Price McNamara and his team were successful at getting my long-term disability benefits, reinstated after they were abruptly stopped. Getting diagnosed with an autoimmune disease that causes muscle weakness was terribly traumatic and left me unable to work. After receiving benefits for two years, my long-term disability company claimed I was no longer eligible for benefits. This was a low point for me. I didn’t feel comfortable fighting this by myself and I was referred to Mr. Price by another attorney. Mr. Price and his wonderful team kept me informed every step of the way. They answered every question I had and communication was prompt and accurate. I cannot recommend Mr. Price and his team enough If you need assistance with employer paid disability policies.

7 years ago a denial letter entered our lives. As you know, Immigration processes are complicated, and navigating them without legal counsel can put tremendous stress on a person.
I researched Ware Immigration prior to making an appointment, and we soon met with Erin Hebert, truly one of the most brilliant minds I ever had the pleasure knowing. She was calm, reassuring and honest. Within half an hour we had a plan. Our plan unfortunately failed, so we implemented a new one, and worked through relentlessly through countless hurdles. Our last denial came as a shock, but again we had a plan.
We knew that we had a great ally, and one that puts the Law above all.
Happy to say, today my Husband received the Citizenship approval, and we owe a huge chunk of that to Erin.

Last year I was visiting NOLA for my Birthday, I was so excited because I had never been before and spent a full week there and stayed in three different hotels on my visit, the third hotel in which I reside resulted in an unpleasant stay and an assault case. It was horrible. After checking out of the hotel I was on to San Antonio for my next destination, it wasn't until I got to my hotel there when I realzied I didnt have my other phone so I notifide the hotel that on my way going back to Orlando I will drive thru and pick up my phone, upon on returning three days later I went to the front desk told the associate my name, room number and the type and color of the phone, the asscoiate picked my phone up and begun to hand it over to me then asked me for my ID, my ID was in the car and I did have my passport on me but I didn't provide it to him because they already knew the phone belonged to me and just to honest I didnt want to give ID because I had already provided him with pertaninet information, the associate decided that he was going to smirk at me then grab for my phone so I rushed behind the counter to get it off the counter and he proceeded to stick it in his pocket so to make a long story short we got into a tassel over my property , there was no physcial attacking of any sorts as the witnness and the hotel staff had mentioned. The only reason why I wasn't arrested was because the police couldn't find any evidence that an attack had occurred so they wrote me a summons to fight it in court. This resulted in me needing to find a lawyer in the area to take on my case so I quickly did a search and came across Mr. McGregor and saw his reviews and contacted him in hopes that he could take on my case and get it thrown out, from our very first call I explained to him what had happened "he didn't rush to judgment, listened attentively, gave me a soulful response and some level of encouragement ." So I felt relieved that he took on my case for some reason. I felt like I was lead to him, not because of his profession but through the conversation we had early on, over the phone. He was fair. He was kind. He was accommodating throughout my case. Not only am I happy about the outcome of my case I'm very appreciative that he allowed me to make one medium size down payment, and the rest of my legal fees were paid in small installments which was much larger than the amounts in his contract. So thank you, Mr. McGregor, hopefully, one day when I return to NOLA I can meet you in person. And thank you again for reassuring and helping me put this all behind me, you are indeed a man of your word.

I am an educator at the university level, a tenure track professor. I came in contact with this firm because my employer does business with them. And I am so glad that I did. They quite competently handled both my H1B and LPR throughout, with a successful result.
The firm has an amazing team of attorneys, including Mr. Ware of course: immensely professional and knowledgeable, very responsive, and yet so easy to work with. I had to work with two paralegals, Ms. Herzog and Mr. Sui, both of whom were/are as much professionally competent and amiable.
I have had some really good attorneys before. Here is why this firm is even better.
a) They allow you to pay their fees stretching over a reasonable amount of time frame, in monthly installments, so you do not feel overly burdened. Plus, I also found that their fees are reasonable given the quality service they provide.
b) No document goes to USCIS before multiple attorneys review it. Oversights and mistakes can happen even on a genius lawyer’s part. That risk gets reduced with multiple minds.
I won't have to think even for a millisecond to recommend someone, who comes to my contact, to their office for legal help.

Janeane has to be the worst attorney. My wife used her for 5 years and she only got 1 thing accomplished in the divorce. Never filed any other motion for settlements even though she lied about she did. She will never call you back. Finally responded after 2 years of trying to reach her and then nothing again for several months. Hired a new attorney in November and this new art has done more in 2 months than Janeane did in 5 years. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere

I contacted Chris via email to help with an urgent immigration situation my wife and I were facing. Chris displayed empathy and a thoughtful approach to evaluating and recommending the appropriate course of action for our Immigration needs. He was able to come up with a plan to have my wife apply for an EB2-NIW as a quicker way to achieve our goal.

I was in deportation process for seven years; my deportation/asylum court hearing was postponed several times. At this point, I contacted Chris. I told him my personal story- I was tortured in Syria and seeked asylum in the US. When I arrived in the US, I was detained for 48 days in Houston once I arrived. Chris was so moved by my experience, that offered to take my case for free! Chris gathered all the necessary documents from me and went through great efforts on my behalf. He looked up related events and updated my whole case. The night before my deportation/asylum
hearing, we went over the entire folder as well as about 100 questions he had previously prepared. The hearing was initially estimated to last for about an hour by my previous Pro Bono attorney; in reality, the hearing lasted 3 hours. Chris asked me all the questions he had prepared to demonstrate the truth about my story. The prosecutor ended up having only a couple of questions; Chris interfered to explain her questions to me and make my answers more to the point and more helpful to my case. Chris had to undergo surgery a few days before the hearing and yet, he drove all the way to Houston, carried the entire 12 inch thick folder for about a 15 minutes walk, and didn’t tell me about this until the break in the middle of the hearing. His confidence before the hearing, as well as during, was unparalleled and impressive! He connected on a personal level and knew what to ask and how to tackle the case and he just did. Thanks to Chris, I am an asylee. I am not in immigration-status limbo anymore; I am able to thrive and continue my career as a pathologist in the US thanks to Chris. I am eternally thankful and grateful to him for his dedication, compassion, knowledge, and his kindness!

Jeremy has been with my immigration journey to the U.S. since 2007 and also those of my colleagues. He has handled various different type of visa filings for me - TN, H1B and L1A with efficiency. My very first contact with Mr. Zollinger was positive. I contacted his office after business hours, to confirm the number was accurate. To my surprise, Mr. Zollinger answered the phone.
