advise anyone going through this process to exercise patience even though it would seem very difficult. I was detained throughout that process for a very long time and it is easy to lose hope. Kurt was able to keep myself and my wife positive through that difficult time. Fifteen years ago I need a work visa for a job offer in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Under the most difficult challenges Michael and his then-partner Jim Eiss made it possible for my family and I to live and work in the United States. They were able to obtain permanent residency status for myself and my family, and for that I will always be extremely grateful. My children have done well in school as a benefit and fruit of our family's labor. In fact, my older son has completed 2 years of University for a legal studies degree, and then he wants to go on to law school. May God bless Jim Eiss and Michael Berger, and long live America.

After much frustration in trying to find a patent attorney that I felt would look out after me, and my idea for a patent, I had just about given up. I looked into doing the process myself, but quickly got lost and overwhelmed in the world of patents. Realizing I could not do it myself, I narrowed it down to a couple of patent attorneys and prayed a lot about the direction to go. The answer I felt I received was Stake, and the first meeting with Joshua Mertzlufft was a confirmation of that answer. Josh is very good at what he does, patient in explaining the process, very detailed orientated, insightful, and humble. The process became fun and exciting instead of frustrating. On August 27th at 2:00 PM EST, I called your office seeking legal advice and assistance. Unfortunately, I encountered an individual who displayed an unprofessional and discourteous attitude. When I initially explained my situation, she abruptly informed me that your office does not handle such matters and hung up without allowing me to ask any further questions.
I called back to inquire about the specific cases your office does handle, as I believe my civil rights have been violated. However, before I could fully articulate my question, she interrupted, stating, "I said we don’t handle this, and I said have a great day," and then hung up on me once again.
Frustrated by this lack of assistance, I called a third time to request to speak with a supervisor. On two separate occasions, she answered the phone only to immediately hang up. When she finally responded, she simply said, "Please stop calling."
I would like to bring this matter to the attention of her supervisor, as this behavior reflects a lack of customer service skills and professionalism. It is disheartening to encounter such a response, especially when reaching out for help in a difficult situation. Individuals who prioritize dismissing potential clients over offering assistance should not be in positions where they interact with the public. As a college student in need of legal help, I expected better treatment.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that appropriate steps are taken to ensure others do not experience the same level of disregard.

I could not speak more highly about Zabrina Reich and her colleagues. I had contacts with several lawyers, CBP, USCIS etc in the past 2 decades to no avail receiving any concrete and factual information regarding permanent waivers for Canadian Citizens where the required Border Crossing Card had been lost. Frank does not care about minor cases but will take your money. He does not return calls and would not provide me with updates on my case. Had to drop him and hire a lawyer who actually wanted to help me. He did not care that I dropped him. Frank is more concerned about big profile cases that gets his name in the news.
