I came here in the USA with a J-2 Visa, and I had a 2 yr home stay in the Philippines. But with the help of Atty. JP, the USCIS granted a waiver of my 2 yr foreign residence requirements (I612) right away. He’s really a good lawyer because he really helped me and my husband a lot with my Visa. We searched on line for an immigration lawyer who could speak Spanish and English to help my wife on her green card application after getting married through a K-1 visa. We came across with Jennifer Peyton for her great reviews and we were not disappointed. She and her staff were very nice, understanding and patience. She filed our case in October 2015, in January 2016 my wife already had her US. Permanent Residence card. We are very very pleased with Jennifer. In the summer of ‘14, my wife and I hired Jenna Peyton to guide us through the immigration process (moving from Canada to the USA). Our dealings with her from our first consultation meeting to the point where we achieved my Green Card were professional, informative, efficient and helpful. Ladi truly is an outstanding lawyer! I had consultation with Attorney Kathryn Russell about my fiancé visa case and inadmissibility issue via phone internationally.
I found her really patient, caring, kind and fast responder. Being outside the US I had trouble paying for international calling and I could not make call to her at the scheduled time, however she was really patient and kind that she gave me an alternative to connect via video calling on an app.
She is very friendly, and she answered all of my questions. She provided me the guidance to proceed in a right direction. She relieved all my stress which I had before about my case. She is beautiful human being inside-out and an excellent immigration attorney.

My husband and I really enjoyed working with Attorney Russell and her team. Their communication was pretty consistent and I never waited longer than a week for their response. When I had questions about my case, Attorney Russell would always do her best to find out the most accurate info for me. Alex and his firm came highly recommended to my fiancé and I. Despite the glowing recommendations, in addition to Alex, we met with other immigration attorneys, before making official what we knew after meeting Alex — that he was our guy.
As a practicing attorney, I had a very good idea as to how the relationship should proceed. Alex exceeded our expectations. Not only was his work-product excellent, he was communicative and accesible to answer our questions. Because of our time-zone difference (15 hours) Alex schedule telephonic and zoom calls at odd hours to accommodate us. Whenever documents were delivered to his office, he’d call us to explain the communication, sometimes before we even opened it.
When it came time for our interview, Alex put us at ease with his calm demeanor as he laid out for us, step-by-step, what we should expect. It also helped that immigration officers knew Alex by name and had an expectation that his files would already be in order.
At a time when hugs weren’t freely given or accepted, my wife and I - eternally grateful for his efforts - gave Alex a hug for helping our family in very uncertain times.

I attended a church function in Parma Ohio when I saw an advertisement for brown immigration wrote the number down and several months later I contacted the firm an appointment was made and met with attorney Aleksandar Cuic regarding my naturalization process I had some concerns regarding my eligibility to become a U.S citizen after a brief meeting at their office at the downtown Cleveland location attorney Cuic assured me that I would have no issue being naturalized after a delay due to the pandemic and further review from the immigration officials I became concerned to say the least . I contacted attorney Cuic and he and his case manager once again assured me that this was a normal process they worked diligently throughout this entire process at all times putting me at ease .. Elena worked with my husband and I on our family immigration case. From the beginning until the very end of our processing she was very responsive and patient with us. First, during the free consultation she gave me and my husband a very detailed overview of the process. She sounded very confident, attentive, and professional, which prompted us to choose her out of the numerous lawyers we had been considering.
During the processing we had lots of questions and concerns, we were stressed and nervous most of the time. We were not the easiest clients to work with, as we were worried and concerned (sometimes with no valid reason). However, anytime we called or emailed Elena with our questions she always responded within 1 day, she even agreed to skype with me to discuss my concerns. She consulted with my husband right before the visa interview and helped him handle stress and worrying.
In regards to handling our case, we are highly satisfied with Elena's work. Our petition packet was assembled quickly and correctly, and went through USCIS with no issues. During NVC stage, we had a little glitch with application, for which we received a checklist. However, Elena handled the problem promptly, she had the corrected document mailed out the next day.
Overall, my husband and I are very satisfied with and grateful for Elena's work. For a very reasonable fee she did great amount of work for us, including emotional support during stressful immigration processing. I would, without hesitation, recommend Elena to a friend going through this difficult, stressful, and lengthy process.

As a former employee of a corporation in Cleveland, I was let go of my job and had to move back to my hometown of Akron, Ohio. I informed my landlord of my situation and told him that I was unable to live in Cleveland and needed to terminate my lease. However, the landlord didn't care about the situation and forced me to continue paying the rest of the lease, more than what my roommate was asked to pay, even though we both had moved out of the apartment at the same time.
My Attorney, Tania Nemer, was able to negotiate and resolve the matter very quickly. She knew that this was a serious situation for me, so she gave it the attention it deserved. She was willing to work over the weekends for me and she went out of her way to go above and beyond the average call of duty expected from an attorney. She not only negotiated a fair deal for myself and the other party involved, but she was able to control the situation so that the other party would not hold me liable for any other payments.
Tania is a very responsive and honest Attorney to work with. She also explained everything to me which helped me to understand the legal situation better.

Although the process was difficult and at places at risk of failing due to lack of documents on our side and other procedural delays by the authorities, Ms. Pendergast was always available to help, provided me with clear information and went above and beyond to find solutions for our specific situation. Our organization received 2 RFEs recently and both of them were very challenging to respond to. Bruce & his team were amazing in trying to find the right answers to the questions put forward by the USCIS and after 3 months long preparation, we submitted our responses to the USCIS under premium processing. Both the RFEs were approved! Not only did Bruce and his team worked hard, but the approach towards responding to an RFE is important.
