Do not waste your precious time. Changed cards and they stopped working on my case. they took 25 days to let me know my payment didn't go through, and that's why they didn't send a document they were supposed to. In the meanwhile my case suffered. Just awful firm. They will lie on your face and charge for wasting your time in the end. A joke!

I first reached out to Mr. Kamran in May of 2019 after my friend recommended me his services. Prior to working with Mr. Kamran, I have already consulted with few immigration attorneys. I was very skeptical but upon speaking with Ron, all the skepticism was gone. He seemed very optimistic about my case, which was a completely opposite reaction I received from prior attorneys. My case was a complex one, and USCIS had significant discretion over the outcome. At one point, they attempted to deny my application, but Ron crafted a highly creative and strategic response to their allegations and submitted it. He even took the initiative to speak with my previous landlord and gathered information that was instrumental to my case.
Ron is the kind of lawyer who continuously thinks through every detail and does not submit a response until he is fully confident that it will give the application the maximum chance of approval. That’s exactly what he did in my case, and as a result, my application was granted.
Additionally, I’ve never seen him lose his composure. He remains level-headed, polite, and courteous at all times. I don`t even know where to begin! My wife and I are completely overwhelmed with gratitude and respect for Mr.Khurgel and his team. I had a long 22 year journey with immigration which has finally come to an end. When my wife and I got married in 2022 we began to look for attorneys and we knew my case was not going to be an easy one to take on. We consulted with three attorneys prior to Mr. Khurgel and none of them were willing to take my case. I had given all hope that my dream of receiving a green card would ever come true. I know now why this happened, simply because God always has a plan and He knew we needed someone who could fight for me! Mr. Khurgel took us in and mapped out different scenarios for us, but most importantly told us there is hope! We left his office feeling hopeful but truly scared of what future held for us. I have first come across to know her when i need to apply for E1 visa from reference of a good mutual friend. Addition to that, i had few visa rejections in the past which later i have learned that was due to inadmissibility issue which was determined by her. That was first strong signal which Ms. Aycan has built confidence in me that she is the one can get this job done straight. She is like a perfect surgeon whom diagnoses correctly so that in order to know how to cure.
Later, through dense and complicated stages of E1 visa application which interrupted and delayed for almost 2 years due to pandemic, Ms. Aycan was determined, dedicated, fully cooperative and supporting through all these times until finally interview date given at early of this year in early February 2022.
After long time waiting and hectic preparations, at interview unfortunately i was denied due to interviewing officer misinterpretation and misunderstanding of E1 visa qualifications.
Ms. Aycan has done fast assessment of this denial. She disputed to it by sending emails twice to the consulate asking reconsideration of their decision. This hasn’t worked unfortunately. The consulate asked us to reapply. So did as advised. The second interview has been settled for four months later in early June of 2022. This time fortunately i was interviewed by a visa officer whom did right assessment of the case. And, finally i was approved for 5 years E1 visa status. The interview was long and sweaty one. However, i was prepared well like a student studied well to pass final exam.
Behind all these efforts and success story, there was definite team work of my attorney Ms. Aycan, my employer whose put many hours of workload submitting sponsor company documents and joining zoom meetings, and myself whom prepared well and fought to the end.
And Ms. Aycan was mastermind and architect of this success. She has set exceptional role model how an attorney can be and should be. She hasn’t only worked for this case, also she has fought until to the end as she said after first interview denial “I am there and will fight to win as long as you tell me stop”. Truly, she has delivered his words to most extent by heart and all meanings she has done.
Ms Iskent has demonstrated exceptional knowledge in immigration law, superior communication , and a very close follow up.
Again, thank to her being my attorney. She is not attorney alone, she is a fighter of law if it is righteous cause.

My wife and I have working with Sunita for over fours at the time I’m writing this on November 2020. We had heard claims that many people were able to navigate this seemingly simple process in the past all by themselves. We decided to play it safe and consult an expert in October 2016 because we didn’t want to risk making a mistake.
We had no idea how many different paths to residency and citizenship existed and we certainly had no idea how much the legal landscape was about to change. Sunita has helped my wife gain legal permanent residency and is currently helping us through the process of naturalization and we and beyond relieved to have her continued guidance and emotional support. This is a long and stressful process and we’ve had to make compromises (like missing funerals for family members in her home country) in order to stay the course. When I met Sunita my immigration situation was little complicated. I wasn't entirely hopeful. She took the time to explain everything to me, which gave me hope. I contacted Attorney Momal regarding my K1 fiancee visa. Several issues I was concerned with my application and especially issues with more proof to the US embassy of my sustained income.
Miss Momal was very accommodating and gave me many option to visit her office in Montebello, CA.
After my first office appointment she was able to point out very efficiently what is need and how to finalize my K1 application.
Miss Momal also offered and gave me the option to wright an explanation letter to US Embassy but mention to me that I can formulate that letter myself as well.

Called Mr. Nelson to write a waiver letter to the US embassy in Yerevan Armenia, as why I want my mother in law to get her immigration visa to join my wife here in California. He charged me not much! But thereafter, anytime, I called him, he spent quite good time on the phone. He never turned me down for my questions. He was sometimes in meeting. But he retuned all my calls. I hired a different lawyer previously and because - like many new clients - I relied on big firm advertisement, every time I called the office for questions, instead of talking to my lawyer, I was mostly talking to his assistants/paralegals. And when I finally get a hold of my lawyer, he was clueless of my case.
I had a totally opposite experience with Sean Yuan. At first glance, you'll most probably felt hesitance to hire Sean Yuan as your lawyer because he doesn't own a big law office or has a big poster advertisement on newspapers. But from my experience, it meant every time I picked up the phone with questions, I spoke directly to Sean instead of his assistant.
He helped me through H-1B application and eventually LPR's application.
He is very knowledgeable in his area expertise and maintained a good line of communication with his clients. He prepared each application and procedure properly. He patiently explained each procedure and all possible outcomes with the case . He is not one who only promised all positive outcomes in a case (as we all know US immigration can be so complicated these days), but he also laid out the risks/possible negative outcomes, so his clients fully understand both sides of possible outcomes.
I would recommend Sean Yuan's service to anyone who need help with immigration's law. As the matter of fact, I also hired Sean for my mother's LPR application.
