Kirk MCcormick was in my opinion an excellent attorney to have on your side. He was absolutely forceful to the opposing team in acquiring the ultimate goal. My case in the hands of a bad lawyer would have been a disaster. I found Michael on Avvo after reading all the great reviews. I knew my immigration case was complicated after one lawyer told me she could not in all honesty take it on, because she would be putting me in danger of deportation. The second lawyer just didn't seem capable at all. When i brought my case to Micheal, he carefully looked at everything i had, did amazing research and was able to reassure me that i might have a good chance to adjust my status. Without going in all the details, he did perform a "miracle" because i am sitting here with my green card! My husband and i are internally grateful to this amazing attorney. One of our children was almost dead from drug and alcohol abuse and had criminal problems as well. Andrew saved me on different levels! A friend assisted to contact him while I was in detention after someone close to me called ICE on me to have me deported. Additionally, a previous attorney that I hired failed to file my papers despite claiming to have done so prior to this dreadful incident. I experienced Andrew’s commitment to helping people in need as he reached out to me even before my then attorney in detention. My previous attorney made several errors that would have made it difficult for me to be released from detention if not for Andrew’s intervention. I later hired Andrew to represent me for both cancellation of removal and adjustment of status, and he performed exceptionally well, resulting in my successful adjustment of status. I am thankful!
When I met with Andrew, I was on the verge of being deported, risked never seeing my child if I was deported, or at least for an extended period. However, Andrew worked hard to overturn my situation till I was able to adjust my status to become a permanent resident.
Andrew is very dedicated and conscientious, deeply knowledgeable in his work, and considerate when it comes to billing – he was never about the money but cared more about helping me. I highly recommend Andrew if you are looking for an immigration attorney who would work for you as if he was working for himself. He is the One!!

No doubt, Stephanie Aretz, she save me and really give me a new life. I have known Stephanie for five years. At the beginning, when I applied for immigration status, I was almost repatriated and needed to leave USA. At the time, I lost my job and property and was poor and lonely. I have also found many lawyers. Either the price is sky-high, or it just want to receive money rather than my case success or not. Stephanie appeared in time, not only taking into account my financial problems at the time, giving me discounts and financial plans, the most important thing is that she is not like other lawyers, Stephanie can always fulfill her promise. Yesterday 12/13/2019, I took my citizenship oath, a foreigner who was almost kicked out of this country five years ago, and today is a dignified American. When we were looking for an immigration attorney, we called several lawyers in the area. All of them were nice, but quickly concluded that what we were asking for was not possible. We needed someone to give us the courtesy of taking the time to fully understand our situation, explore all avenues and really try to work with us. That was Stephanie Aretz. She listened to us and took the time to understand what we needed, but never once promised something that she couldn't deliver. We worked with Jessica to adjust my Husband’s status after our marriage. The Green Card process was very stressful and confusing. But Jessica was always able to answer our questions and help us understand our situation and options. Jessica was very organized and very knowledgeable about immigration processes.

Was on time, straight forward and to the point. He was really specific and very helpful, and I could clearly understand everything. Charles was referred to me by a mutual friend. He has represented me in two cases[DUI and criminal tampering]. For the first one, we got the deal that we were hoping for and the second one was dismissed.
One thing that I liked about having Charles represent me was the fact that he puts aside enough time to listen to your case and any doubts/questions/opinions that you may have about the case. He is always available via email or office visit or even over the phone. He also gets to the point and the best possible ways to tackle the case rather than diverging from the issue. He doesn't beat around the bush.
He charges very reasonably as well. I would highly recommend him.

The best attorney you can ever find!!!!! I had an immigration case and within four months to my I94 expiration date she had done all preparation for my case and filed it. Two months later I had my permanent residency. She didn't stop at that, the following year three months before I was due to file for my green card, she notified me and went ahead with the process and all I had to do was go for my physical and finger printing which she even had to send me reminders ( just to show that she does care about her clients). Having her as my attorney is like a dream come true knowing what today's lawers are seeking after. Jocelyn is one in a million, she is passionate about her work and clients, she always makes sure that the client is aware of each and every step of the way, she is honest, polite, respectful, very knowledgeble in her field and always willing to go the extra mile for her clients.

I worked with Stephen a few years ago on my own immigration case, and he was wonderful. He always explained information throughly, and was extremely personable, responded to emails promptly, and always made sure to call or email with updates on my case. He even emailed to check on how things were going with my status between renewals. Though the firm he worked with at the time, Oagletree Deakins, leaves much to be desired (we have had other cases handled through them and are just shuffled between paralegals who never seem to have answers or return calls), he was nothing but wonderful. He has since left that firm, which is probably good for him, and unfortunately for me, has moved from Colorado. However, I recommend him to anyone who is looking for a lawyer that truly cares about them and cares about having a successful outcome with their immigration issues.
